In relation to what?

SHIT IM OFF

FIXED

Countdown from when Avalanche said he'd post the next bit of the quest.

Knowing Avalanche it's going to be big and good.

I'm also engaged in shameless minor ratings pandering. And the first day I lol'ed so hard at getting ratings for posting a single fucking number in this thread that I wrote an omake!

So, um... It's kind of a thing! Yeah.

Mmmmmmm... Fluffy~~~ beddddd...

I put something together with the spreadsheet owrtho made. Avatars are hard. I'll lazily claim that Off-Topic doesn't show signatures for anyone.
Good to see it get used. That said, based on the initial errors when it was posted and looking at the spacing when quoting, I suspect that you downloaded the form, and whatever conversion method google docs used to do so messed up some of the white spaces/format page layout. It might be worth comparing the formatting sheet for your copy to the one on the public version. If there are differences outside those stemming from having different values in the table on the posts page, you try to fix it. Note that most of the rows are made by taking information from the columns to the right of them, so unless those are blank, that is what you'd want to edit to fix things. Hope that helps.

As for the Avatars being hard thing, I've tended to just skim whatever thread I'm in and grab the Avatars of a few people there.

the advice for fleeing and the certainty with which Instructor Leonhart advocated this bothered you at a fundamental level.

"Yes. Yes. I ate and I rested, I have already completed lunch."

Is there anyone here who didn't either laugh, shake their head while going "Oh, Anna," or do both in response to this?

Comparisons with the anomalous spikes of data during the Alaska campaign, now attributed to you fighting Sekhmet with Wave Force.

GAH! IT STILL READS PLURAL TO ME!

Were your scans truly so powerful?

Omniscience, unfortunately, has proven to be dissimilar to omnipotence.

[] Look for a sim involving allied non-valk forces en masse. Try to get a better grasp of the battlefield you'll eventually be a part of. People keep calling you a sensor type and falling out of the sky when you scan, maybe you can put that to work to help coordinate others? After all... A drone... Isn't that just another weapon to kill Antagonists with?

"…Don't forget to eat lunch," you remind them, then return to your food.

I needed this reminder of why I love this quest so fucking much.

It lives! And holy crap 11k words?:o

So can we think of enough legitimate things to talk about on this quest so that the update can happen on page 500?
Based on this map I'm assuming that the war is basically like a seesaw in that there has been major push back and fourth for some time.
The year is 2070 Common Era.

Or 58 years Past Impact if you prefer.
The war started late 2056-early57
So I believe that their has been about 4 Major pushes done by both sides, The first push done by the Antags at the start, the counter push by Humanity, the Second push by the Antags that turned into a draw due to the 300, the last push was the Alaskan offensive which has turned the war into a stalemate for humanities point of view due to being able to barely hold what they just got but currently unable to push. As such the next push will be done by the Antags probably be in Africa, in about 6-8 months. (Their could have been more pushes done by both sides but so far we have not yet seen in depth history of the overall war.)

The inter-academy tournament is in Santiago this year.

We were told that the lines in Central America are static, defenses waiting to be used / be overrun.

An AG attack at the tournament would make a lot of sense. Just saying.

Yakitori in Japan is like wings in american bars. It's not the sometimes-fancy "OH FUCK THIS STUFF HAS GOOD SAUCE" you see in america.

There is actually enough information to draw informed conclusions instead of guessing if you trawl the GM post archive. Lemme go grab my timeline and I'll check if it's alreadyy marked.

There can't not be an attack at the tourney.

Hmm I missed this but looking back at the map...
An Antag push Across the Ocean from Africa is possible, or a drive from Antag North America down through Mexico. Both would be possible interrupts that could directly effect the tournament, A push for them to retake north America or a push into Russia would be to far away for us to be able to interfere.

Brain-farted and put Brazil. It's Santiago, Chile of course. Geography fail.

Yeah, I don't really expect Continental Africa, Europe, or Russia. It's North America, South America, or a Perth airspace incursion (that would probably be an end-of-year thing tho, maybe even end-of-third-year)

Come to think of it.... something that has come to my mind. Theoretically speaking... would an Anna with a high level of Target Rich Environment be able to help once the Antagonists started pushing on Africa?
