The elves were built by the Old Ones to be magically talented, which is presumably why they can get Aethyric Attunement as a standard starting talent in the RP. Their minds, bodies, and souls are different to those of humanity, so their relationship with magic is different.

They don't need to muster to attune to a specific Wind, as they're attuned to Aethyric energies in general.

Looking at our library, I wonder if we're going to start getting skaven books about the skaven soon.

Not to mention picking up Skaven Lore.

Ah, nothing like a roll adding more mystery to the already-existing mystery.

I admit to some sadness that this didn't get sprung on the Under-Caldera though. Would have been good to clear up what's going on, and made life harder for Clan Mors to boot. Oh well, can't have everything you want.

Well, from what I've learned today all we need to do to sort out several problems is get ourselves turned into an elf.

Suggestions?
 
You know. We probably should not have occupied a place next the the mystery mountain without trying to figure out what is in it.
