Limited Ace Custom is the best for this MS the GM and Zaku fill the mass production run for now. I will work out a plan but am open to suggestions.
Wouldn't making the Gundam our Ace Custom be a better choice? I'm relatively confident that it's way better than the Zudah in every way.Limited Ace Custom is the best for this MS the GM and Zaku fill the mass production run for now. I will work out a plan but am open to suggestions.
The Gundam is far too expensive to produce in any real numbers.Wouldn't making the Gundam our Ace Custom be a better choice? I'm relatively confident that it's way better than the Zudah in every way.
The Gundam that exist right now is an expensive prototype, abet a very good one. Mass production Gundams are down the line, locked behind Beam Weapon miniaturization.Wouldn't making the Gundam our Ace Custom be a better choice? Ahh, gotcha. The Gundam that exist right now is an expensive prototype, abet a very good one. Mass production Gundams are down the line, locked behind Beam Weapon miniaturization.
The weapons are the weapons it's designed to use. I wouldn't expect any machine to be able to wield all that at once. Excluding a few.So I found out why the cost was different from when I wrote it down on paper and the posted plan. I forgot to add the Anti-Ship weapon. I am going with the YHI 6ML-79MM Missile Launcher since it is fixed and doesn't require a extra hand.
Yeah I know but I like the fixed missile launcher more than the bazooka. It was also missing when I posted the plan up because I had it written out on my notebook and the numbers didn't add up. It was a simple mistake that I overlooked it and increased the cost of another both on the note book so I posted the plan incomplete. This way the Zudah always has anti-ship capabilities and can still fight with the weapon it is loaded out with. The weapons are the weapons it's designed to use. Edit: Only meant for that to be one quote.
Looking over the available options, i think that loadout works quite well as an Ace Custom until we can mass produce the Gundam. It has good armor, lots of mobility, and a weapon for whatever role the ace piloting it needs.
Aside from the fixed missile launcher which can be added to any mission loadout the rest of the weapons are meant to be used I'm certain types of missions.Looking over the available options, i think that loadout works quite well as an Ace Custom until we can mass produce the Gundam. So you'd think, but the Gundam is actually slower than the Zudah.Wouldn't making the Gundam our Ace Custom be a better choice? I'm relatively confident that it's way better than the Zudah in every way.
Also technically this should be the EMS-4 because the 10 is a very minor refit Zeon did during the late part of the War and thus also the Saturn Engine should be called the Jupiter, but that's definitely a nitpick of my part.
As for this design, we have juuuuust enough points to get both Super-Heavy Armour and a Zaku Bazooka for if we need extra anti-ship firepower. My hope is that Super-Heavy Armour is actually not much more massive than Heavy, but instead incorporated Lunar Titanium elements. Otherwise it'd mess up the design's speed and may not be worth it.

Okay so not worth it. Chobham Alex and GP02 are fine machines, but speedy they are not.Heavy is Lunar Titanium, Super-heavy would be like the beam-armor on the Alex or the armor on the Nuke Gundam from Stardust.

Since there is no war on Von Braun can throw it's full weight behind you so you have plenty. The version of Lunar Titanium your using is expensive however. Here is the plan to vote. @manofjay what would using lunar titanium do to the ability to produce them will they be low numbers if we use them like that? If yes then I am switching to medium-heavy armor instead since the whole point of this is that we can build a lot of them a a reasonable price.
Oh it actually does I missed that. My bad, and I said it would be a bad idea in the end anyway.Super heavy requires special and the reason not to add all the weapons is because it adds redundant systems. Why have several different weapon systems that all do the same thing when you can have a set to simplify your logistics and because you can't go out with all the weapons anyways. That is why my plan only has the ones it did there was no need for any more that would not add anything and are the same weapons as the GM so we can keep a simple supply chain.
Would switching to the tier below heavy increase the production rate by a lot? Price would definitely go down but I want to make these MS the ones used by a large amount of our pilots.Since there is no war on Von Braun can throw it's full weight behind you so you have plenty.
