Hackett not only survived his assassination attempt but he was able to capture the Shadow team that tried as well! While most likely said Shadow team won't have much in the way of intelligence for us to use but still InOps is going to have a field day sweating them for whatever intel they do have.
 
It would have been. Every time you roll you would have had a chance to destroy the orb. On the other hand, the Tacitus would have had quite a bit of good tech to offer you.

IIRC, we'd have started with a 15% chance to destroy it. With the ability to do actions that'd lower but never completely remove the risk.

I suspect it may depend on if Quest!GDI was abusing the Tacitus in the same way Game!GDI was. They may or may not have been rolling the Tacitus gacha since Q1 2050 every turn, unlike us.

Nah, it's fine. The low military rolls all happened in the places where we had such a high completion chance that they finished anyway.

Hydrofoils I think is an edge case though, so I'm not sure on it.

NOD research not completing sucks, but on the flipside, a Nat 100 for wartime factory refits.

Welp, looks like the coffee gave bipolar results. On one hand, lots of below average rolls. On the other, nat 100 on the factory refits. Also, note to self, give sacrifices to Kane.
 
Well, the mean is 45.79.
I actually expected it to be lower.

Edit woops, it is lower, 43.25, I miscounted the number of dice. (it is 36 not 34)

Edit the second, the first result was correct, last two dice are income dice, not d100's.
