Sorry to double post, but I found this fanart for EaW and thought it might be useful for when we discover Tambelon.

Introducing Rosa Maledicta, once a unicorn living in the peaceful lands of Equestria, she was not happy with her life. Even though she meant no harm, harnessing her powers for others, ponies rejected her dark talents and she has been betrayed by her old pony friends more times than she can count... never again. Called to the land of the dead by promises of justice and power, Rosa leads the Dread League with an iron hoof, crushing all opposition with ruthless aggression and tyranny.

If the world will not accept her for who she is, they will learn to fear her power instead.

Rosa Maledicta, Queen of Blood (Vampony), leads her legions of bone.

..... I am getting castlevania vibes here and am kind of eager for there to be a group of holy warriors and a bloodline that is the onlye ones who can resist her magic directly and with the ability to seal/slay her.

In game, she can be reformed after being defeated by a harmonic Arcturian Order (through a series of choices in events). Meanwhile the Dread League can be beaten by aquiring the Shield of Hope, an insta-win focus... unfortunately you can only get it at the bottom of a part of the focus tree for the Arcturian Order that only opens when at war.

Wait what are you talking about? I just saw the art and the backstory you posted. What is this about a game?

we are never going to do the lumberjack and cloth mills actions, are we?
To be fair, we don't need them.

Clothes are optional in mlp and we have no immediate need for extra logging, and we have better options if we want to raise our already high income that also manage to add other, not directly quantifiable, advantages.

Tl;dr: we have better options in their category. Like trains. Or the extra agriculture in preparation for a population boom

Well technically wood would be perfect for any towns or villages away from the capital and other people living in the wilderness.
True, but it's not like we currently have no logging production. More of it would be better, but we don't need it.

Our actions are our most valuable resource, and we need to be efficient in how we use it. Trains, agriculture, hopefully airships soon enough, are simply more important and likely to bring better results.

Honestly I'm kind of surprised the option didn't simply disappear at some point.

It just struck me what that vampire image made me think of. It looks like the kind of graphics you would see from a pony version of Darkest dungeon DLC the Crimson Curse

Well more that we don't need it for now, but who knows our kingdom will probably need some more jobs if our population gets a boom.
to be fair, pretty much any action we take (especially the stewardship ones) will create more jobs. Lumberjack isn't special.

-The Crystal Line

[ ] Rail Network:

train conductors, staff at the stations, mantainance of the trains and the railways...

[ ] Western Lumberjacks:

lumberjacks, woodcrafters, builders..

[ ] Cloth Mills:

tailors, all the workers in the mills..

[ ] Aggressive Agricultural Expansion:

mostly farmers, but also everything around that (to move the food, build the tools, raise the livestock..)

[ ] Skill-Training Programs:

skilled jobs. that's the whole point!

Actually that brings up the question if we did a census on our population yet.

We seriously need to start actually producing goods beyond just raw materials. Trains are great but they don't produce anything on their own, so at some point we should get the cloth mills up and running. You know get an actual production line going.
