I was planning on only voting for the Grey Order, but the Golden Order would synergize really well with her being head of the EIC. Anyway, I hope the Grey Order wins, I really like Eike as apprentice, although I feel bad for her grandmother.

I may end up uproval voting for others later, but for now, the lure of a cute apprentice is too strong.

I'm sorta confused, I thought wizards can't have money. So wouldn't she lose her ability to inherit the EIC? Or are we going to find loopholes to make this possible?

I really like her, even though she didn't have much screentime yet and I love the idea of an apprentice. And what better sign for a Ranaldian then a Nat 100?
Might be a bit selfish , but I don't care.

Mathilde's already addressed this:
Nudging Eike down the path of the Grey Order might, from a certain point of view, be best for the Order and the EIC. The Vow of Poverty would not necessarily prevent Eike from inheriting, but it will mean that she will be required to make the EIC 'of direct and practical use to her cause'.
She couldn't sit back and collect dividends in a gilded palace, but if she bent at least part of the EIC's business towards the betterment of the Empire (which we want) and used the EIC's connections to expand the Grey Order's intelligence network (which we're already doing) it should be fine.

And the other colleges don't even have a Vow of Poverty, so for any other college besides the Amethysts, who disallow inheritances, Eike wouldn't even need to worry about doing that much.
