We have almost thirty years before the civil war. We have time to get the ball rolling enough to where we may not need the crowns assistance.
It might also be a blessing as well if we play our cards right and don't pick the wrong side.
… only Sunstone has the ability to grow Cocoa naturally.
The rest can grow other fruits and plants.
But it is rocked by hurricanes every few years, but the natural geography of the Stepstones can protect castles, fortresses and port side towns from the worst of the storms.
We have the stormsingers yet we still have to deal with the storms...

The problem is that when we recover we would give it back to Daemon... We need to find our own Valyrian Stell sword and give it a badass name.
And I already have a candidate for that...
The problem is that since Corlys will be pretty much paying for the War from his pocket, I am pretty sure he gets the first pick...
You know that the wrong side in a civil war is simply the one that loses, no?
But if the Dance is anything like Canon we are sticking our necks for the Blacks no matter what...
To be fair, we are Ethereal now but add many decades of accumulated stress and a civil war and we may no longer be that beautiful... we would still be quite handsome, but not dead-drop gorgeous...
But I would rather avoid going to the same route as Aegon VI, not so much for the kids (they are the innocent part in any of that) but because we would avoid the worst Yanderes in our Fan Club...

Multitasking may help us in this turn. Th City Watch is already getting better, spending time with family could help in the long run. Also, even if we cannot be friends with the Maegor trios, we can at least get an idea of their angle in court.

I was going to Joke the village hidden in the leaves, but it's actually Harrentown, the village surrounding harrenhall castle.
They dont have even nieces? Female relatives by the motherline or even some girl ward? Perhaps they can ask Lucien to marry a bannerman then marry the offspring in the Starkmain line?

It was a tough winter.
Although I will say that Cregan will have many daughters in the future… eventually.
By then Lucien will be marrying his children not himself... However perhaps Lucien can make a Pact of Ice and Fire as in advance payment and have the sword then marry or one of his bloodline marry into the Stark House?
Like this sword its the symbol of my promise to eventualy join our Houses together in the future thing, plus it would be shameful to literaly receive a Valyrian Sword as a marriage gift and not do it so the Starks could be more or less assured that eventualy Lucien will do as promised... Plus if he doesnt he gets the reputation of a Oathbreaker.

I recommend not drawing attention to Vaegon… man's got his own problems to sort out.
Oh shit, then what to do? Perhaps finaly have a hobby like Fanhunter said? Or like I said we can ask Lord Stark about the sword if its common knowlodge? Or do something more friendly ? Lucien cant have too many friends in my opnion, and ask if Lord Stark and his bannerman have second or third sons willing to join the City Watch?

Well, I kind of assumed that those bonuses would go for the inevitable Time Skip Training Montage (like the one we had last time), but that is pretty awesome too.
But let´s not make it another "Kingdom"... The Seven Kingdoms had a great ring to it, and since we will inevitably conquer Dorne better to keep the better-sounding name.
