I imagine Cassandra joining in a few times, and finally being forbidden to go by Lex because if a Luthor is going to have glorious adventures, she is darn well going to be the pro- or antagonist, missy, none of this supporting cast nonsense!

This is also why I still prefer Gangbuster. Not due to his possible connections but his own potential as a resource.

Also, most of his problems can be solved with money which we have plenty of. We can look good spending it on good causes too.

I prefer Winston because I think teaching Jinx the subjects she's interested in is more important than focusing on keeping her mischievous side under control, and is likely to manage that anyway by keeping her more engaged. That's what I think this should be about. If we're interested in Delgado's other work we should be able to contact him about that or develop the Suicide Slums directly. If we want to open a branch in the Land of the Lustrous we can be more proactive about looking into weirdly behaving phones.

I prefer Delgado because as a teacher of underprivilidged kid's he would be better equiped to handle Jinx's antiauthoritarian streak and instill a bit of academic competitiveness.

Generally meeting with them opens up a chance to recruit them (or at the very least ally with them) if you roll well enough.

The option already exists for nearly all known characters

You could certainly give it a shot. However all three of these are rejected as is. Technically speaking AMAZO doesn't have power absorbtion cells (how could you absorb Superman's power for example), it cannot truly drain energy in it's initial design and it was not intentionally designed to mimic powers.

What AMAZO does is analyze things and then use nanomachines to adapt to stimuli in it's environment. AMAZO copies powers well as a neat side effect but it was originally intended for things like adapting to volcanic eruptions, the vacuum of space, getting attacked by esoteric technology etc.

As such the three write-ins you have proposed are rejected as one of them doesn't exist and you lack the necessary prerequisite understanding of powers to have the other two.

Feel free to try and write-in other stuff you want as you might eventually prove successful and earn exp on top of getting the option in.

You should already have the learn about nanobots option that leads to the first two options so they are rejected as write-ins since the option already exists.

Tricorders are actually a good deal trickier for me since I have things that are close but not quite them, available. I'll get back to you on that one sometime later in the day with a hard ruling.

Yes and yes although "anti-magic" is misleading since it wouldn't universally counter all types of magic (just some of them at a time making it an arms race of sorts).

There's already a route to both of those things though
 
Kryptonite has already been shown to eat magic, so exploring that further seems like the obvious approach. I doubt it'll ever be enough to inconvenience Merlin, but it should be usable as broad spectrum protection from your average witch.
