Didn't mean light alone, just heavily in favour of light. It's like how gold weighs more than rock, so the only way to achieve balance between the two is to ensure there's more of the latter than the former. As for the Force, majority Light so that everything peaceful, minority dark so there's still non-Light emotions but not so much that war and stuff happens.
So in short exactly whats going on right now for the majority of none force sensitives in the galaxy. That or brain washing.

So the answer is to get rid of the Force users ;).

Seriously if this is balance as canon states then just get rid of force users in general the galaxy continues on as normal, people live love and die and there's no Forcey BS causing wars, just normal jackasses causing wars for money and stuff.

Also :Citation Needed:.

You keep stating a canon, but again I've yet to see where this font of canon info comes from... please don't tell me its the wikiao_O

Also cause I do not get the Clone War's time line has that Blue Plague incident on Naboo happened yet?

Edited my post before you posted. I added "Just an idea I had."
A kay, since we're probably going to be doing a very good impersonation of the Jedi and Sith (arguing in endless circles until the end of time) how about we instead just stop?

That happened in the first year of the Clone Wars in canon. In this timeline, we disappeared him before he could do anything significant.
YAAAY.

Right anything else I can think of that's big... Maul's back on the streets need to deal with him, Ventress has been neutralised, the Hutt has been rescued and the code breaker is secured...

MMM.

Probably something else I'm forgetting... oh yeah that reaper thing.
Dark Reaper

Gotta deal with that.

mmm.

Maul is kinda dealt with already. We put Dathomir under observation so we would know if anyone left the place when we recovered him for Talzin.
That's not going to stop him. He is an Important Character, so we shouldn't expect mere observation to prevent him from being doing stuff and being important to the plot.

*sigh* Of course there's another superweapon. There's always another superweapon.
Seriously its stupid how many of them there are.

And why are they always massive stations, can't they just make a bomb?

Maul is kinda dealt with already. We put Dathomir under observation so we would know if anyone left the place when we recovered him for Talzin.
You honestly think us knowing where he's going is enough to stop Darth ****ing Maul?

He's a living bulldozer with enough skills to fight his master in a one v one fight and briefly have the upper hand he's crazy.

We're going to need to send in HK and Ventress.

You know, now that I think about it, Ciaran is just continuing the Kreia Tradition of the most dangerous thing they can do is be allowed to talk. Revan, Meera, Ciaran. Words are their weapons, even if they don't know how they got the exact words they needed to say right when they needed to say them.

I wonder how smug Kriea is that her successor managed to find a third path that wasn't 'foretold' and bungle up destiny all over the place?

I compiled the hidden text found across the 6 parts:
  1. Amber reprensents compulsion/subconscious/PtV (it doesn't use punctuation nor capital letters except when it's using a title);
  2. Magenta represents Kreia(or someone else?) speaking;
  3. Sea green represents the unknown entity -- the Mother? (they use punctuation, capital letters and italic).
Though no one noticed, Ciaran began to slightly worry at hearing that and how Anakin was unconsciously clenching his fists. "Listen-"
s---g---n---l
Ciaran stopped, glancing around for a brief moment as Silas and Anakin looked at her confused. As Anakin started to open his mouth his commlink started to ring. Turning it on, he said "I'm kind of in-"

"U-understood," Anakin said, as he quickly signed off and went to leave with a hurried "Sorry about this!" shouted as he left though Ciaran barely noticed.
s---y---w---l---r
The second Anakin had left, Ciaran quickly called up Gulan. Before she could even speak he had already started talking.

As the two of them tried to figure out what was going on, another ship emerged from hyperspace. From what Ciaran could tell, it contained Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Ahsoka, meaning that it was probably the Jedi shuttle that was supposed to be-
monolith
Suddenly, as though it had always been there, a colossal diamond-shaped monolith appeared right in front of the Jedi shuttle. It was an eerie sight as the structure was almost entirely black save for the glowing red lines that ran across its surface.

Suddenly, the left and right halves of the monolith began to move apart, and light began to shine from within the widening gap.
there is little time
Without a word, Ciaran started to reach for the controls-
he cannot go with you
Stopping for only a split second, Ciaran nodded to herself and raced towards one of the escape pods.

???
awaken
Ciaran groaned as she regained consciousness, trying to stretch her limbs only to bump against the confined walls of the escape pod.

"I know!" Ciaran shot back. Finally getting the time to process the area around her, she noted that the path she was on was leading towards a towering pyramid-shaped structure in the distance, with a brightly-shining crystal hovering above it.
father
The Father's there. I get there and hopefully I'll be safe.

Breathing in, she glanced in both directions, trying to determine which way to go.
left
Nodding to herself, she turned left and began walking down the hallway, and as she went forward she quickly understood what the Father had meant as it seemed to constantly curve in different directions, to the point that Ciaran would have sworn that she had been turned around at some point. She'd been checking the rooms on occasion though, and they'd been consistently different as she moved along. Continuing on her path she came to a crossroads and-
right
-without breaking stride turned right to continue on her path. After some time walking through the labyrinthine corridors of the monastery she stopped in place as she noticed the Son's presence in one of the rooms before it vanished completely.

"Anakin Skywalker, you're going to listen to me very carefully now," Ciaran said in a tone brooking no argument as Anakin gingerly rubbed the point where Ciaran had slapped him, staring as Ciaran with wide eyes. "I get it. You're the type of person who wants to be at the front of every battle and at the heart of every crisis because you want to be there and you know you can do the most good there. And honestly I respect that. I really do. But that just now? All that talk about 'failing' people?" Ciaran's face softened as she smiled sadly. "Anakin, as much as people might say otherwise there's only so much we can affect the lives of others. And as much as we wish we could always be there when they need help the most, there are going to be times where we just can't help them."
"You've been going down a path that I just can't follow you on."
Ciaran frowned as something came to her. "Just ask my grandfather. I was abandoned in the Undercity for years and he was fully aware of it, but he simply couldn't help me then as much as I know he wanted to. But...I like to think that because of what I learned from him I was able to survive and thrive when by all rights I should have died and been forgotten. That is what you can do for the people you care about," she declared to Anakin, who was looking at her with an unreadable expression. "If you truly care about someone, you shouldn't fight their battles for them. Give them the strength to do it themselves, whether through training or your bonds with them...and they'll surprise you every time. Look at your Padawan; without your training she would certainly have died." She smirked. "Don't you have faith in her?"

"Wait, wha-" but before Ciaran could finish speaking Kreia vanished once more, and as she tried to process Kreia's words she noticed that the presences of the Son, the Daughter, and the Father were all converging on a location close by.
trial
Resolving to figure out what she had been told, she quickly exited Anakin's room and began running at full speed towards the location of the three Ones, appreciating the fact that she'd gotten enough rest to handle another dead run. Fortunately for her, said run was short as she burst out onto a platform overlooking what appeared to be an arena of some kind.

Ciaran could no longer withstand the strain from enduring it and blacked out.

Ah, so that is where you are.

Ciaran snapped awake and reflexively shot upwards, moving to grab her lightfoil only for her hand to be grabbed by Obi-Wan.

Obi-Wan contemplated the situation at hand, then nodded to himself. "Very well then. Lady Ciaran?"
father
"I'll be going with Obi-Wan," Ciaran replied, nodding to Anakin. "Good luck."

Ciaran went silent at that, closing her eyes for a brief moment.
darkness
"...Something terrible is going to happen to Anakin very soon. I'm not entirely certain what it might be, but..."

"Good, because you're right. My real worry comes from the fact that your former Padawan is very strong in the Force. Let me explain," Ciaran said as Obi-Wan started to ask a question. "I've studied my fair share of the galaxy's history and a part of it that I keep seeing is that great changes in the galaxy often tend to result from the actions of singular powerful and passionate Force users, whether they're Jedi or Sith. Look at Exar Kun, who launched one of the most destructive wars the galaxy has ever seen after he fell to the dark side. Or better yet, look at Revan, who nearly tore the galaxy apart as a Sith Lord then helped to make it whole once again as a Jedi."
"Indeed. Yet so many would rather believe those events do not concern them, even as their echoes continue to shape the galaxy."
"Even looking at Anakin right now, I can tell you that he's already making an impact on the galaxy. He's becoming a hero, someone for people to look up to as what a Jedi should be like. Fearless. Heroic in the face of impossible odds." Ciaran sighed. "I don't know what he's going to do in the future, that's his choice. But I'm positive that if it's just ignored it's only going to make things much worse."

"If we can't get the Father's help, the Daughter would still be a powerful ally."
"Fool. That thing will never overcome her base nature."
"I disagree," Ciaran flatly said as Obi-Wan looked at her suspiciously. "Think about it: She is the embodiment of the Light Side, and the Son is the embodiment of the Dark Side, and it is literally a core part of their beings for them to come into conflict with each other," she hissed out. "Do you seriously expect her to handle this rationally!?"

Her voice was clearly pained, but Ciaran's blood still ran cold as she processed her declaration. Did she not hear the words that came out of her mouth just now!? Does she have any idea of what the consequences of that could be!?
"Of course not. She is too shortsighted to see beyond her petty conflict with the Son."
Despite her concerns, Ciaran remained impassive as Obi-Wan replied. "How exactly can we help you do that? I'm sure you're aware of how easily he would be able to beat either of us in a fight."

The Daughter sighed sadly. "There is an altar on this planet that I can take the both of you to. It contains a weapon that will help us defeat my brother."
dagger
"We must hurry." the Daughter said, quickly moving away as Obi-Wan closely followed her and Ciaran warily trailed behind them.

While she managed to restrain herself from laughing hysterically, a part of Ciaran couldn't help but be amazed at just how out of her league she was right now. She was planning on just talking to Anakin about his issues, and now she was embroiled in a conflict between god-like Force users that embodied the Force itself. Clearly fate had a twisted sense of humor.
'Hardly. You are precisely where you want to be even if you do not believe it."
Before Ciaran's train of thought could continue, the trio entered a cavern lit with an eerie green glow, and once the Daughter stopped she and Obi-Wan could see that the light was coming from a massive bottomless chasm that stretched out beneath them, save for a few pillars and floating rocks with an odd triangular altar ringed by green flame at the center.
dagger
As the Daughter led Ciaran and Obi-Wan closer to the altar, the world around Ciaran seemed to lose focus save for the altar.
dagger
Once they reached the edge of the chasm, the Daughter began to say something that Ciaran ignored as leapt onto a floating rock that sunk down to the altar's level. She could make out what appeared to be a hilt hovering in the altar's center.
dagger
Without hesitating, Ciaran walked forward and grabbed the hilt, and as she did a dark blade materialized around it, transforming it into a dagger. From what Ciaran could tell in her trance-like state it was...
death
Before she could process what just happened further, she jolted as she felt a hand on her shoulder and wheeled around to see a concerned Obi-Wan. Shaking her head, she simply nodded as she let her arm fall, though she maintained a tight grip on the dagger.
so long as you possess it you and you alone can decide this realm's fate
As the two of them returned to the Daughter's level, the Daughter looked at Ciaran with worry for a brief moment before sadly nodding and motioning for the two of them to follow her once again.

"I intend to confront my brother and try to reason with him," the Daughter said before her face fell, "though I admit he is unlikely to listen to me. Wh-If he is unwilling to listen, then you will need to subdue him with the Dagger."
"And there it is, the self-righteousness that so often blinds the Jedi and their kind."
"You have seen this thing, right?" Ciaran said as she held it up, the blade materializing around its grip. "This is not a weapon that 'subdues' people. This is a weapon that kills them."

"I know," the Daughter said quietly, "but if words fail the only other language my brother understands is violence. You should be able to convince him to stand down with the Dagger, but if that fails...

...do what is necessary."

"Do not be deceived. She desires victory far more than she appears to."
Obi-Wan glanced at the Daughter worriedly as Ciaran's grip slightly tightened around the Dagger. "I certainly will."

Despite all of Ciaran's instincts screaming at her that this was a trap, the path to the Son's location was not obstructed by anything as the trio made their way into the Son's tower. No deathtraps. No monsters. No anything. Just an eerily calm ascent...and as they got closer and closer to the Son Ciaran's grip on the Dagger's hilt continued to tighten.
skywalker
Eventually, they entered what appeared to be a throne room, only to see the Son idly looking out a window.

Unbeknownst to anyone else, Ciaran's mind had gone into overdrive. It was obvious that this was a setup, but now that she had an idea of what to look for she could barely make out Anakin's presence as well as something empowered by the Son just outside. This was an obvious ploy to get them separated, to force them apart so the Son could fight the Daughter without any interference-
skywalker
Ciaran took in an almost silent breath. She came here because of Anakin, because something was going to happen to him here, and more than anything else she knew she needed to stay focused on that. With that in mind, she started sprinting at full speed towards the tower's courtyard, with Obi-Wan right behind her.

Ciaran's eyes shot between the Son issuing lightning from his hands, the exhausted Daughter trying to prop herself upright, and the Father as he was being electrocuted by his Son's lightning. Obi-Wan was saying something, but it sounded distant to her in that moment.
there is another way - one where no one has to die
Gripping the Dagger as the blade materialized, Ciaran charged towards the Son-

-and held the Dagger at the front of his neck. Without a word the lightning from his hands stopped as he looked down at it with visible fear on his face.

Despite herself she had to admit Kreia had a point; her mind had been going into overdrive trying to figure out a solution that didn't involve killing the Son, trying to figure out anything that could give her an out...
there is another - even speaking of her invites danger - however there is no other way
"Honestly this is getting rather boring," the Son commented with a sneer on his face. "Either get it over with or just let me go. Preferably the latter as I have far better things I could be doing right now," he said as the Daughter and the Father glared at him.
Mother
"Honestly," Ciaran retorted. "I can only imagine what your Mother would-"

Well obviously just knowing if he's going somewhere is not enough, but we don't exactly need to worry about it right now since we'll know the moment he does start moving.

I think we're in Imaginary units of Hendersons, because we're working with both positive (plot derailment) and negative (party will be victorious and resolve things positively for the galaxy) Hendersons.
I feel this measurement system is flawed because Henderson was successful and his world was positively influenced so negative Hendersons seem...dumb.

Do bear in mind that the Henderson Scale is meant to measure plot derailment and not the effects resulting from it. So right now we're definitely on the positive scale for canon, and the roll for this whole mess is on the positive scale for the quest.

Official canon is that he brought balance to the force by wiping out the Sith, leaving only Jedi in the galaxy. It was not by killing all the Ones. You have to consider that maybe "balance in the Force" does not necessarily mean making both equally powerful.

Actually, current Disney canon has so far implied that Luke is the "Chosen One" with Maul's end and what Kenobi says there.

Yeah, no, canon was and still is that Anakin is the Chosen One. Obi-Wan was simply mistaken there. At that point he had no reason to believe Anakin was the Chosen One, so he thought - wrongly - that it was Luke instead.

It's not their films, it's the ridiculous Rebels.
Rebels is good. Fight me.

It's not their films, it's the ridiculous Rebels.

And try and make sense of it, if you can. I can't.
So, we've got the original 2 trilogies, that make Anakin the prophesized one, with the 'Balance' prophecy, that is used to explain somehow the face-heel turn, and the second one because after the Empire factually won, the Light side was down, and Disney makes his son the Chosen.

They didn't make his son the Chosen One. Obi-Wan was simply incorrect as to who he thought the Chosen One was. Furthermore, the near-eradication had nothing to do with the prophecy. Balance was lessened with their deaths and only restored when the Sith were entirely eradicated.
