Hey, given the fact that she's prototyping technology for us on top of giving us a firepower edge in the war, I'll say Project Bulwark has exceeded her remit and our expectations for her.

Not quite the slam dunk that was the Century, but I'll take it.
 
Post war this is going to be the most overgunned cargo ship in existence.

Could fine tune her into a hospital/relief ship for emergencies. It was a role Fed ships had before we did the timeskip.
How about neither? The best Use of all surviving Battleships is as defense Monitors for Earth and it colonies. Let them be a stark remainder to all hostiles what they can expect if they decide to attack humanity. (Also the moral boost of always having your heaviest Warship ever nearby to protect you is not insignificant.)
 
What are your thoughts on naming it the Titan-Class?
It could serve to give more of a legacy to the future ships that bear it's Name?
