Well, it's tempting for those of us who want more formation stuff
But yeah, Gu Xiulan or even Su Ling when at Yellow (Or Li Suyin) should be better.
Yeah, stealing a bow from Kang Zihao's posse is more and more tempting. Condor would be very doable once we have 3/4 dots in bow, but we might have to do it before then.

Like I said, it's a gamble. Either he accepts and we transition to Event or he doesn't and we pick a different action instead.

Ehh, that's kind of cheating? A sect job should take a major action, using simply a minor shouldn't work. Something like this, though:

I've actually been wanting to do exactly that.
Do Cai Quest, Crimson Condor or Investigate Disapperances (maybe with Gan Guangli, we are doing Cai Cai a favor after all), open a couple meridians, go for Arm/Arm/Spine Wind/X art.

So while we won't learn a new art this turn, this plan gets us two new meridians, for a total of three open ones next turn. That means we could pick up two arts next turn.
It gets us a physical cultivation roll, a spiritual cultivation roll, two Qi cultivation rolls, two Meridian Opening rolls, Eight Phase Ceremony, AND makes good progress on Sable Crescent Step all at the same time.
And it does it without sacrificing any social time AND learning about the most mysterious member of the Cai faction.

Just another thing to add to the to do list, not sure if mooks will have better gear than we could buy though. Thinking it won't be an option for long, even with our low mastery we should be able to take it with art use. Thoughts on binding?

We need to invite someone by default to do it, so I don't think a five minute walk to where they are will take a whole minor action.

From a writer perspective I don't think we should choose two big event's this week.
Qm will already be focused on writing the Cai event out which could take a few turns and a few votes depending on wtf is going on.
If we add a mission like the investigate or the condor then we also have to have several votes or event rolls for that plus combat etc .
Let's not kill Qm when he updates usually on a daily basis . Or every other two days and is working on a Bai interlude.
I think a cultivation turn is needed as we have been doing a lot of socials lately we can let the fires build a little. We have that privilege

Well obviously the asking would be minor. But since Ling Qi wouldn't then go on the mission alone, that action failing would lead to replacing the mission with a different action.

Yeah, we have done Moonfill last week, doing Cai and another unique sect mission this week seems a bit much. I think we should pace our poor Tentacles a bit.
I meant more that we would have to ask someone else, though I guess we can have a alternative for the action itself.
I had also assumed we would need to spend a Major AND Minor action for that sect job, but who knows.

@TheLastOne I don't understand some of your resource choices. I don't see a physical cultivation roll. What's the point of the Bear Marrow Elixir and White Hart Elixir?

This gives us the Cai mission, do the much-needed Gu Xiulan and Li Siyun minor actions, and finally get us armed. Spine meridian is necessary as the chances to get SCS3 are real and we need AM for the Cai mission. Han Jian's group has been confirmed as being able to train meridians. Qi cultivation rolls are important so we can get those rolling before we switch out of AS5, and spiritual is super important because we are very much behind on this.
What we get cultivation wise: EPC1, SCS3 with luck, Arm Art, 60+ Spritiual cultivation (so around 70), 2 Qi cultivation rolls (so +60 or so successes, so around +2 max Qi).

Do people think that subvote can work? I really like the idea of fighting for justice with Li Suyin, but it might not be that popular, and I am unsure if that counts as an extra minor action for @yrsillar.

We get a physical cultivation roll from both the Highsun pill, and a Spiritual Cultivation action from the Darkmoon. Which I mis-explained in my post, quick fix.

Eh, people are going to use then on a turn where we open zero or one meridians, so I would rather use it on a turn where we open two. Makes them safer, and we get more overflow.
@Arkeus We still don't know what getting an Archive art without the necessary meridians does, right? If it does override, I'd say put the Archive Art before the training with Meizhen. That way, if it's an Arm/Spine art, it takes the open Spine then the SCS training overrides that spine and we unequip the Archive arm art.
And cultivate EPC before SCS too, I think.
I'm very ambivalent about adding Suyin to the Cai mission.

While I'm down to ask formation bro if he wants to go investigate stuff with us I still would be opposed to it this turn as I don't want to burn out author-sama with two major events at once.

Well, it doesn't say 'no heaven', just that heaven is not a priority, as I'm just not seeing us able to open that site beforewe are going to finish learning that art. Unless the arm art is really good, we'll probably switch to a level 3 arm art by then (or level 2 if people are not patient), so those might be heaven.
