Personally, I want to catch up with our journeymanlings, but I'm not going to vote until I think about stuff more, espically with that juicy "may be long term benefits, but no direct consequences" bit. Well played on your 'inducing thoughtfulness' there

Ok, I was wrong about the Highways. Still, the spell is nice. It should hopefully earn us some college favours. It seems like it would be useful to teach and collaborate on spell matrices and similar as much as mapping tunnels.

Mathilde isn't over the top and ridiculous in any other aspect of her life (except for her history of wild success, I suppose). It seems to me that it's very out of character for her to be naming very simple spells by chaining together as many words as she can.
