Example Speech Vote Clash
Here is the write up for the Lois vs. Lex Speech vote. It was actually pretty close but Lois just barely pulled ahead. She has solidified her own opinion on you being a bad guy but there is very little actual evidence for it. The actual article is a bland generic puff piece that is incapable of actually saying anything bad about you but doesn't commit to anything good either:

Lex Luthor diplomacy of 26(stat)+75(roll)=101
Lois Lane diplomacy of 28(stat)+93(roll)= 121

[ ] Plan Man of tomorrow

Main Approach: Calm and Confident

Three topics so 101/3 rounded up equals 34 so 34 points devoted to each topic

Topic you want to hit A: Cellphones
34/2=number of points per argument
A1. Argument: Talk about the work that has been put into it subtly imply how much your input made it a reality. (17 points)
A2. Argument: Talk about what our plans for the for future L-Phones.
(17 points)

Topic you want to hit B: The Environment

34/2=number of points per argument
B1. Argument: Express concern about the lackluster state of affairs when it comes to the Environment speak and how you feel that company's need to do more. (17 points)

B2. Argument: Speak about the new Green initiatives that Lexcorp will be rolling out in the next few years praise Pamila Isely and how she will assisting on making the operation a reality (17 points)

Topic you want to hit C: Space

34/2=number of points per argument
C1 Argument: Toward the end of the interview speak on long goal plans of colonizing other worlds (17 points)

C2 Argument: Conclude with a Speech about a desire to bring humanity to a better tomorrow (17 points)

Rebuttals to expected challenge
Rebuttal points= 26(stat)+72(roll)=98

98/3 rounded up=33

Question 1: Why all the added security?
Rebuttal 1 : State that as cutting edge research is being made we most insure that the utmost safety for our employees as while as protect from corporate espionage. (33 points)

Question 2: Question about our past as a weapons producer
Rebuttal 2: state that while your are proud to make tools that keep people safe (mention how we donated weapons to the local police department) and how we will continue to do so but state that you feel that you can do more to help others, which is why we have chosen to expand into new Sectors . (33 points)

Question 3 the men who attempted to kill you were found dead any comments?
Rebuttal 3 Flatly deny any involvement, state that your were disgusted with the savagery of their deaths and how you wanted to see them face justice for their crimes (33 points)

Lois Lane's plan for the interview
[ ]Plan See what Gives
Main Approach: Remain professional but imply unpleasant things about the man to throw Lex off his game and see how he responds when things don't go according to his plans.

Three topics so 121/3 rounded up so 41 points per topic.

Topic you want to hit A: Lex Luthor is a control freak who needs to micromanage everything to feel in control at the expense of others.
41/3 rounded up=14 points per argument
A1 Argument: Luthor has put his name on virtually everything in the company from the name (LuthorCorp to LexCorp to the brand). Clearly he is very heavily invested in the company. Signs indicate its not to a healthy degree at all, especially since he almost never leaves the building at all. You want to know what kind of mindset leads a person to act like this. (14 points)
A2 Argument: Luthor has little social life outside of his work. Everything he actually does is kept secret from the public and even from the vast majority of his own workers. This indicates that Luthor has something to hide. You want to find out what. (14 points)
A3 Argument: Luthor felt the need to install an incredibly paranoid surveillance and security system long before he was well known to the public. This indicates that he felt unsafe. Very quickly an attempt was made on his life. Did he make a deal with someone then renege on it which caused them to send assassins? It's unknown but you do know that he felt it was necessary to spy on his own workers to an incredibly extensive degree. Furthermore besides Luthor and his personal assistant Mercy Graves no one else knows the full security and surveillance layout of the building. (14 points)

Topic you want to hit B: Lex Luthor's relationship with his father
41/2 rounded up=21 points per argument
B1 Argument: Lex felt it necessary to remove all traces of his father from the company (21 points)
B2 Argument: Lex and Lionel were known to have an antagonistic relationship. Lionel sent Lex to boarding school at a very early age. Lionel supposedly died from a sudden stroke in the privacy of his own home. Lex quickly took up the reigns of the company. Lionel had a closed casket funeral. This paints an ugly picture. (21 points)

Topic you want to hit C: What went down in LexCorp and who are these assassins.

41/3 rounded up=14 points per argument

C1 Argument: There was an attack on Lex Luthor. Why would someone want to kill a cell phone mogul? Clearly there has to be a motive. (14 points)

C2 Argument: Of the 24 different assassins who made an attempt on Lex's life there were four main groupings in the morgue of how they were killed. Most were shot to death, although some of them were shot many more times than the others. One was crushed to death. One had apparently choked to death. The five assassins who died in police custody appear to have been killed with a bladed weapon of some kind. Why is there such a discrepancy in the cause of death? (14 points)
C3 Argument: Who is Ra's al Ghul and what does Lex Luthor know about him? There has to be some connection. (14 points)

Rebuttals to expected challenge
Rebuttal points 28 (stat) + 53 (roll)=81

81/3=27

Challenge 1: Weapons were necessary to make people safe
Response 1: If that is the case why has Lex moved away from it? (27 points)

Challenge 2: The security was used to keep his people safe in case of an attack.
Response 2: Why did Lex feel it was necessary to keep his people safe? There had never been an assassination attempt on this scale before (27 points)

Challenge 3: LexCorp is hiring the best scientists in the world to make it a better place
Response 3: Are they really? Anthony Ives is notably documented as being very obsessive and being very rude to others at his previous place of employment at S.T.A.R. Labs and one could argue that the man's terminal illness is only increasing what is wrong with him. Pamela Isley was described by Jason Woodrue, one of her colleagues at Gotham university as overly idealistic and claims she is almost megalomaniacal. Are these really the best people for the job? (27 points)

Arguments in direct opposition and rebuttals:
  • Lead on phones versus Lex is too invested in his company (Lex:17 versus Lois:28 advantage Lois by 11)
  • Isley's initiatives versus new hires being unstable (Lex: 34 versus Lois: 27 advantage Lex by 7)
  • Need for Security versus Lex is Paranoid (Lex: 33 versus Lois: 14+27=41 advantage Lois by 8)
  • Need to be safe versus Lex being afraid before he should have been (Lex:33 Lois: 14 advantage Lex by 19)
Points scored unopposed:
Lex: 51
Lois: 69

Total score:
Lex: 77
Lois: 88-5 (penalty for being too indirect on some questions)=83

Lois beats Lex by 6 points

Results:
Lois gets more interested in investigating LexCorp. Slight hit in popularity in those already looking for something wrong in Lex. Majority of public unaffected.

If people want I can make this an informational so people can see how I'm calculating speech vote encounters. The next update will be tomorrow at 10:00 PM PST (I've got a lot to synthesize but I'll get it done).

Other Encountered Characters Part 2
So apparently I need to make a part 2 to this bit. I have no doubt that with enough time I will also need to make a part 3 but that's the way the cookie crumbles I guess

The fifty two earths of this quest
So here is my very brief overview of the 52 earths in this quest. Keep in mind that this currently is just a general overview and won't have all the details. This likely won't come into play for a while but I do think it is neat thing to be aware of. Let me know if there are any questions about this (I can actually answer most of them since I don't have to spoiler censor myself at all). I'll probably come back and fill in more details later.

  • Earth 1: An earth similar to traditional comic books and the DCAU
    • Everything in this earth has so far occurred the same way it has in either the comics or the DCAU
    • This is how things would have turned out without the butterfly effect on earth 43
  • Earth 2: An earth that never left the golden age of comics
    • The main heroes of this earth are the Justice Society and Alan Scott and Jay Garrick are the only Flash and Green Lantern that exist here
    • Batman and Superman still exist on this earth
    • The main villains of this timeline are members of the injustice society
  • Earth 3: A world of swapped moralities
    • Here the Justice League are all superpowered dictators and criminals who run the Crime Syndicate
    • Lex Luthor and other villains are heroes trying to free the world from the tyranny of the Crime Syndicate
  • Earth 4: A genderbent world
    • Here male characters are female and female characters are male
    • The gender changes have caused things to slightly butterfly from earth 1
  • Earth 5: A world stuck in the middle ages and is very swords and sorcery
    • Batman and the Batfamily are vampires
    • The Joker is a straight up demon who possesses people
    • Mister Freeze, Poison Ivy and Clayface are all minor sorcerors

    • Lex Luthor is a powerful rogue wizard who seeks to conquer the kingdom of Metropolis
    • Lois Lane is the princess of Metropolis
    • Themyscira is its own kingdom
    • King Arthur rules Britain in this earth

    • Batman and his rogues are all pirates
    • The Green Lantern Corps is a religious order that tries to find people who have been shipwrecked and save them
    • Atlantis remains unchanged and is a terrifying superpower because of it

    • Superman is a sheriff who realized he is immune to bullets and wants to help end the war

    • A resistance is led by Uncle Sam and his freedom fighters

Interludes you can buy with exp
So I'm still working on the next update. Congratulations you guys broke two hundred options with this next vote. On an unrelated note I have been asked for an alternate source for you guys to spend exp and after some discussion I have now figured it out. A brief history of Space Sectors and the known universe at large in this quest
The Universe and the History of it's Maps (Sectors, Gods and Space-Pirates oh my!)

So time to start doing some explanations of wonky stuff in the DCU. So most fictional properties do very little to flesh out maps of their universe (if they are spacefaring) and if they do the maps are always in two dimensions. Space is three dimensional and as such the maps of it need to be three dimensional in nature.

Enter the Maltusians. The Maltusians are arguably the oldest race in the universe. Maltusians eventually split off into the Guardians of the Universe, the Zamarons and the Controllers due to differences in philosophy. While all three are major players in the universe since I am focusing on the mapped out portions of the universe I will only be talking about the Guardians. The Guardians eventually settled on Oa and decided to start mapping out the universe. They began by labelling Oa a Sector 1 and working outwards. Each sector is a sphere of space. Al sectors are the same size and they radiate outwards from Oa. There are small pockets between sectors that are mapped but are considered borders between the two. Each sector is adjacent to the one numbered 1 more and 1 less than it (sector 17 is adjacent to sector 16 and sector 15 although sector 15 and 17 are not necessarily adjacent to each other.). The Guardians have mapped out a grand total of 3600 different sectors of the universe. There is more space beyond that known as the unknown zones where the controllers reside (Biot, the resting place of the Manhunters also lies in the unknown zones). The sectors aren't really indicative of anything beyond how the Guardians started to map things out. However since the Guardians formed an organization that polices most of these areas the sector system has been picked up by most spacefaring races as their map of choice.

Despite the Guardians best efforts space is largely lawless and ununified as no singular entity can effectively handle all of the bureaucracy needed to bring all of mapped space into order due to just how vast it all is. Because of this pirates monsters and bounty hunters can thrive on an intergalactic stage as no one can truly commit to getting rid of them and there is plenty of places for them to go.

So where do Gods fit in. Clearly places like Asgard and Mount Olympus are metaphysical and tied to some kind of anchor on earth but both New Genesis and Apokolips are traditionally depicted as planets in space despite being the domain of gods. The solution to that is simple. Apokolips and New Genesis are planets but they are merely anchors to the more metaphysical realm the new gods reside in. All gods in this quest are singularities who have domains that technically exist outside of the multiverse. As such the Apokolips and New Genesis that can be encountered in space are merely physical manifestations of those realms anchoring themselves to that universe.

Any questions regarding the physical locations of sectors in space and gods? Please let me know if this post was informative.

Earth 27 state of being
It took me a while to get around to this but it has finally come time to unveil this project. I figured I'd get all of the thread created characters up and at least unveil the timeline and names of the characters I have made up as well. I'll continue to update this throughout the day I just figured you guys would appreciate having something to see the base of what makes up the universe. The bios of characters will be available in sidestories later throughout the week as I continue to update things.

Earth 27
Earth 27 is one of the 52 earths that exist within this quest. It is populated entirely by original characters and users in the thread can contribute to the development of this earth by either paying 500 exp to make a character or by writing omakes about the earth (which will become canon at my discretion). The course of this earth will largely be determined by you guys and I'm merely here to serve as an arbiter. I hope you all have fun with this small little mini-game within the quest itself and use this as an opportunity to flex your creative muscles.

Timeline
Keep in mind that this is in no way complete and rather is meant to give a basic overview of what happened on this earth
  1. Way back at the beginning Earth 27 manifested and it developed its magic on slightly different fundamentals then the rest of the world due to divergences in how things set up
  2. Magic is explored by the ancient Babylonians and the development of the modern system of mages can trace its roots back to this familial development
  3. Ancient Egypt is visited by the alien race known as the Helioptians who gift them with advanced technology
  4. Helioptians are forced to leave the earth by a great threat and their technology remains buried in ancient ruins.
  5. Atlantis falls into the ocean
  6. With the establishment of the Roman empire many of the most powerful mage clans like the McBrides, the Vesturi, the Lemures and the Caledocians form. The origins of the Von Aener clan can trace their roots to a Germanic tribe in this time period
  7. The alien warlord known as Maggan has his family wiped out by a god. Maggan swears vengeance upon all gods and builds a device to keep beings from outside of the universe entering this universe. Maggan unintentionally seals off Earth 27 from being traveled to by entities that are singularities but aren't cosmic entities in their own right.
  8. Maggan dies and is buried inside of his massive device in a lost sector now known only as Maggan's tomb. Many dangerous beasts from all over the galaxy are imported to keep this tomb safe
  9. The Roman empire fell
  10. Henkel Haase is born
  11. Modern mage society formed in the 1600's and has very strong ties to familial lines and prestige and has much in common with how nobility was viewed at the time
  12. Johann Friederich Günther von Aerner is born
  13. The first world war occurs and both superpowered individuals and magic start getting introduced to the world at large
  14. Notorious gangster Carmine Calbrasi rises to power in the prohibition and begins employing superpowered minions
  15. Johann Friederich Günther von Aerner becomes the head of his family
  16. World war 2 begins and superpowers and magic are now far more well known to the world at large
  17. Cesar Centius is born
  18. Cesar Centius joins the Calbrasi gang
  19. Cesar strikes out from Carmine and forms his own gang taking on the identity of The Centipede alongside The Wraith, Cut-Up, and Thermonite
  20. Carmine dies in a fight against the superhero Manos
  21. Cesar fills the power vacuum left behind by Carmine and unites the criminal underworld
  22. Manos and Cesar battle with Manos never truly able to defeat him
  23. Cesar retires from crime
  24. The US government cracks down on crime and attempts to regulate superpowered individuals
  25. Victor Shelly is born
  26. Rene Rosalia is born
  27. The Soviet union falls
  28. Camila Garcia is born
  29. Drake D'Angelo obtains powers
  30. Rene Rosalia obtains powers
  31. The second heroic age begins as superpowers and magic once more come into the forefront of public consciousness
  32. The Bastion, the world's premier superhero group, forms after an invasion by the alien species known only as the Hro'Magal occurs
  33. The Corvid becomes the world's premier non-powered hero who battles foes like the Red Death, the Conqueror Worm, Telltale Heart and Pendulum
  34. Corvid refuses to join the Bastion and forms his own superhero team the Wardens
  35. The Wardens and the Bastion come to blows over the legislation about what costumed individuals could and couldn't do
  36. Differences between the two teams set aside as the second Hro'Magal invasion occurs
  37. Morph joins the Bastion
  38. Cesar's son joins the Bastion
  39. Cesar comes out of retirement and resumes his career as the Centipede
  40. The third Hro'Magal invasion where it is revealed that they are on the run from an even more dangerous race the Qthurnians

Characters

Drake D'Angelo AKA Blink
Stats
Martial: 17 (teleporting on top of being a decently skilled combatant makes him very dangerous for normal people to fight although sufficiently powerful individuals can deal with him)

Diplomacy: 12 (takes orders well enough and can negotiate with unstable individuals but won't be impressing anyone with his charisma anytime soon)

Stewardship: 2 (an impulsive spender and not good at managing money Drake is constantly only getting by on the skin of his teeth and mismanages his own funds although he can take care of himself)

Intrigue: 26 (line of sight teleporting and plenty of skill in sneak attacks makes him very slippery and his history as a smuggler means he knows how to lay low and hide)

Learning: 9 (surprisingly clever and while not really interested in formal education is capable of innovating uses for his powers and gadgets to support himself)

Cesar Centius AKA the Centipede
Stats
Martial: 18 (when fully transformed he is a threat normal people cannot deal with but he isn't one of the top threats on the planet)

Diplomacy: 14 (not good at everything but excellent at what he needs to get done)

Stewardship: 16 (He is a skilled gang boss but he doesn't run cities. Basically he is excellent with relatively small organizations but struggles a little when they get too massive)

Intrigue: 22 (a lot of time in the game and plenty of skill in deceiving even those closest to him means he can fluidly and easily lie off the cuff and fool most onlookers)

Learning:7 (intelligent but not a professor or an expert)

Traits
Old Hand at Intimidation: Whenever the Centipede is attempting to intimidate someone who both has a lower martial than him and has been a super for less time than the Centipede add 15 to the Centipede's final score on the roll.

Rene Rosalia AKA Dynami
Stats
Martial: 32 (Is incredibly powerful in terms of power and is considered to have enough power with her telekinesis to destroy a planet, but that is still not yet shown by her)

Diplomacy: 15 (She has a way with words and is pretty darn beautiful to the average onlooker)

Stewardship: 8 (She is pretty disciplined and knows how to run a good schedule. However she sucks with money, as she spends a lot of it. She can only be grateful to the fact that she gets a big paycheck)

Intrigue: 4 (horrid liar, no understanding or care for intrigue and her poker face is absolutely pathetic)

Learning: 22 (A genius with two degrees, she is a very quick learner and perceives things very quickly, with the mind to process everything. She also has incredible amount of knowledge on the little intricacies of how her telekinetic powers work and how her DNA was affected by the alien)

Johann Friederich Günther von Aerner
Stats
Martial 22 (while not physically powerful a master of magic can be incredibly dangerous and Johan has access to centuries worth of refinement and practice)
Diplomacy 7 (he comes off as prideful and seems to struggle with maintaining allies outside of the family)

Stewardship 5 (is attempting to rebuild the family but is unable to deal with the schisms effectively)

Intrigue 16 (manages to lie effectively to people close to him without even hesitating and has survived a long time in what seems to be a very dangerous society of magic users),

Learning 19 ( Getting that long lived in the society he is in seems requires that you quickly pick up on magic or you get killed fast)

Important notes
Johan possesses the Grief of Hartmut which prophesizes which brothers of the family are destined to kill each other. Prophecies in this book cannot be avoided at all.

Victor "Frankenstein" Shelly
Stats
Martial 6 (not very good at it but he has some baseline talent at fighting and is in decent shape)

Diplomacy 12 (he is able to talk to others but he is saddled with a lot of unfortunate implications)

Stewardship 15 (He constantly manages to turn a profit on his super-science and manages to keep himself in the black. He won't be running massive corporations or countries but he can manage his business excellently)

Intrigue 2 (he has abysmal intrigue and views deception as beneath him)

Learning 24 (super genius levels of intellect but only in one chosen field unlike most people at this level who know a lot about everything)

Camilla Garcia AKA Morph
Martial 28 (shapeshifting is really strong and is an incredibly useful and dangerous power. Even with its drawback this is a power that potentially gets crazy dangerous super fast)

Diplomacy 15 (A very polarizing figure who while semi-charismatic is oftentimes overly blunt)

Stewardship 7 (gets stuff done and manages things but not at a superhuman level)

Intrigue 6 (seems to be decent at keeping secrets but not particularly skilled in it and has some kind of stealth in form switching)

Learning 24 (she is learning biology to a ridiculously intense level but isn't pushing the boundaries of it as far as others do. She is still a genius for attempting the task of making powers replicable and starting to succeed at it)

Traits
Bio-inspiration: Whenever Morph is assigned to a learning action that deals with biology if the initial roll is a prime number Morph learns an additional random thing about biology

Henkel Haase AKA Holy Demon
Stats
Martial: 21 (Has powerful supernatural abilities over nature and has superhuman physical abilities, as well as over a hundred years of experience in using them)

Diplomacy: 8 (Can carry himself through a conversation and is attractive, but stays away from people as much as possible)

Stewardship: 5 (Can live on his own well enough and hold a job, but that's about it)

Intrigue: 17 (Has stayed hidden in plain sight for hundreds of years, very skilled in disappearing without a trace)

Learning: 12 (Incredibly intelligent and has lived a very long time)

Important notes
Henkel is a vampire. However vampires function on slightly different rules in each universe so the strengths and weaknesses of Henkel will not transfer

Michael LeHay
Stats
Martial: 1 (Michael is an overweight out of shape senator. He is not physically capable of exerting much force in a fight and relies on others to manage conflicts for him)

Diplomacy: 18 (Michael is a silver tongued charmer who uses his considerable oratory abilities to whip up the public into supporting his various initiatives)

Stewardship: 16 (Michael is rather paranoid and so micromanages every aspect of his staff. While this does get him bogged down in minutia the fact that he still manages to be incredibly successful speaks volumes of his skill at the task)

Intrigue: 29 (Michael is an excellent liar and manipulator and excels in shady deals. The man has managed to work with the worst people in politics and still come out on top and with an unscathed reputation)

Learning: 12 (Michael isn't stupid by any means and can operate advanced technology with ease but prefers to focus his mind on various schemes rather than advancing his knowledge)

Vivian Serras
Stats
Martial: 6 (Vivian is an excellent shape but as a ex-reporter and currently a businesswoman she isn't exactly planning on getting into any dangerous fights and winning and doesn't have a history of violence)

Diplomacy: 24 (Vivian is excellent at working with difficult interviewees and is skilled in working around various kind of people)

Stewardship: 26 (Vivian currently runs her own media corporation and makes a good amount of money doing so. She managed to turn her reporters intuition into a viable business that has only gotten larger with time)

Nathan Asplurd
Stats
Martial: 17 (Nathan is a world renowned mercenary with a history of making it out of difficult fights. His cybernetic arm gives him a surprising amount of offensive capabilities and he is skilled in leveraging those to maximum effect)

Diplomacy: 1 (Nathan is actively rude to virtually everyone he meets and is often times needlessly cruel in achieving his objectives. The man has zero skill in cultivating close relationships or long term alliances)

Stewardship: 4 (Nathan ran his own PMC for a bit and ran it straight into the ground he can feed and house himself but anything that requires him working with others is liable to go very badly when he is put in charge)

Intrigue: 15 (Nathan can lie and cheat and has no issues doing dirty deeds but he is nowhere near as clever as he thinks he is and often ends up unintentionally sabotaging his efforts at subtle manipulations by being as unpleasant as possible. Still just because he is a boor it is a mistake to assume he can't do subtle or secret)

Learning: 3 (Nathan is not well educated at all. He is unintelligent and gets angry when people try to teach him new information as he thinks they are mocking him. Nathan doesn't even know how to repair his own cybernetic arm making him reliant on kidnapping others to do it for him when it gets damaged)

Frieda Poolka
Stats
Martial: 2 (Frieda Poolka is one of the worlds leading scientists in the study of powers but as such has very little history in dealing with violence. As an older woman she isn't capable of much although she hasn't become too frail just yet)

Diplomacy: 7 (Frieda views any activity not related to her research as unimportant. While she will happily campaign for funding she will neglect relationships outside of her work)

Stewardship: 12 (Frieda can run an organization but prefers to focus on science over all else.)

Intrigue: 1 (Frieda actively looks down on liars and views manipulation like that as beneath her. Her lack of care about anything besides her work makes her very easy to manipulate)

Learning: 32 (Frieda is the world's leading expert on powers and is the person the Bastion relies on above all else to ensure that everything works for them. The woman has revolutionized dozens of scientific fields and while her work isn't easy to replicate it has absolutely astounding effects)

Devin Fairview
Stats
Martial: 9 (Devin Fairview keeps himself in excellent shape. While he is a civilian he does his best to ensure that he is fighting fit and can keep up with supers)

Diplomacy: 15 (Devin is another Senator who often acts in opposition to Michael LeHay. While not quite on his level Devin is a skilled orator and attempts to use his skills to counter his opponents agendas)

Stewardship: 9 (Devin comes from a very well-off background and relies on his family members to ensure that his organizations run on time. While he can do okay on his own he is heavily dependent on others doing the work of organization and management for him)

Intrigue: 13 (Devin is good at a few aspects of backroom politics. Unfortunately he is totally out of his element when not dealing with politicians and as such doesn't often achieve much without relying on his political influence)

Learning: 12 (Devin is very interested in the nature of the changing world and wants to learn as much about it as possible. While not brilliant he is very bright and he is often able to find novel solutions to problems by applying things from one field to another)

Michelle Minos
Stats
Martial: 7 (Michelle Minos has little combat training but she knows her way around weaponry and how to handle herself in a violent situation)

Diplomacy: 5 (Despite being the head of a major corporation Michelle doesn't like to be kind to others at all. She relies on using her money to talk for her and brute forces her way into forcing people to work with her. On top of all of that she is relatively secluded from others)

Stewardship: 34 (Michelle is an absolute genius when it comes to the use of money and the organization of business. Under her leadership everything Minos Inc. has touched has turned to gold. She can operate at an international level and has demonstrated an ability to parse alien economics to an extent just off of raw data presented to her)

Intrigue: 17 (Michelle is no stranger to cloak and dagger deals and managed to inherit the company by arranging for the deaths of the six siblings ahead of her in the succession of the company)

Learning: 15 (Michelle has little background in science or magic but is still likely a genius due to how quickly she can parse and analyze information. While her childhood has left this aspect of her solely neglected her raw intelligence is still nothing to sneeze at)

Maxwell Machill
Stats
Martial: 12 (Maxwell Machill is the head of the United Nations unusual substances cataloguing program and while not the most dangerous man on the planet his knowledge of advanced weaponry makes him very dangerous)

Diplomacy: 11 (Maxwell is capable of meeting with various foreign dignitaries and reassuring them that the UN isn't up to anything too suspicious and that everything is above board. Granted he doesn't convince everyone but he does do a decent job of it)

Stewardship: 14 (Maxwell is basically the UN's middle management guy for dangerous materials and can run his crew but relies on orders from on high)

Intrigue: 18 (one doesn't get involved in politics or cataloging dangerous things without picking up some skill at intrigue. Furthermore with the massive amount of superheroes who visit Maxwell's operations he has to know how to deal with suspicious characters very well)

Learning: 16 (Maxwell himself is not brilliant but his time dealing with odd materials and cleaning up superhero fights has left him with a good base of knowledge that is well beyond the average persons)

Noland Marks AKA Lamplight
Stats
Martial: 42 (Lamplight is one of the world's premier superheroes and is one of the three founders of the Bastion. He is an alien composed entirely of hard light who can mold his body into a variety of different projections and blasts. Being made of hard light allows Lamplight to move at incredible speeds. He is one of the most important defenders of earth)

Diplomacy: 27 (Lamplight is a well regarded superhero with the backing of the largest superhero team in the world behind him. In his civilian persona Lamplight is a lawyer and relies on his charisma to boost his success as a public defender)

Stewardship: 9 (Lamplight can manage small squads but mostly serves as a figurehead for the Bastion. He is not good at dealing with large organizations and prefers to work on an individual level)

Intrigue: 10 (Lamplight is not a very good detective and is often unaware of what goes on in the shadows. While he tries to do good he very much struggles with managing to deal with threats that are not immediately obvious)

Learning: 17 (Lamplight has a knowledge of alien tech which certainly comes in handy when dealing with other bits of super science. He is very bright and his knowledge base is very useful for figuring out relatively simple earthly machines and devices)

Terrence Gorfried AKA Quorum
Stats
Martial: 15 (While Terrence is one of the three founders of the Bastion his power is the least useful in direct offensive maneuvers. The ability to replicate yourself up to 100 times is useful but it isn't anywhere near as strong as the others especially considering how little training Terrence has in combat outside of boxing)

Diplomacy: 13 (Terrence is not the best at talking to others but heh as a good international reputation and is able to treat everyone equally. He is a bit blunt and rude but he gets the job done)

Stewardship: 29 (Terrence runs and manages the day to day operations of the world's largest superhero organization and coordinates with a multitude of governments what they can and cannot do. He ensures everyone gets paid and that the Bastion is constantly running smoothly)

Intrigue: 24 (Quorum is an excellent detective who understands how to get to the bottom of mysteries. He has a proven track record at figuring things out and can sniff out secrets from a mile away)

Learning: 12 (While Terrence is experienced he doesn't have any higher education and relies on experience to understand new situations)

Traits
In 100 Places at Once: Quorum can be assigned to ten different actions every turn

Sydney Kalfren AKA Sirius
Stats
Martial: 34 (Sirius is one of the most powerful magic users on the planet and is able to keep up with a wide variety of threats. As one of the founders of the Bastion she is plenty experienced in leveraging her power for maximum impact. She has enchanted her body to be incredibly durable and resistant to magic based attacks)

Diplomacy: 21 (Sirius is charming and skilled at recruiting others and is very skilled at public relations)

Stewardship: 3 (Sirius is reliant upon the Bastion for her housing, food and clothing and is not good at managing groups at all. She is rather flighty and unfocused and prefers to let others cover for her on the logistical side of things)

Intrigue: 15 (Sirius is skilled at misdirection and her knowledge of magic allows her to see through illusions and look beneath the surface)

Learning: 27 (Sirius is virtually unmatched in her knowledge of magic and she is capable of quickly understanding technology as well. She doesn't revolutionize fields but she can synthesize information like no one else)

Brian Muldoon AKA Manos
Stats
Martial: 13 (At this point in his career Brian's age has caught up with him. While he is a powerful magic user his memory problems and frail body get in the way of him truly fighting well)

Diplomacy: 2 (Brian has grown old and bitter and the deaths of his comrades combined with his failing memory make him a generally unpleasant person to be around)

Stewardship: 0 (Brian currently resides in an old folks home as his memory issues leave him unable to properly take care of himself)

Intrigue: 0 (Brian's lack of a solid grasp on reality makes him easy to manipulate and leaves him utterly unable to investigate things)

Learning: 0 (Brian struggles to remember the names of people he knows on some days. Given that he can hardly soak up any new information)

Traits
Cursed to Forget: Brian Muldoon is cursed to be unable to retain memory properly. On every action roll if Brian gets under 26 or over 74 the action is canceled as Brian forgot to do it.

Julian Forichs AKA Corvid
Stats
Martial: 22 (Julian is one of the world's greatest martial artists and has trained around the world to get to his current level)

Diplomacy: 4 (Corvid is rude taciturn and mysterious and doesn't play well with others. While he founded and leads the Wardens on the East Coast he does next to nothing to manage their image thinking that their works will speak for themselves)

Stewardship: 16 (While Corvid set up the Wardens every member has to pull their own weight. He doesn't support anyone besides himself and while he has enough money to fund his own superheroics most of that comes from selling his company and the inheritance his parents left him)

Intrigue: 32 (Corvid is one of the world's greatest detectives and regularly solves mysteries that his enemies throw at him. He is the main information distributer of the Wardens and keeps the groups identities secret from the world at large despite virtually everyone else attempting to figure it out)

Learning: 18 (Julian is a very clever man and since devoting his life to being Corvid full time his mind has only grown sharper with the kind of threats he needs to deal with)

Traits
Nevermore: After defeating another hero unit Corvid adds + 10 to his rolls against them in all future conflicts

Victor Veritas AKA Conqueror Worm
Stats
Martial: 36 (Conqueror Worm's ability to transform into a massive demonic mix between a hydra and a worm makes him exceptionally dangerous especially since conventional fighting tactics will only cause him to multiply and become even more dangerous)

Diplomacy: 12 (As a cult leader who lives in the sewers Conqueror Worm is surprisingly eloquent and charming. However his grotesque appearance can throw people off and the mans unhinged sadism is more than a little frightening)

Stewardship: 3 (Conqueror Worm cares nothing for his followers or holding land or making a profit. He just wants to see the world burn and wants to devour everything in his way)

Intrigue: 12 (Conqueror Worm is straightforward but excels at escaping from fights and vanishing in the wake of his destruction)

Learning: 1 (Conqueror Worm lacks a formal education and is illiterate. He relies hevily on raw power rather than a genuinely crafty scheme

Traits
The Madness Place: All of Conqueror Worm's rolls have a 1/10 chance of failing, a 1/10 chance of becoming a different action and if Corvid is involved any action that doesn't involve killing him drops to a 1/2 chance of automatically failing.

Piyotr Pushkin AKA Red Death
Stats
Martial: 12 (Piyotr is not a skilled fighter but the lethality of the gases he uses when conducting his crimes makes him exceptionally dangerous to the unprepared)

Diplomacy: 1 (For all of Piyotr's high minded ideals he struggles to communicate them in a way that doesn't leave him as coming off as a raving madman. No one trusts him enough to work with him)

Stewardship: 1 (Piyotr had his company collapse on him which he blames on the capitalist society when in reality it was his own poor business skills)

Intrigue: 25 (Piyotr managed to develop a suit which can turn invisible. While he can still be heard the he is incredibly hard to track and is quite skilled at hiding his operations.

Learning: 19 (Piyotr is a brilliant chemist who has developed some of the world's deadliest nerve agent entirely on his own)

Traits
Poisonous Person: Whenever Red Death is assigned to an action that involves improving or creating some kind of poison add + 20 to the roll after everything else has been calculated.

Burn the Rich: Piyotr adds an extra +5 to martial rolls when he is attempting to kill someone who is in the 1%

Jerimiah Bellgrave AKA The Mystery-meat Man
Stats
Martial: 13 (The Mystery-meat Man is an undead shell of a butcher that consumes the flesh of anything its body comes into contact with. It is not truly sentient and is incapable of advanced battle tactics being rather straightforward to deal with so long as you don't touch it with bare skin. Despite not needing to do so it restricts itself to human form when it can do so)

Diplomacy: 0 (The Mystery-meat Man is undead and lacks the higher brain capacity to communicate and merely acts on instinct. It can repeat words it hears back to people but it is no more convincing in an argument than a parrot would be)

Stewardship: 0 (The Mystery-meat Man has no consciousness to coordinate with others)

Intrigue: 3 (The Mystery-meat Man mimics the behaviors that the serial killer Jerimiah Bellgrave had in life making it seem as though it is human when it really isn't. The act falls apart as people examine beyond the surface but it can fool unwary travelers)

Learning: 0 (The Mystery-meat Man has no true intelligence and merely mimics the behaviors Jerimiah had in life)

Traits
Undying Abomination: So long as a fragment of the Mystery-meat Man remains undestroyed it can reconstitute itself. Any attempts to kill Mystery-meat Man through physical force automatically fail.

Sandra Hart AKA Telltale Heart
Stats
Martial: 13 (Sandra is a skilled knife fighter and is able to take on foes normal people would struggle with she is talented and her meta-human ability to have an awareness of where every heart in the room is makes her deadly accurate when using projectiles)

Diplomacy: 3 (Sandra can barely fake being a normal person. The constant ticking she hears drives her mad and she doesn't view anyone other than herself as being real. Sandra heavily dissociates and is oftentimes immensely frightening once she desires peace and quiet. Her obsessive compulsive disorder only further adds to this although it does make it so that she constantly keeps herself looking good unlike other members of Corvid's rogues gallery)

Stewardship: 24 (So long as she doesn't have to meet any of them in person Sandra can effectively direct large groups of minions to effectively accomplish multiple goals at once. If she wasn't insane she would most likely have been a very successful businesswoman)

Intrigue: 26 (Sandra sees plans within plans within plans and meticulously plots out numerous things in order to deal with them. Her rampant paranoia combined with her obsessive compulsive need to make sure everything is perfect ensures that she builds insanely elaborate schemes that cover all of their bases and are difficult to unravel)

Learning: 12 (Sandra is scary smart. While her various mental issues keep her from learning things very well, as she can't stand to be around people and non-symmetrical fonts can cause her to fly into a rage in order to fix them, what she does know is very frightening. Sandra has built bombs with literal scraps and is capable of designing various complicated bits of machinery to fulfill her plans. Most of the time its nothing really new but her bizarre Rube Goldberg machinery can often be put to very frightening ends)

Traits
Tick-Tock Hearts: Any stealth roll by a creature with a heart within about a 500 meter radius from Sandra will fail due to her meta-human ability. Furthermore if Sandra hears a heart ticking she has a 1/10 chance to be forced to attempt to quiet the heart by stopping it from beating.

Isaac Cutter AKA Pendulum
Stats
Martial: 22 (Pendulum is a skilled fighter and his ability to contort and bend any one of his joints in 360 degrees makes him even more dangerous to fight. He is also skilled in the use of swords and scythes and is able to swallow and spit out knives)

Diplomacy: 12 (Pendulum is surprisingly personable despite his madness and manages to worm his way into peoples good graces when he is in disguise as someone else. Granted when the crazy parts of his psyche that makes him feel compelled to kill and destroy in the name of bringing things towards balance he manages to lose all of his charisma)

Stewardship: 5 (Pendulum cares little for anything beyond himself and only ever looks out for number one. He is incapable of working with others as his madness drives him to switch between wanting to make things more orderly to wanting to cause things to become more chaotic in order to bring about a balance. Because of this Pendulum will rapidly turn on any supposed allies and cannot form long term plans as his madness might cause him to rapidly swing in the other direction)

Intrigue: 26 (Pendulum is frighteningly capable of constructing false identities and worming himself into places where he shouldn't be in order to make everything worse. He is a master of disguise and can effectively maintain personas for weeks on end when his mind remains consistent)

Learning: 8 (Pendulum is very clever but he lacks an interest in improving anything. He sees society as a machine he needs to set back into order and as such knowledge holds little value to him beyond what can be done to fix society. His focus is mostly in sociology based information but he is a decent chemist as well)

Siobhan McBride
Stats
Martial: 39 (Siobhan McBride is the heir to a lineage of mages stretching all the way back to the time of the Roman empire. Furthermore she was trained from birth to be as deadly as possible and upon becoming the head of the McBride family. Siobhan gained the knowledge and experience of every head that came before her making her an absolute magical powerhouse)

Diplomacy: 20 (Siobhan is well bred and eloquent and while she is absolutely vicious she hides her bloodlust very well and can construct well reasoned arguments as to why people should agree with her. Of course she boosts her natural skills by using a variety of charms and spells to make her appear more pleasant and likeable than she really is)

Stewardship: 12 (Siobhan runs the McBride family very efficiently but considering that everyone in the family who isn't the head is magically geassed into obeying the head that is less impressive than it sounds especially considering that upon the death of the head of the McBride family all possible heirs engage in a battle to the death to become the new head meaning that she doesn't have to deal with any challenges to her power or authority)

Intrigue: 26 (The McBride family is considered one of the darkest mage families still in existence to this very day. They have many dark secrets they hide not only from the normal world but also from other mages as they know what they do could get them treated as scum of the earth. As the Head of the McBride family Siobhan has centuries of experience lying cheating and stealing to fall back on to do her dirty deeds in the dark well)

Learning: 36 (Siobhan has the combined knowledge of every head of the McBride family making her a living archive of dark magic. There is no one on the planet who even comes close to matching her knowledge of the subject. On top of that she has perfect recall of every bit of information any of her predecessors might have learned)

Traits
McBride Reputation: Whenever Siobhan is doing a diplomacy roll against someone who knows the history of the McBrides subtract 20 from the roll. If they are a magic user subtract an additional 20. If they had a family member get abducted into the McBride family subtract 50.

McBride Family Geass: Siobhan cannot fail a diplomacy check against another McBride and can freely assign and cancel any of their actions

Important notes
The McBride's are one of the darkest mage families in Earth 27. They regularly abduct and mind control outsiders into providing the head as many heirs as possible before forcing those heirs to compete in a death match to select the new head of the family. Branch families are created by the Head forcing other members to breed with people who aren't them in order to provide more fodder. The McBride's have also developed a system where each head gains the collected knowledge and memories of all the heads that came before them. The McBride's are considered the worst kind of mage out there who isn't actively seeking to bring about the end of the world but they earn themselves a seat at the table through sheer magical power.

Due to the horrific nature of the transplant of souls to the next McBride Head the magical signature of the head is closer to that of a demon's than a human's and is instantly recognizable as wholly unnatural.

Marcus Lemure
Stats
Martial: 16 (Marcus Lemure is the teenaged heir of the Lemure family of mages. While he is young and still learning he has shown a great talent for the Lemure family specialty. Unfortunately the Lemure family specialty is dealing with ghosts so that doesn't have too many offensive capabilities but Marcus makes it work)

Diplomacy: 4 (Marcus is rash and hot headed and often doesn't think before he speaks. He struggles at getting his point across and is often frustrated by the tediousness of mage family negotiations)

Stewardship: 3 (Marcus is not very good at managing things although he is working at getting better at it. He hopes to one day live up to the expectations placed on him but right now feels that they are too crushing)

Intrigue: 7 (Marcus has begun examining his family's past and although he isn't exactly the most subtle about it he has made progress on it and has begun to uncover several conspiracies)

Learning: 15 (Marcus is a talented mage who has begun innovating his families magic in many new and exciting ways. While traditionalists might scoff at him the results Marcus has been getting are incredible. It is likely that as he matures his intelligence will only grow)

Calvin Caldocian
Martial: 12 (Calvin Caldocian is an old man who specializes in transmutation. While it is a powerful branch of magic his inability to get out of a wheel chair and bad lungs leaves Calvin mostly dependent on the enemies weaknesses or an allies support in order to win a fight)

Diplomacy: 16 (Calvin is a skilled negotiator and often relies on using dialogues to accomplish his goals rather than violence)

Stewardship: 19 (Calvin has managed his family for upwards of sixty years and has increased his families profits in ways the governments of the world can't track and has kept them flourishing)

Intrigue: 17 (Calvin is an old man who has been around too long in mage society to not know the value of skullduggery and trickery. He is a wily old man and is quite good at this part of mage society)

Learning: 3 (Calvin was never a great innovator. He relied on slowly and patiently learning things but at his age he is rather set in his ways and is no longer truly capable of making great magical breakthroughs. Calvin has given up on advancing his craft and instead is focused on ensuring the next generation will be in a better position than he was)

Alexandra Vesturi
Stats
Martial: 19 (Alexandra is the heir to a very old mage family and has access to very powerful magic as such)

Diplomacy: 3 (Alexandra is haughty rude dismissive and arrogant and sees almost everyone else as beneath her. Naturally this makes her come off as rude to virtually everyone else making her very easy to dislike)

Stewardship: 12 (Alexandra is quite talented at helping to run the Vesturi family and looks to take over soon)

Intrigue: 2 (Alexandra views subtlety and misdirection as the tools of weaklings who don't have enough power to accomplish things like a true magic user would)

Learning: 11 (Alexandra is a good study of magic but is a little to one dimensional in how she approaches problems with magic)

Vor'Tak'Gesh
Stats
Martial: 25 (Vor'Tak'Gesh was the general leading the first Hro'Magal invasion of earth. He is a skilled battle commander and was strong enough to go toe to toe with the Bastion for a little while)

Diplomacy: 4 (Vor'Tak'Gesh was notably violent and desperation had driven him to abandoning talk as a method of achieving his goals. Despite this he could still give rather eloquent speeches when rallying the troops)

Stewardship: 25 (Vor'Tak'Gesh effectively managed his army and kept his troops well supplied in all of their campaigns)

Intrigue: 2 (Vor'Tak'Gesh was desperate and often neglected to gather information before preparing to strike. This proved to often be his undoing when his opponents managed to surprise him)

Learning: 5 (Vor'Tak'Gesh is focused on combat and doesn't have time to indulge in intellectual pursuits)

Hro'Malak'Tong
Stats
Martial: 23 (The commander of the second and third Hro'Magal invasion Hro'Malak'Tong was not as focused on military matters as the previous leader but was no less dangerous for it)

Diplomacy: 38 (Hro'Malak'Tong managed to unite all of the Hro'Magal behind him as they fled their homeworld)

Stewardship: 34 (Hro'Malak'Tong was responsible for organizing an interstellar people and whil he did have to delegate he succeeded in getting them effectively organized)

Intrigue: 26 (Hro'Malak'Tong only managed to maintain his position by ensuring that no one was plotting against him or undermining his work)

Learning: 12 (Hro'Malak'Tong is not a scholar or a philosopher but he likes to learn as much as he can when he has free time and has an aptitude for some basic engineering)

Mala-Mala Din
Stats
Martial: 17 (Mala-Mala Din is a space pirate who tries to loot dead worlds of any leftover trinkets they might have. He has had to deal with numerous other pirates over the years and has had to deal with abominations that caused worlds to die. Throughout it all Mala-Mala has remained on top of things and has stayed alive although he did lose a hand to a Khithoonian Radalisk)

Diplomacy: 3 (Mala-Mala is a fast talking smooth negotiator and knows how to communicate well. However his need to make a sarcastic commentary on everything and his irreverent sense of humor and speaking causes his mouth to get him into more trouble than it gets him out of)

Stewardship: 1 (Mala-Mala is a pirate partial for the adventure and partially because he is somewhat incompetent at ever actually making a profit and now owes several dozen very dangerous entities lots of money. The one rule of Mala-Mala's life is that no matter how much money he makes he will eventually lose it all and land himself into an even worse financial position)

Intrigue: 31 (The upside of having to dine and dash and being on the run from every galactic debt collector this side of the universe means you very quickly learn how to avoid getting caught for anything. Mala-Mala is an immensely slippery individual with a talent for getting in and out of places he has no right being near let alone surviving getting involved with)

Learning: 7 (Mala-Mala is not a scientist and doesn't really bother to do much to become more knowledgeable. He is fairly happy with his rather average intelligence and while he is creative he doesn't plan on getting an expertise in any field any time soon cause that will make him to easy to track)

Virnox AKA The Tombkeeper
Stats
Martial: 43 (The Tombkeeper is the guardian of Maggan's tomb and defends it from all outsiders. It is an immensely powerful artificial life form created for the sole purpose of ensuring that no one gets into the tomb)

Diplomacy: 0 (The Tombkeeper cannot communicate with any outside forces and cannot be altered from its programming)

Stewardship: 0 (The Tombkeeper no longer needs to manage anything and has zero organizational capabilities)

Intrigue: 34 (The Tombkeeper was built to detect any intruders to the area and is capable of turning itself virtually undetectable to those without super senses or advanced scanners

Learning: 0 (The Tombkeeper cannot deviate from its programming at all)

Important notes
The Tombkeeper was once a simple alien named Virnox who was a travelling companion to Maggan. Upon betraying Maggan after the completion of his device Virnox succeeded in fatally poisoning Maggan. However Maggan then transformed Vinox into a powerful but mindless entity known as The Tombkeeper that would forever ensure no one would be able to use Maggan's device like Virnox tried to.

Birthdays of Major Characters for Worldbuilding Reasons
So this is a fun post that I'm going to be doing (and it won't affect the quest too much beyond how kids age). I decided to try and figure out birthdays for most of the major characters. Other than Carmine and Alberto Falcone I can't think of any actual birthdates for DC characters so it was fun to try and give people birthdays. Within each date is a fun little easter egg and I'm curious to see if anyone can figure them all out. I'll probably add more to it over time but without further ado here is a bunch of brithdays.

  • Eve Eden: December 21st
  • Oswald Loomis: December 25th
  • Elaine Marsh Morton: December 31st
So yeah. Cassandra's birthday is technically this turn if you guys want to write omakes about that. I'll be updating her character sheet after the results so that incongruities (she is nine instead of eight) get resolved. I'll add more birthdays as time goes on and I'm interested how many of the easter eggs and references people will catch.

List of post-humanist options at LexCorp and each members capability to take the enhancements and feelings on it (dear God this is a really long title)
So here it is the long awaited list of stuff you have that can technically improve humans and how it meshes together. This will not include tech options but rather will include physical objects that you have made. It will contain every character's opinions on it and who can use it. I hope this is informative.

Human-Plant Integration Serum
A serum developed to allow people to integrate plant biology into their normal human one. Doesn't have consistent effects across the board is a tightly kept secret and allows certain individuals to access the Green. Can potentially be combined with the Bone Regeneration formula. Can be combined with cybernetic augmentation up to a point (certain individuals will have a poor reaction to both treatments)
  • Lex Luthor: Cannot take the serum and is disappointed by this fact but still views his control of it as a possible trump card
  • Mercy Graves: Is aware of it and can take it but finds it not worth the risk as she doesn't know what it would get her
  • Pamela Isley: One of the key developers of the serum who has already taken it with astounding results and is incredibly happy she did so.
  • Professor Ivo: Is unaware of its existence and taking it would literally kill him
  • Katherine Kane: Cannot take it as her body would reject the augmentation, she is also unaware of the serums existence although she does know Pamela has powers
  • Rebecca Carstairs: Is aware of the serum and cannot take it herself but has little desire to do so anyways as she thinks all power must come at a price
  • Roxanne Sutton: Could take it and is willing to do so but is unaware the serum exists (Roxanne cannot take cybernetic augmentations and the Human-Plant integration serum)
  • Carol Ferris: Can take the serum but has no desire to do so preferring to remain an ordinary person and is also unaware that the serum exists
  • Karl Helfern: Can take it but he would prefer to wait until he sees how it meshes with his own bone regeneration formula
  • Cassandra Luthor: Can take it and is aware of it but is unaware of what the serum really is (her mind doesn't have a concept for it beyond "medicine") although she is aware of the changes it made to Pamela and it could significantly warp her mind
  • Mari McCabe: Cannot take it and is utterly unaware of the serums existence
  • Oswald Loomis: Can take it but is unaware of the serum's existence and has little desire for superpowers that he cannot obtain on his own
  • Jinx: Cannot take it and is unaware of the serum's existence
  • Carl Draper: Cannot take it is unaware of it's existence and would be disappointed he couldn't take it since there are so many possibilities he could explore with it
  • Felicity Smoak: Can take it is unaware of the serum and would not want to take anything that is not fully understood by science
  • Marie Louise Dahl: Cannot take it and is unaware of the serum but would like to be able to have some power even if she would be highly irresponsible with it
  • Edward Nygma: Cannot take it and is unaware of it and views superpowers as a crutch for those who aren't smart enough to hack it with just their minds.
  • Rose Wilson: Cannot take it and it unaware of it and would refuse it due to a nagging feeling in the back of her mind.
  • Dr. Moon: Can take it and would be glad to do so but is unaware of the existence of the serum
  • Lisa Snart: Cannot take the serum and is unaware of its existence but is disappointed since she'd view that as a leg up on the competition
  • Leonard Snart: Cannot take it and is unaware of the serum and would categorically refuse to do so as he doesn't understand just what it would do to him
  • Samuel Scudder: Cannot take it and would be disappointed if he knew about this since he'd like to gain superpowers.
  • Mick Rory: Cannot take it and has no interest in doing so even if he did no of the benefits
  • Lucy Lane: Is unaware of the existence of the serum and is not compatible with it. She would take it if she could though
  • Meena Dhawan: Meena Dhawan can take the serum and would be down to do so if she learned of the serums existence
  • Caitlin Snow: Caitlin has no knowledge of the serum and is incompatible with it
  • Louise Lincoln: Louise has no knowledge of the serum and is utterly uninterested in that kind of enhancement
  • Vivian D'Aramis: Vivian has no knowledge of the serum and is incompatible with it
  • Constance D'Aramis: Constance has no knowledge of the serum and is incompatible with it
  • Mister Frost: Mister Frost has no knowledge of the serum and is utterly ambivalent about taking it seeing no purpose to such an action.
  • Nathan Warbow: Nathan Warbow has no knowledge of the serum and would not be comfortable taking with it unless it became the norm amongst everyone else in the world to take it
  • Paige Monroe: Paige has no knowledge of the serum but would be interested in taking it if she was convinced that it could fix her somehow. As of now she's not willing to bite quite yet but with a bit of tweaking she'd be willing to go along with it
  • Lana Lang: Lana has no knowledge of the serum but is compatible with it. That being said she'd refuse to take it as she is against unnecessary body modifications of a great extent and this falls into that category in her eyes
  • Rene Carpenter: Rene has no knowledge of the serum but would be willing to take it if she became aware of it and is compatible with the serum, seeing it as simply another way to gain an advantage.
  • Elaine Marsh Morton: Can take it but has no knowledge of its existence and would be opposed to doing anything that would make her no longer purely human
  • Edward Wells: Cannot take it although he would be interested in doing so
  • Siobhan McDougall: Siobhan is incompatible with the serum and doesn't know of it but has no strong feelings about the process one way or the other
  • Helena Bertinelli: Helena is compatible with the serum though she lacks knowledge of it. Ultimately while Helena is at least a little interested in it, she currently sees doing something like this as going a step further than what she's currently willing to do for revenge
  • Raven: Raven is incompatible with the serum and has no knowledge about it. She ultimately would not agree to take the serum even if she thinks becoming one with nature in such a way is interesting conceptually
  • Fixit: Fixit cannot take the formula and has no knowledge of it. He is incompatible with the serum due to having no biology to alter.
  • Leslie Willis: Cannot take it and is unaware of the serum's existence
  • Starfire: Utterly incompatible with the serum due to not being human and is unaware of the serum's existence.
  • Beatriz Da Costa: Beatriz is utterly incompatible with the serum and is unaware of the serum's existence

  • Enoch Brown: Enoch Brown is not compatible with the serum and is unaware of its existence
  • Brittney Meld: Brittney Meld is compatible with the serum and is unaware of its existence but doesn't really see it as something she needs to take in order to do her job as best as she possibly can and is generally disinterested in taking it, though not outright against it.
  • Mina Chaytan: Mina is compatible with the serum but is unaware of it. That being said she would have no interest in taking it and would outright resist such modification of her body
  • Nathan Craig Jones: Nathan is not compatible with the serum and doesn't know it exists but wouldn't really care either way.
  • Marcus Aelius: Marcus is not compatible with the serum and doesn't know it exists but would be fairly wary of it
  • Jade Crock: Jade is compatible with the serum and has no knowledge about it. Jade would quite happily agree to take the serum as she sees no real downsides to doing so.
  • Emmylou Brown: Emmylou Brown is incompatible with the serum and has no knowledge of it though she would be disappointed if she learned she for some reason can't get superpowers this way.

Cybernetic Augmentation
Cybernetic augmentation is an open secret at LexCorp and it is known that the company is capable of a few improvements. Cybernetic augmentation while invasive is easier to hide and isn't nearly as life altering as the human-plant integration serum. Potentially could be combined with the bone regeneration formula and can be combined with the human-plant integration formula (although some individuals cannot take both)
  • Lex Luthor: Can be cybernetically augmented but sees little reason to do so now when he will swiftly make himself outdated
  • Mercy Graves: Can be cybernetically augmented and finds certain aspects of it appealing.
  • Pamela Isley: Cannot be cybernetically augmented and has no desire to do so
  • Katherine Kane: Can be cybernetically augmented and sees some value in doing so but strongly prefers not to
  • Rebecca Carstairs: Cannot be cybernetically augmented. The reason for this is unknown but her body will reject all implants
  • Roxanne Sutton: Can be cybernetically enhanced and is more than happy to go under the knife for fun new abilities
  • Carol Ferris: Can be cybernetically enhanced but has no interest in being anything but a normal woman
  • Cassandra Luthor: Can be cybernetically enhanced but she is uninterested in doing so since Lex has advised her not to do so
  • Karl Helfern: Cannot be safely cybernetically enhanced due to his older age and has little desire to replace his body with machines as he thinks death is natural and when it's his time it's his time
  • Mari McCabe: Cannot undergo cybernetic augmentation as it would interfere with how the Tantu totem works as it wouldn't identify the machine as part of her
  • Oswald Loomis: Can undergo cybernetic augmentation and has shown interest in a few different ideas
  • Jinx: Can undergo cybernetic augmentation but really, really doesn't want to do so.
  • Carl Draper: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement but sees little to no point in doing so as he has no intention of using above human physical capabilities
  • Felicity Smoak: Can undergo cybernetic augmentation and is interested in a few of the ideas not directly related to combat
  • Marie Louise Dahl: Cannot undergo cybernetic enhancement without putting her health at risk or replacing her entire body. Marie would like to have an adults body.
  • Edward Nygma: Can undergo cybernetic augmentation but has no interest in doing so viewing replacing body parts for better results as a form of admitting he isn't good enough.
  • Rose Wilson: Can undergo cybernetic augmentation but refuses to do so due to a nagging feeling at the back of her mind that makes her feel augmentation is wrong and can breed arrogance.
  • Dr. Moon: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement and would do so as long as the operations don't interfere in his ability to conduct his experiments
  • Lisa Snart: Can undergo cybernetic augmentation although she is on the fence over whether or not it is worth it
  • Leonard Snart: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement but would refuse to do so unless it was to save his life
  • Samuel Scudder: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement and would be quite happy to do so as he views it as nothing but advantageous.
  • Mick Rory: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement but would not do so until he got evidence that it could survive very high temperatures without side effects
  • Lucy Lane: Can undergo cybernetic augmentation and would be interested in doing so as long as she doesn't have to regularly update the replacement parts
  • Meena Dhawan: Meena can see the benefits of augmenting herself this way but would rather not shackle herself to technology if at all possible.
  • Caitlin Snow: Cannot undergo cybernetic enhancement much to her disappointment as it was briefly considered as an avenue for helping to regulate her powers.
  • Louise Lincoln: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement but refuses to put her life in anyone else's hands and thus would refuse the augmentation immediately and vehemently
  • Vivian D'Aramis: Can undergo cybernetic augmentation but distrusts others and thus wouldn't agree to do so
  • Constance D'Aramis: Can undergo cybernetic augmentation and would like to do so but will refuse to do so until her sister also agrees to undergo the procedure
  • Mister Frost: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement but would refuse to do so due to the fear of making himself reliant on constant updates
  • Nathan Warbow: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement but would refuse to do so as he is uncomfortable having people operate on him unless absolutely necessary
  • Paige Monroe: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement but would refuse to do so due to her fear of visible marks left behind and her discomfort the idea of cutting herself open to make her better
  • Lana Lang: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement but refuses to do so as she has issues with unnecessary body augmentation and is against it in principle
  • Rene Carpenter: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement but would only do so if the enhancement is not externally visible
  • Elaine Marsh Morton: Can undergo cybernetic augmentation but greatly prefers for any augmentation to not be externally visible
  • Edward Wells: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement and would happily leap at the opportunity to do so provided he can see immediate large scale results from his augmentation
  • Siobhan McDougall: Cannot undergo cybernetic enhancement due to her regenerative capabilities. Siobhan wasn't particularly interested in pursuing this but she's a little annoyed that her powers took the choice from her
  • Helena Bertinelli: Can undergo cybernetic enhancement and is willing to do so if her upgrades are subtle enough to be unnoticed by the layperson and would aid her in getting her revenge
  • Raven: Cannot undergo effective cybernetic enhancement. Raven's demonic heritage makes any attempt at surgery less effective than it would be on a normal person and it would mess with her sense of self enough to mess with her most powerful magic. As such Raven vehemently does not want to undergo cybernetic enhancement
  • Fixit: Fixit cannot undergo cybernetic enhancement as he has already replaced all of his biological components with mechanical ones.
  • Leslie Willis: Cannot undergo cybernetic enhancement though she can incorporate machines into her body, this requires Leslie to learn more about machines/her power
  • Starfire: Starfire can undergo cybernetic enhancement but by and large she is uninterested in doing so unless interested. Tamaranean biology is generally effective enough that most cybernetic augmentations would be weakening them in some capacity and as such a cultural norm developed that cybernetics should only be used on those who are injured.
  • Beatriz Da Costa: Beatriz cannot undergo effective cybernetic enhancement as her powers heavily, heavily mess with machinery and would likely destroy any augmentation she were to recieve
  • Tora Olafsdotter: Tora can undergo cybernetic augmentation but is generally somewhat averse to doing so due to associating it with supervillains like Amok more than any legitimate means.
  • Eve Eden: Eve can undergo cybernetic augmentation and would be interested in doing so if she was convinced it would help her in achieving her goals.
  • Arthur Villain: Arthur Villain is capable of undergoing cybernetic augmentation but is unwilling to give up control and go under the knife with anybody but himself acting as the surgeon.
  • Catherine Devereux: Catherine is capable of undergoing cybernetic augmentation but she would prefer to keep her body entirely biological if at all possible
  • Enoch Brown: Enoch can undergo cybernetic augmentation but isn't overly fond of the idea, seeing it as putting you at the mercy of the latest technology
  • Brittney Meld: Brittney can undergo cybernetic augmentation. She's uninterested in getting any augments right now but sees a lot of potential in the field and would be very interested in getting an augmentation if she were ever injured.
  • Mina Chaytan: Mina can undergo cybernetic augmentation but is actively opposed to doing so since it's not compatible with certain aspects of her magical skillset and would make certain things harder for her.
  • Nathan Craig Jones: Nathan can undergo cybernetic augmentation. He is somewhat interested in getting some as one of his eyes isn't quite as good as the other and so he wouldn't mind seeing it get replaced/augmented.
  • Marcus Aelius: Marcus cannot undergo cybernetic augmentation and has hidden why that is, refusing to divulge any information on the matter.
  • Jade Crock: Jade can undergo cybernetic enhancement and is interested in potentially doing so in a simple manner but is unable to trust any LexCorp doctors to operate on her.
  • Emmylou Brown: Emmylou Brown can undergo cybernetic augmentation and thinks it would be incredibly cool to be a cyborg.
Bone Growth Formula
The Bone Growth Formula is the culmination of Dr. Helfern's work and is known throughout LexCorp. It grants immense strength and durability at the cost of a monstrous looking appearance. Taking it as of now seems to induce an irreversible condition. It can potentially be combined with cybernetic augmentation and the human-plant integration serum although cybernetics generally work better it they are implanted before taking the bone growth formula
  • Lex Luthor: Can take the formula but sees little reason in doing so as it would cripple his leadership and he can have others take it for him
  • Mercy Graves: Can take the formula but would prefer not to as it would cripple her ability to function in public
  • Pamela Isley: Cannot take the bone growth formula for some reason as it would have little effect due to not affecting her bones correctly. Pamela is perfectly fine with this.
  • Katherine Kane: Can take the bone growth formula but does not want to do so at all
  • Rebecca Carstairs: Cannot take the bone growth formula for some unknown reason. Rebecca is fine with being unable to take it
  • Roxanne Sutton: Can take the bone growth formula but refuses to do so as she feels it would make life too safe and take all the fun out of things.
  • Carol Ferris: Can take it but would not as she needs to look somewhat good as the head of her company
  • Cassandra Luthor: Can take the formula but will not as Lex doesn't want her taking it and potentially crippling her capabilities as his heir
  • Karl Helfern: Can take it and would do so happily
  • Mari McCabe: Can take it but would not agree to do so at all due to the appearance damaging effects
  • Oswald Loomis: Can take the formula and would do so if he felt he had been wronged or slighted too many times and needed to make someone pay

  • Carl Draper: Can take the formula and is ambivalent towards taking the formula
  • Felicity Smoak: Can take the formula but would greatly prefer not to
  • Marie Louise Dahl: Cannot take the formula as it would play poorly with her stature and potentially cause some very unpleasant complications. Marie is fine with this as she doesn't want to look like a freak
  • Edward Nygma: Can take the formula but sees himself as above such enhancements
  • Rose Wilson: For some reason her body would reject the formula making her unable to take it. Rose doesn't care either way

  • Helena Bertinelli: Can take the bone growth formula but absolutely refuses to do so while it would still disfigure her.
  • Raven: Can take the bone growth formula but is absolutely unwilling to do anything that wildly alters her body due to her fears of how it'll interact with her demonic heritage.
  • Fixit: Cannot take the bone growth formula due to having no bones to grow.
  • Leslie Willis: Cannot take the bone growth formula due to her powers causing her to have no bones to grow
  • Starfire: Cannot safely take the bone growth formula due to it being designed primarily for human biology and not Tamaranean biology. Starfire also would be uninterested in anything that heavily alters her appearance to be more non-human.
  • Beatriz Da Costa: Can take the bone formula but has no interest in doing so in any capacity so long as it would mess with her looks, finding it to be an unequal trade-off
  • Tora Olafsdotter: Can take the bone formula but while she does think the bone monsters might look cool, she's not thrilled to become one herself
  • Eve Eden: Can take the bone formula and while she's leery of committing to it, she would take it if she thought it meant getting the edge in completing her goals.
  • Arthur Villain: Can take the bone formula but would not due to valuing his ability to operate under the radar too much, even if the excuse he'll actually give people is different
  • Catherine Devereux: Can take the bone formula but is hesitant to do so even if she could be pressured into doing so
  • Enoch Brown: Can take the bone formula but is uninterested in committing to it since it'll make it even easier to paint him negatively and further tarnish his reputation.
  • Brittney Meld: Can take the bone formula but is uninterested in doing so as she sees no real benefit to doing so as of right now
  • Mina Chaytan: Can take the bone formula but is uninterested in doing so and sees such modification as potentially problematic for her specifically

  • Snowy: Snowy can take the bone formula but it's unclear how it will play with his extra arms and it might cause him further issues as it was made for humans, not macaques. Cassandra is generally opposed to trying anything untested on Snowy, while Snowy doesn't really have much of an opinion or even really say in the matter.
Improved Bone Growth Formula (appear to be a normal human)
Karl Helfern has been hard at work ensuring that his Bone Growth Formula was further iterated upon and improved. While it is less immediately combat viable than the improved base version of the formula, this latest iteration does not affect an individual's appearance while still enabling them to gain fairly significant increased durability and internal regeneration. It is generally not known to the people at LexCorp that this breakthrough has been made. It can potentially be combined with cybernetic augmentation, Venom, and the human-plant integration serum although cybernetics generally work better it they are implanted before taking the improved bone growth formula. Additionally this formula can be combined with other bone growth formulas though it's unknown what exact effects it will have.
  • Lex Luthor: Can take the formula but generally would prefer to wait and see what happens to others who take it and if it might close other doors. He is interested in keeping some on hand though as a just in case option.
  • Mercy Graves: Can take the formula and would willingly do so without too much fuss.
  • Pamela Isley: Cannot take the bone growth formula for some reason as it would have little effect due to not affecting her bones correctly. Pamela is perfectly fine with this.

  • Rebecca Carstairs: Cannot take the bone growth formula for some unknown reason. Rebecca is a little annoyed at being unable to take the improved version of the serum.
  • Roxanne Sutton: Can take the bone growth formula but refuses to do so as she feels it would make life too safe and take all the fun out of things.
  • Carol Ferris: Can take it and would willingly do so, but doesn't see too much benefit when her power ring already grants her superior durability.
  • Cassandra Luthor: Can take the formula but will not take it until she is an adult as it can have a significant affect on how her body develops.
  • Karl Helfern: Can take it and would do so happily, though he'd actually prefer the one that causes him to have a monstrous appearance
  • Mari McCabe: Can take it and is at least contemplative of doing so.
  • Oswald Loomis: Can take the formula but would actually rather not commit to something potentially permanent, especially since other options would empower him more.
  • Jinx: Cannot take the formula and is a bit sad that she couldn't because she thinks looking like a "cool bone monster" would be neat
  • Carl Draper: Can take the formula and is in no way opposed to doing so
  • Felicity Smoak: Can take the formula and is actually somewhat in favor of taking this version
  • Marie Louise Dahl: Cannot take the formula as it would play poorly with her stature and potentially cause some very unpleasant complications. Marie is less fine with this than she is with the other versions of the formula since this one wouldn't disfigure her.
  • Edward Nygma: Can take the formula but sees himself as above such enhancements as of right now. If significantly pressed and forced into fights, he'd be much more willing to take it to get an edge.

Cassandra is generally opposed to trying anything untested on Snowy, while Snowy doesn't really have much of an opinion or even really say in the matter.
Language Learning Spell
In your efforts to teach Cassandra Luthor language, Rebecca Carstairs has developed a spell that would essentially enhance an individuals mind to allow them to more rapidly pick up languages in the period of about a month. The spell has proven to have next to no side-effects and to be safe to use. It cannot be used repeatedly but it does leave concrete and tangible improvements for the long term that would allow an individual to keep improving. This option can be freely combined with any other option.
  • Lex Luthor: Lex can receive this enhancement but sees no point in doing so as he already has mastered many languages without the use of the spell and has access to a universal translator
  • Mercy Graves: Mercy can receive this enhancement but similar to Lex does not see much point in doing so when she has access to a universal translator
  • Pamela Isley: Pamela could receive this enhancement and would be pleasantly accepting of its benefits
  • Professor Ivo: Ivo's brain prevents him from being able to receive this enhancement which he doesn't really care about as he refuses to condone or believe in magic
  • Katherine Kane: Katherine can receive this enhancement and would do so if she was urged to by those she is close with
  • Rebecca Carstairs: Rebecca cannot receive this enhancement for some reason which frustrates her immensely
  • Roxanne Sutton: Roxy can receive this enhancement but doesn't really care to take it as she sees no benefit in mucking around with her brain to make her better at a skill she doesn't use
  • Carol Ferris: Carol could receive this enhancement and would be comfortable taking it
  • Cassandra Luthor: Cassandra has already received this enhancement
  • Karl Helfern: Can receive this enhancement but would refuse to do so as he doesn't see much point in it
  • Mari McCabe: Can receive this enhancement but refuses to do so as she enjoys the process of learning languages the old fashioned way
  • Oswald Loomis: Can receive this enhancement and would happily take it
  • Jinx: Can receive this enhancement but refuses to do so because she doesn't trust anyone else to use magic to affect her mind
  • Carl Draper: Can receive this enhancement but sees no purpose in doing so since he doesn't ever need to speak any language other than English
  • Felicity Smoak: Can receive this enhancement and would be willing to do so despite being somewhat skeptical as to its effects
  • Marie Louise Dahl: Can receive this enhancement and would gladly take it as she hopes that a more erudite and advanced vocabulary would make her seem more adult-like and thus get others to take her seriously
  • Edward Nygma: Cannot take this enhancement due to his brain already being incredibly advanced in the areas it would be enhancing with some slight abnormalities. There is a fear that the spell would also enhance his obsession with puzzles, word games and riddles and make them that much worse. Nygma has seen his inability to receive the enhancement without delving into madness as proof of his superior mind
  • Dr. Moon: Dr. Moon could receive this enhancement but categorically refuses to let anyone mess with his mind in any way
  • Lisa Snart: Lisa could receive this enhancement but has no intention of doing so as she thinks its kind of pointless
  • Leonard Snart: Leonard could receive this enhancement and has expressed mild interest in doing so after he is allowed to observe the process on someone else for at least a year. The rapid shift in personality it has seemingly brought upon Cassandra Luthor has not exactly endeared him to the concept of the spell and as such has made him less comfortable with it
  • Samuel Scudder: Sam could receive this enhancement but has no interest in doing so as he views it as boring and pointless.
  • Mick Rory: Mick could receive this enhancement but is ambivalent about doing so
  • Lucy Lane: Lucy could receive this enhancement and is very interested in taking it
  • Meena Dhawan: Meena could receive this enhancement but despite finding its effects interesting she doesn't want to do so as it accelerates the process of learning which she finds valuable in and of itself
  • Caitlin Snow: Caitlin could receive this enhancement and would be willing to do so once she saw more data on its long term effects. Cassandra Luthor's success is not enough for her to come to a conclusion on its effects overall as she wants to observe a larger sample of individuals especially older individuals
  • Louise Lincoln: Louise could receive this enhancement but is uninterested in doing so as she doesn't want anything messing with her brain.
  • Vivian D'Aramis: Vivian could receive this enhancement but would refuse due to not trusting the process of anything directly referenced as magic
  • Constance D'Aramis: Constance could receive this augmentation but is vehemently against anything that might mess with her brain
  • Mister Frost: Mister Frost could receive this enhancement and is interested in doing so.
  • Nathan Warbow: Nathan could receive this enhancement and would be willing to do so albeit begrudgingly and in exchange for a massive increase in pay and better insurance in case things go wrong
  • Paige Monroe: Paige could receive this enhancement and would happily do so if possible
  • Lana Lang: Lana could receive this enhancement but would rather not as she's a little cautious about anything that messes with her brain
  • Rene Carpenter: Rene could receive this enhancement and would leap at the opportunity if it is available
  • Elaine Marsh Morton: Elaine could receive this enhancement but prefers not to due to believing that the struggle to learn a new language is worthwhile in and of itself as the struggle builds character
  • Edward Wells: Edward could receive this enhancement but has no interest in doing so as he believes English is the only language he'll ever need
  • Siobhan McDougall: Siobhan could receive this enhancement and would leap at the opportunity to do so as she knows she's bad at learning and this spell could potentially help with that
  • Helena Bertinelli: Helena can receive this enhancement and would be willing to try it out
  • Raven: Raven can receive this enhancement but refuses out of the principle that anything that modifies the mind should be a spell of absolute last resort and is even more unwilling to mess with her mind due to cultural norms on Azarath and her own fear of what would happen if she were altered to lose her discipline
  • Fixit: Fixit cannot receive this enhancement as he lacks a conventional brain for this spell to influence. On top of that Fixit has no interest in this spell since he can easily enough learn languages via downloading the information
  • Leslie Willis: Leslie Willis cannot receive this enhancement as she lacks a conventional brain for this spell to influence. Leslie would be interested in this if she could but has resigned herself to needing to learn the hard way
  • Starfire: Starfire can receive this enhancement but has no interest in doing so due to Tamaranean biology providing her with a more natural way to swiftly learn languages through lip contact.
  • Beatriz Da Costa: Beatriz can receive this enhancement and would be willing to try it out
  • Tora Olafsdotter: Tora can receive this enhancement and would be willing to try it out
  • Eve Eden: Eve cannot receive this enhancement and is mildly miffed but doesn't really dwell on it at all
  • Arthur Villain: Arthur Villain can receive this enhancement but would refuse to do so due to not wanting to trust others with the contents of his mind
  • Catherine Devereux: Catherine Devereux could receive this enhancement and thinks it would be neat even if she's not actively pushing for it at all
  • Enoch Brown: Enoch Brown can receive this enhancement but is leery about trusting magic to mess with his brain in a safe manner
  • Brittney Meld: Brittney Meld can receive this enhancement but she's inherently cautious about doing so due to not understanding the exact mechanics of what would happen to her mind
  • Mina Chaytan: Mina Chaytan cannot receive this emhancement and wouldn't want to anyways.
  • Nathan Craig Jones: Nathan can receive this enhancement and is very interested in doing so, viewing it as an easy shortcut to skipping the difficulties of learning.
  • Marcus Aelius: Marcus can receive this enhancement but generally does not want to as he finds value in the process of struggling to learn a language and sees a spell that messes with that as both potentially risky and taking away some of the enjoyment of learning.
  • Jade Crock: Jade can receive this enhancement but has no real interest in doing so as she doesn't trust LexCorp to mess around with her brain.
  • Emmylou Brown: Emmylou can receive this enhancement and would be interested in doing so, seeing it as an easy way to learn a bunch of languages so she can show off how smart she is
Venom
A unique steroid developed in Santa Prisca for which you have received the formula for from Bane. This unique chemical concoction provides a temporary surge of incredible strength and muscle growth which is then undone after a short period of time. There have been signs that the drug is potentially addictive and it can cause heart complications if one is not careful when using it and especially so when overdosing. It also can lead to heightened aggression. Still it's a relevant additional to your arsenal of enhancements and one that can prove quite useful as the building block for other future improvements. Unlike most enhancements the benefits Venom confers on a subject are temporary unless you leave someone on it for years on end. This option can be freely combined with other options
  • Lex Luthor: Lex Luthor can take this enhancement but would refuse to do so until it was his very last option available as he values the sanctity of his own mind far too much to ever use it
  • Mercy Graves: Mercy can take this enhancement but would not do so unless it was a life or death fight as she thinks the potential for long term effects are too debilitating
  • Pamela Isley: Pamela can take this enhancement but will have massively heightened aggression if she does so and as such she would not do so unless ordered to
  • Katherine Kane: Katherine can take this enhancement but doesn't trust things like steroids and as such will categorically refuse to make use of Venom
  • Rebecca Carstairs: Rebecca can take this enhancement but refuses to do so as the potential mental effects could prevent her from properly performing spells
  • Roxanne Sutton: Roxy can take this enhancement and but is uninterested in doing so as she views it as a pointless and boring safety blanket
  • Carol Ferris: Carol can take this enhancement but is disgusted by the idea of using steroids and as such would absolutely refuse to do so
  • Cassandra Luthor: Cassandra can take this enhancement but wouldn't do so unless specifically ordered her to do so as she is already a capable enough fighter and she values her ability to outthink others more than she does a temporary strength boost
  • Karl Helfern: Karl can take this enhancement and would be willing to do so if his life were in danger
  • Mari McCabe: Mari can take this enhancement although it is not fully known how this would interact with her powers and she refuses to do so
  • Oswald Loomis: Oswald can take this enhancement but would refuse to do so due to his distaste for drugs
  • Jinx: Jinx can take this enhancement but refuses to do so as she has no interest fighting physically when she can use her magic instead
  • Carl Draper: Carl can take this enhancement and would do so if put into a dangerous fight
  • Felicity Smoak: Felicity can take this enhancement but refuses to do so due to being afraid of potential complications from long term damage
  • Marie Louise Dahl: Marie cannot take this enhancement due to potential complications involving her heart
  • Edward Nygma: Edward can take this enhancement but views it as a point of personal pride not to and as such would never make use of it
  • Dr. Moon: Dr. Moon can take this enhancement but refuses to do so as he fears it could damage his mind and affect his fine motor skills
  • Lisa Snart: Can take this enhancement and would do so if she was forced into a difficult close quarters fight
  • Leonard Snart: Leonard can take this enhancement but due to his distaste for drugs would absolutely refuse to do so unless it was a matter of life and death and even then he'd think twice about doing so
  • Samuel Scudder: Samuel Scudder can take this enhancement and happily would do so but is liable to overdose if given free access to it
  • Mick Rory: Mick Rory can take this enhancement but would not do so unless someone who he cared about was in a life threatening situation due to his fears of how the heightened aggression could interact with his own preexisting mental issues
  • Lucy Lane: Lucy Lane can take this enhancement but would refuse to do so due to looking down on drug users and viewing relying on it as a "weakness" that wouldn't be tolerated in her family
  • Meena Dhawan: Meena can take this enhancement but has absolutely no interest in doing so as she views the potential for addiction as too big of a risk
  • Caitlin Snow: Caitlin could receive this enhancement but is unwilling to do so due to its potential side effects
  • Louise Lincoln: Louise cannot take this enhancement due to potential heart problems and is utterly uninterested in doing so anyways
  • Vivian D'Aramis: Vivian can take this enhancement but refuses to do so due to being afraid of the long term damage it could cause
  • Constance D'Aramis: Constance D'Aramis can take this enhancement but refuses to do so due to being afraid of addiction
  • Mister Frost: Mister Frost can take this enhancement but sees absolutely no point in doing so and wouldn't bother making use of it.
  • Nathan Warbow: Nathan can take this enhancement but categorically refuses to do so or even associate with people who do so due to some negative experiences with drugs and drug users
  • Paige Monroe: Paige can take this enhancement but refuses to do so due to the steroids effects potentially exacerbating her mental issues even further
  • Lana Lang: Lana can take this enhancement but absolutely refuses to do so as she doesn't particularly like drugs and taking a steroid runs somewhat counter to her morals
  • Rene Carpenter: Rene can take this enhancement but refuses to do so for fear of the ensuing mental damage as she is well aware of the long term damage drug use, even when used correctly, can have on an individual's psyche
  • Elaine Marsh Morton: Elaine can take this drug but utterly refuses to do so due to her viewing the use of steroids as polluting her body
  • Edward Wells: Edward can take this enhancement and would do so provided he was insured against potential complications later on down the line
  • Siobhan McDougall: Siobhan cannot take this enhancement as her regenerative powers cause her body to start rejecting the effects of Venom as they kick in leading to a no real benefit
  • Helena Bertinelli: Helena would be willing to take Venom in small doses if it aided in her revenge but is unwilling to commit to large quantities for fear of addiction.
  • Raven: Raven utterly refuses to touch Venom despite being capable of taking it due to her immense fear of what addiction could do to her mind and what would naturally flow from that.
  • Fixit: Fixit cannot take Venom due to having no biological parts
  • Leslie Willis: Leslie cannot take venom due to the abnormalities of her current state.
  • Starfire: Starfire can take Venom and would happily do so if pressed during an invasion. Outside of that she is worried about the mood altering effects but she sees it as merely another tool.
  • Beatriz Da Costa: Beatriz da Costa can take Venom but is very leery about doing so due to disliking steroids as a general rule
  • Tora Olafsdotter: Tora is unwilling to take Venom as she sees any potential power boost not worth the potential mental issues it might cause
  • Eve Eden: Eve can and will take Venom if she thinks it'll help her in achieving her goals
  • Arthur Villain: Arthur Villain cannot take Venom due to potential heart complications
  • Catherine Devereux: Catherine could take Venom but she doesn't see any need to and thinks that even if for some reason she was forced into an extreme scenario there are better ways to defend herself
  • Enoch Brown: Enoch Brown cannot take Venom due to potential heart complications but he's very interested in researching and experimenting with venom
  • Brittney Meld: Brittney Meld can take Venom but isn't willing to do so considering it can affect her mental state
  • Mina Chaytan: Mina Chaytan can take Venom but is unwilling to do so, seeing it as pointless for her and generally looking down on substance users
  • Nathan Craig Jones: Nathan can take Venom but is opposed to doing so, seeing drugs as dangerous, especially if you're using them to try and cover-up some deficiency with them. He also doesn't really see much benefit to him making use of Venom.
  • Marcus Aelius: Marcus can take Venom and while he can see the tactical benefit, he generally thinks he's more valuable keeping a clear head and as such will refuse to take it unless things are very dire.
  • Jade Crock: Jade can take Venom but refuses to do so, preferring to sarcastically cite that "winners don't do drugs" as a response. It's quite likely that Jade's views on steroids at least somewhat derive from Sportsmaster's disdain for them as a former Olympian.
  • Emmylou Brown: Emmylou Brown can take Venom and would happily and repeatedly take Venom as a way to get "super-strength".
  • Janus: Janus can be given Venom. It's likely to interact bizarrely with him but it can have a notable effect. That being said he'd have to be put to sleep first because he'd never sit still enough to be injected with a needle
  • Snowy: Snowy can be given Venom although it will likely cause even larger motor problems to occur with him and he'd most likely have a terrible reaction to once again being experimented on
Robotic Conversion
Fixit's ability to convert a biological creature into a fully mechanical one holds interesting philosophical implications for the ship of Theseus problem and is a way for you to upgrade people past the limitations of humanity. While Fixit has proven to be capable of sanity and his methods leave people with a fully functional body, he has not yet fully mastered making robotic bodies that appear fully human, making this enhancement noticeable, and it seems to have affected his personality, though it's unclear how much of that stems from him suddenly having a radically different life thanks to being a robot and how much of that stems from a flaw in transferring the mind. This option is permanent and cannot be undone. This option cannot be combined with any other option.
  • Lex Luthor: Lex Luthor can take this option but would not do so without being forced to confront his own mortality or made to suffer due to the limitations of his human body. For now Lex has too many advantages from being human to ever seriously consider an option like this
  • Mercy Graves: Mercy Graves can take this option but is uncertain as to whether or not it is worth it. While she can see the benefits of mechanical might, the cost of upkeep and upgrades as well as potential mental side effects leave her wary of committing to this treatment especially since it cannot be undone.
  • Pamela Isley: Pamela can take this option but has no knowledge of this option and would have even less desire to take this option were she to learn of it. Pamela would lose all of her powers and abilities if she were to undergo robotic conversion and on that on top of the other effects it might have leave Pamela unwilling to even consider it for a moment.
  • Katherine Kane: Katherine can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Katherine has absolutely no interest in taking this option due to how it might affect her relationship with Pamela.
  • Rebecca Carstairs: Rebecca cannot take this option and is unaware of its existence. It is currently unknown why Rebecca's body reacts the way it does to cybernetics and such but because of this the process of robotic conversion is not viable.
  • Roxanne Sutton: Roxy can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Roxy would be mildly interested in the possibilities this could provide her but she would want to have some understanding of how it might affect her personality
  • Carol Ferris: Carol Ferris can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Carol would have no interest in robotic conversion due to the importance of her image as Ultraviolet and how robotic conversion would necessarily both give away her identity and alter her appearance for the world to see.
  • Cassandra Luthor: Cassandra Luthor can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Cassandra takes far too much pride in her body to even consider replacing it with a machine especially since she has not finished growing or developing.
  • Karl Helfern: Karl can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Karl would leap at the chance to be undergo robotic conversion but would still prefer to attempt his bone formula first. The unknown mental effects robotic conversion can have on an individual also makes Karl a potentially dangerous subject for this enhancement as it's unclear how he might react to the completed process.
  • Mari McCabe: Mari can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Mari would completely refuse to undergo robotic conversion due to valuing her flesh and blood body too much to want to leave it behind.
  • Oswald Loomis: Oswald can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Oswald has no real desire to undergo robotic conversion right now but he would be quite willing to do so once he gets older and the range of appearances of robot bodies gets expanded upon.
  • Jinx: Jinx can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Jinx would never in a million years undergo robotic conversion due to not knowing how her magic will interact with it and fearing it as a way to accidentally kill herself or even potentially weaken or remove her magic.
  • Carl Draper: Carl can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Carl would have no interest in taking this option. Carl wants to ultimately grow old and feels that converting yourself into a human being is robbing yourself of a fundamental part of human existence. It would feel wrong for him to not age as his daughter grows older and as such he would refuse this option.
  • Felicity Smoak: Felicity can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Felicity would see the appeal of this option but would want to see greater data on its effects on the mind and more range in what kind of bodies can be produced since she has no interest in becoming a social pariah.
  • Marie Louise Dahl: Marie can take this option and is vaguely aware of its existence. She is heavily considering this option and sees a lot of appeal in it. Admittedly she is a touch unhappy with what her body would end up like after robotic conversion, but she is slowly coming around to the idea that it might be better than her current body. If Marie were to take this option, she would undoubtedly want to be upgraded to match up to her more idealized robotic body after the first treatment.
  • Edward Nygma: Edward Nygma can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Nygma would have no real interest in robotic conversion as he views his intelligence as a human to be more valuable than the intelligence of any machine. As such he would likely refuse this enhancement.
  • Dr. Moon: Dr. Moon can take this option but is unaware of its existence. If Dr. Moon were to learn of this, he would be interested in undergoing robotic conversion provided he learns enough about the procedure to do it to himself.
  • Lisa Snart: Lisa can take this option but is unaware of its existence. If Lisa were to learn of this option, she would not be interested in undergoing robotic conversion due to her liking her current body and seeing the robot body as an aesthetic downgrade.
  • Leonard Snart: Leonard can take this option but is unaware of its existence. If Leonard were to learn of this option, he would refuse it outright as robotic conversion sounds like something straight out of a nightmare of becoming a literal corporate drone.
  • Samuel Scudder: Sam can take this option but is unaware of its existence. If Sam were to learn of this option, he would leap at the chance to become a robot without any consideration for the effects it might have on him or how his magic would interact with it.
  • Mick Rory: Mick can take this option but is unaware of its existence. If Mick were to learn of this option, he would remain ambivalent but mostly cautious about taking a leap this drastic.
  • Lucy Lane: Lucy can take this option. However, due to her career, appearance is importance enough to her that she is unwilling to undergo robotic conversion right now. Lucy would likely be more willing to undergo robotic conversion once it has been further improved upon and enhanced.
  • Meena Dhawan: Meena Dhawan can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Meena would be ambivalent about undergoing robotic conversion due to not knowing how it would affect her mind in the long term and if it would make her more susceptible to certain kinds of bias.
  • Caitlin Snow: Caitlin Snow cannot take this option and is unaware of its existence. Caitlin's powers are too effective at cooling things down and would mess too much with the circuitry of her parts before she could be fully converted. Caitlin is a touch dismayed that this is not an option for her.
  • Louise Lincoln: Louise can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Louise would have no interest in robotic conversion due to note trusting anyone to mess with her body to this degree.
  • Vivian D'Aramis: Vivian can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Vivian would have no real interest in undergoing robotic conversion due to valuing her body too much to give it up
  • Constance D'Aramis: Constance can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Constance would similarly have no real interest in undergoing robotic conversion due to valuing her body too much to give it up.
  • Mister Frost: Mr. Frost can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Mr. Frost would be quite interested in robotic conversion and would even potentially recommend that individuals who undergo this treatment recieve a monthly stipend for doing so.
  • Nathan Warbow: Nathan can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Nathan would have no real interest in robotic conversion due to seeing it as too risky to currently be worthwhile especially since upgrades will eventually become inevitable.
  • Paige Monroe: Paige can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Paige would have some interest in this option but would ultimately back out due to not viewing any of the robotic bodies she might get now as inherently better in aesthetics then her current body. This will change as she ages. That being said there is an additional complication where Paige's own psychological issues may have unique interactions with robotic conversion.
  • Lana Lang: Lana can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Lana would view robotic conversion as unnatural and would actively campaign against its implementation if she were to learn of it due to viewing it as wrong and horrifying.
  • Rene Carpenter: Rene can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Rene would view this option as insufficiently tested to be currently worth her while and as such would prefer to remain in her current body until she is no longer in the prime of her life.
  • Elaine Marsh Morton: Lady Vic can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Lady Vic would view this as a sign of weakness and fear were she to learn of it and would value her humanity too much to ever consider willingly undergoing robotic conversion
  • Edward Wells: Edward Wells can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Edward Wells would view robotic conversion as an interesting opportunity and would have no real objections towards it.
  • Siobhan McDougall: Siobhan McDougall cannot take this option due to her regenerative powers and is unaware of this options existence. Siobhan would not understand any kind of appeal behind robotic conversion and would view the people who willing undergo the process as short-sighted and/or deluded
  • Helena Bertinelli: Helena Bertinelli can take this option. She's not especially interested in giving up her body for a robotic one, but she can see the appeal even if she currently feels that it is very much not for her.
  • Raven: Raven cannot take this option and is unaware of its existence. Raven's unique physiology causes her body to reject the necessary treatments for robotic conversion and as such make it something not worthwhile. Raven's concerns over how turning into a robot would affect her magic and her connection with Trigon also make her unwilling to mess with it any more than necessary.
  • Leslie Willis: Leslie cannot take this option and is unaware of its existence. She could effectively possess a robotic body that is given to her but that is through the use of her powers and the actual robotic conversion process upon her is impossible
  • Starfire: Starfire is against robotic conversion as she believes her natural Tamaranean form to be better than most machines and has no desire to not remain in her current physical state.
  • Beatriz Da Costa: Beatriz cannot take this option without compromising her powers in their entirety and thus she is unwilling to do so
  • Tora Olafsdotter: Tora is capable of undergoing robotic conversion but has no real interest in doing so as of right now
  • Eve Eden: Eve Eden is capable of undergoing robotic conversion but is hesitant to do so since she doesn't know how her powers will interact with this change and is unwilling to potentially lose her edge.
  • Arthur Villain: Arthur Villain can undergo robotic conversion but is unwilling to do so on anybody's terms but his own and thus will refuse any offer made by someone else to do it on his behalf.
  • Catherine Devereux: Catherine is hesitant to undergo robotic conversion, seeing it as likely to miss out on key parts of the human experience and thus she's unwilling to go for it.
  • Enoch Brown: Enoch Brown has no desire to undergo robotic conversion. While he could take this option, he prefers to live and die as a "bona fide human" rather than to go that heavy in replacing organic parts with mechanical ones
  • Brittney Meld: Brittney can take this option but is cautious and would prefer to wait to see long term studies on how people adapt to robotic conversion.
  • Mina Chaytan: Mina can take this option but would actively and violently resist any attempts to do so as she values her body as it is
  • Nathan Craig Jones: Nathan can take this option but doesn't really have an interest in doing so, being content with his life and his body and viewing the conversion as potentially involving giving up his powers.
  • Marcus Aelius: Marcus can take this option but doesn't think it's worth it due to it being practically guaranteed to cost him his powers which he views as valuable and worth keeping.
  • Jade Crock: Jade can take this option but is unaware of its existence. Jade would refuse to undergo robotic conversion due to her own powerlessness in the situation as well as the fact that it requires her to give up her body which she highly values due to her own skills and training.
  • Emmylou Brown: Emmylou Brown thinks robots are cool but she's hesitant to become one herself, even if she can't quite put her reasoning to words.
  • Janus: Janus can undergo robotic conversion but it is unclear what effect this will have on him and his psychology. Fixit has never conducted robotic conversion on a lion before so the long term effects are completely unknown.
  • Snowy: Snowy can undergo robotic conversion but it is unclear what the long term effects of this will be on him. Snowy's an even more risky case than Janus as he very clearly is afraid of glasses and so it's unclear how this intense fear will play into his newly roboticized psychology.
Mechanical Upgrade
It's relatively easy to upgrade a fully mechanical entity in a similar method to cybernetic enhancements. It can be very difficult to hide though that is not always the case and it certainly is the most open to evolution and experimentation as you are no longer constrained by the limits of the human body. Only purely mechanical hero units can receive this enhancement
  • Fixit: Fixit is purely mechanical and thus can receive this enhancement. Fixit however has no desire to receive this enhancement due to viewing himself as fully functional and as such not requiring any improvements or upgrades.
Lion Intelligence Enhancement Spell
Recently upon experimenting with the language learning spell Rebecca has stumbled upon a niche alteration which could potentially be used to drastically increase Janus' intelligence. It's unknown what side effects might occur but it could prove quiet interesting to be able to grant other lifeforms greater intelligence. Only lions can receive this enhancement.
  • Janus: Janus is a lion and thus can receive this enhancement. Provided he is given something to occupy himself with while the spell is cast it's liable to not even go too poorly.

Personal Actions
So this is an informational post on personal actions and their place in the quest. I tried to anticipate as many questions as possible in advance but if you still have any feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer them.

What is a personal action?
So What fundamentally is a personal action? A personal action is basically a small thing that a character does over the course of the in universe three or so months a turn takes place in. Personal actions are mostly fluff and do not lead to massive amounts of other options or rewards. While you can get some benefits (slight boost in stats, coop score increase etc.) they will always be less than what you could have gotten through a dedicated action. Some personal actions could conceivably open up full blown actions but I will not reveal what each one does exactly. Each Hero unit gets one personal action per turn.

How do personal actions function mechanically?
Personal actions are unique in how they function in that neither the characters stats nor their coop scores affect their performance on personal actions (although they do affect what is available). I calculate the success of a personal action by rolling a D100, dividing by five and then rounding up to the nearest whole number. Personal actions cannot fail no matter what you do and the worst that can happen is that nothing occurs that has a major impact on the story. If people want I can remove the dice roll aspect entirely and guarantee a certain level of success with each action but it will lead to the best possible results no longer being available as well.

Can I suggest personal actions?
Yes you can. While I will not be giving exp for suggested personal actions I will include them in the list. Be aware that any personal action cannot give big in game benefits so some things that may fail as a personal action could qualify as normal actions.

How many personal actions does each hero unit get?
Each Hero unit gets at least five personal actions that they can take. Personal actions involving other heroes count as personal actions for only one hero despite others involvement. Hero units will not all have the same personal actions available to them.

Edit: Due to complications only characters with a coop score of 1 or greater will be getting personal actions chosen by the thread. The rest will be randomly selected from a list of actions I have.

What is the point of all of this?
Personal actions are a way for me to implement smaller scale interactions and open up romance routes. They are mostly fluff but do have some possible benefits. Please be civil when discussing personal actions since they may get contentious. Personal actions are a way for you to further shape the world building of this quest and I hope you all find it a fun new mechanic, which while not the most impactful to your success (it won't be making huge alterations to your numbers), still provides entertainment for the player base.
