Well i just copied Erebal plan with a couple of changes.

If people prefer Formations or AC to ZB+ i am happy to change.

AM will probably be maxed with the Eightfold pills weeks, so i don't think we should train it.

1). Training war is a side effect of acquiring ZB+, not the main cause of it. ZB is primarily about helping groups of people out in small ways to overcome their opposition, this fits perfectly with a war skill, as knowing who to use it on and when to use it will be a fundamental part of tactics. That being said, it is secondary to learning ZB+, and if we are learning ZB+ we might as well get something else out of it (such as war.)

We can't learn formations and ZB+ as those two have nothing in common. I wish they did, but they don't.

2). We earned AC and can do with it what we will. There is no concept of "communal" property in this regard. Xiulan has it and can share it with whom she wishes, and we have, and we can share it with whom we wish. Furthermore, we are on a time crunch to give AC to Su Ling before she spends the resources getting one at the sect archives. We don't know where Gu Xuilan is, and even if we did, we can't communicate with her right now.

1). The death and darkness elixir (Blood ichor I think?) procs a qi roll for every darkness/death art we cultivate, to a maximum of three. We only have two darkness arts and no death arts and most plans are cultivating those two arts this week.
2). We don't have enough arts to make people want to do the eightfold pill path week. We have FSA, AM, AC, and FVM. We could also get ZB+. A plan could be created to do that, but people have been hesitant to do so (as we quickly run out of actions to do all of those).

The simple answer is because people want to get ZB+ so that we actually have it and can use it.

The more complicated answer revolves around timing and how many actions should we take on any specific objective. If we want to use the 8fold path pill, then we need to have AM and AC to train in order to get the best out of it. That means, that training them now would result in more time we have to spend on them regardless of when we use the 8fold path pill. It could be possible to train TRF, but that runs into the same problem as ZB+ in that it's just not that exciting to train with him in it and we won't get any immediate benefits from it.

AC or Formations.

AC is going to be great, Formations is his speciality. I want ZB+, but not enough to waste Elder sessions when we've got bigger things to learn.

I don't mind changing War/ZB+ to AM/Investigations, if enough people want it I'm game.

It gives us better AM earlier, which could be useful, and I suppose means we don't have to juggle as many arts when planning the Eightfold Pill weeks (though we could always do ZB+ then instead of AM).

I'm ... really not seeing how people expect to get 217 successes out of two Eightfold Pill weeks. And assuming AM has 5 levels, that's the bare minimum to max it.

Also, ZB+ is fine, you don't need to change that.

I prefer to go alone.

More people means more stealth rolls, and therefore more chances of failure. Doubly so when Ling Qi can reroll a failed check, and Meizhen (probably) doesn't.

Hrm, that's a good point, and a MUCH better reason to go alone that the Big Brother paranoia bullshit @Alectai was spouting off, which was my main reason to wanting to include her(basically spite).

But yeah, as been outlined several times, while not really flashy, grabbing ZB+ for training with Jaio seems to be the most efficient use right now. No need to change that.

That too, but on the flipside including her in the raid probably means we get to cart off more stuff overall, so we won't take as big a hit splitting it compare to keeping all we can personally carry off.

Meh, it's not like this is a PC rpg with limited slots inventory. Grab a random bag and Ling Qi can carry all the pills, elixirs and stones she wants.

The best part of solo stealthing it is that, if successful, it's probable they won't even notice Ling Qi passage*, hence making it a viable target for latter looting.

* they'll notice missing stuff, but with no trace left of her passage, it's a much more reasonable conclusion that one of the minions got greedy. Bonus points if Ling Qi sneaks a couple items in one of the minions houses :evilgrin:

I'd rather use Elder Jiao for AM/investigation, AC, or formations instead of ZB but I like the rest of the plan.

@Broken25 : Maybe it's time to start orienting the main vote of [-] Spend time taking care of and raising Zhengui ? He arguably reached what can be called decent infancy, it should be good enough to start teaching him a few things.
For exemple: trying to focus on teaching him how to dissimulate his Qi. It's something Ling Qi is good at (teaching might even count as kind of training for her too), something that is apparently not an inane skill for his race, and something vital if we want to include him in what is going to be most of Ling Qi missions.
It can also be considered the first step to freeing up this Major weekly action, as Zhengui needs to be at least able to feed and occupy himself
before we can consider leaving him mostly alone for a week.
 
@Broken25 Some more suggestions for your pill usage!

You took out the "Black Ichor Elixir" from the list of pills which means that no qi cultivation is going on. This renders Qi Sea Pill moot. Probably want to add in the "Black Ichor Elixir." Also, since you are currently training ZB+, might want to get 1 clear wind pill from our inventory.

Now, It's time for some shameless plugin for my plan before I leave!

Plan "Mountain's 11" is actually extremely mechanically synergistic and narratively synergistic. Here are the reasons why.

Every cultivation action is pulling triple or quadruple duty.
SCS: It trains SCS, it trains Larceny, it procs a qi cultivation roll, and 1/4 of the successes goes to our spiritual cultivation.
FVM: It trains FVM, it procs a qi cultivation roll, 1/4 of the successes goes to our spiritual cultivation and probably trains our expression
ZB+: It trains ZB+, it trains War, 1/4 of the successes goes to our spiritual cultivation and probably trains our knife usage.
FSA: It trains FSA, 1/5th of it goes to qi cultivation, 1/4 of it goes to our spiritual cultivation, and probably trains archery.

Each of these choices was chosen to synergize as well as possible with each other and bring the two divides (darkness and Wind) to synergize with spiritual cultivation. It uses 3 of the best sites we have found (Argent Vent, Starlit meadow, and Black Pool) and every cultivation action is boosted as high as it can go (all 6 of them). This, in turn, means that we are getting the most out of the 1/4 of our successes going to spiritual cultivation as well as the 1/5 of successes going to qi cultivation. Furthermore, each of these actions either A) definitely trains something, or B) probably trains a key skill.

Narrative synergy is also prevalent in "Mountain's 11"
It connects the shopping with Meizhen minor with taking her on the stealth mission. It also connects Li Suyin minor with the vent action. Expanding on that, it also uses 2 of the pills we have recently acquired in order to help with Elder Jiao's training, which was the point of opening the shaman bags in the first place. Training Zhengui is also in here and he is just adorable.

The black ichor is still in, it just got deleted by mistake in one of the rewrites.
 
Is the winning plan really going to be one the ignores both the remaining Shaman bag (and what seems to be one of our teachers strongest suits) AND the pale tome? Everything and sharing is in no way everything. It's not even the most obvious things.
