As before, you'll be rolling for traits. So I'll take the first 2d6 roll from someone.
1-3 - Quick Witted: Even for an Artificial Intelligence, this one can think really quickly. Though his thoughts usually outpace his actions, sometimes he can react quick enough to put additional thought to additional action. After rolling Initiative, roll an additional 1d6. On a 5-6, the AI will gain +1 Action for the next three turns.
4-6 - Hot Headed: Major Devin's calm nature is normally the personality that's reflected. However, this AI understands rage, and tends to bottle it up until he's had enough. Once every three turns, you may activate "Rage." For one turn, the AI will inflict twice as much damage, but also take twice as much incoming damage.
7-9 - Stoic: It doesn't seem to matter just how much is thrown at this guy. He'll stoically take it and keep on plugging. Once every three turns, activate "Resilient." This turn, all incoming damage is reduced by 50%, but you cannot initiate any attacks.
10-12 - Light of Foot: For a large sentient warmachine, this AI is unusually agile and capable of fast footwork. Once every four turns, you may activate "Quick Step". For one turn, nothing will hit him. If Combining with the Shepherd or similar configurations, this trait will be modified.

Is the AI angry and Quick-witted? The rolls should give it these two traits, right? Is it male? If so, Angron is an obvious name.
Then Caesar. Or Brutus. Or Leonidas seeing we have a Perseus around. Kratos (the pre-soy version) also works.
Ares would also be a good association in my opinion. Or Mars.
Indeed. GGG has a large influence, whether by accident or intentional.
Oh my, someone is passive-aggressive. Have we checked Mr. Devin's psychic number? Perhaps he too has a good psychic score with the MMI thing.

To clarify a bit on the AI's personality, he's similar enough to Devin:
Good natured, but grumpy about the craziness he finds himself in.
Unlike Major Devin, however, he bottles up the annoyance and irritation for targets that really deserve a good smack to the head.
And yes, the ability works for finishers.
The post will likely come up sometime this evening. I already have a good idea of how the AI's awakening is going to pan out, but I'll pick a name from above that I like (unless you all agree on one specifically).

Just a little brainstorming here.
I really like the idea of multiple robots combining together to make an even stronger one like Bruticus from Transformers and I thought of a way we could get that with the current configurations we have right now.
Its a bit hard to describe but I'll try to get the picture across.
This form would be the form after the triple Beowulf combination. The Beowulf's arms and legs configure inwards toward the chest to provide more armor to the center and leave connection points for the new limbs. Two Phalanxes drive in front of the Beowulf and transform into the new legs that connect to the bottom of the torso. The Super robot then kneels down and a Centurion (that's what the tanks are called right?) drives up and configures to become one arm and the Thunder flies in from the opposite direction to become the other arm.
Finally, assuming the V-33 is on the back, it configures around to help the two arms attach or provide more armor but might loose any flight abilities it gives.
Does this sound like something that could be done?

I'd guess, either it's a poetic exaggerration, because Giant Robot People can be pompous, too; or they're trying to imply that "one man is worth a thousand", or something.
Callaghan theorizes that greater experience in piloting leads to greater physical association with the mecha's movements, and is pushing himself to improve in and out of the cockpit. This is giving you ideas, but you'll hold off until December.
-Combine - We have basic mastery of this, and are working on the Triple Combination. Plenty of room to grow, but the technical difficulty is expected to rise the more units are involved. We'd probably need a bullshit tech to go beyond a Triple Combination though.

"Banner" and "Ensign" are synonyms to "Flag". If a nerdy guy who turns green very easily is also named Banner - well, props to him.
"Ichiro" means "First". I've been told that a lot of Japanese first-born boys are named Ichiro. Also, my weaboo-fu is not strong enough to remember any notable Ichiro. "Mamoru" means "Protector" (or literally, "to defend" with the right spelling). I'd assume it would be a popular name if the parents want their kid to grow up stalwart or something. Also, this might or might not be the name of that "phallic joke hair" kid, which might have tripped your fanboy-senses. But I'm too bummed out to hunt for more noble kanji at the moment.
Glimpsing through some of the names (and shoutout to @Not in Person's post), I saw a combination of names I liked...then I thought about it, and realized that this is absolutely the train of thought Wilde would latch onto. Enjoy!

Commandant's Office
"You're certain about this, then," Peters asks you.
"I am." And you'd made up your decision about this awhile ago. "The AI personalities working with us have been nothing but helpful, and as far as anyone here on staff is concerned, they're a part of the team. I'm just extending that courtesy to our latest addition."
"Is that why I received a memorandum for record on citizenship?" she asks wryly. "Still, their track records were good enough that the First Minister's office approved it. As long as you keep them under control like everyone else, there shouldn't be any problems." Her face then turned thoughtful over the sat-link for a moment. "Law enforcement for Artificial Intelligence...that's going to drive the poor sods responsible mad."
"It's something we already thought about too," you admit. "Ignatov and his group aren't any closer to answers than you are."
"Not our problem, thankfully," she agrees. "You'll probably be helping just by making sure the current lot are on their best behavior. Speaking of which...how is the new one? Ichiro, I think you called him?"
"Well..."

Maintenance Bay, Command Center
"...would you stop calling me that!?" an annoyed voice echoes from the maintenance area.
"Aw, c'mon!" you can hear Wilde's voice counter. "You're big, green, and can smash! It's perfect!"
"I'm two months, thirteen days old," came the sullen response. The voice sounded calm, if grumpy, and carried an undercurrent of annoyance. His voice had a slight metallic echo, very similar to what you were familiar hearing from the Legion's Kausen. "And fifteen minutes, nineteen seconds online, conscious and aware. And you're the one who painted the chassis. So you'll excuse me if I've never read comic books from almost a hundred years ago to appreciate you calling me 'Banner.'"
"He's got you there, Sir," Henry chimes in.
"Quiet you."
"If you're done hazing the new help?" you say mildly as you emerge from the side entrance, Sasaki trailing behind you. "I just heard the newest member of the team's awake."
"And annoyed," the new one grumbled. Though housed in a Jackal chassis, you can already see that while 'incubating,' the personality's blackbox had reached out to the maintenance servos and had taken steps to individualize his body (with the obvious exception to the color scheme). Though practically identical to the standard frame, the mech standing before you is already different.
For one thing, he's fidgeting and moving around, much the same as you or someone else would even if instructed to stand at parade rest. People just move and do not just stand shock-still; it's just a little strange seeing that in a towering mech. He's constantly stretching out a limb here or there, and at one point he cracks his neck slightly to the left as if in response to some tension in a muscle-or fiber cable in this case.
For another, unlike the face plates, his face is bare, and aside from the obvious metal sculpturing, it is practically a dead ringer for the Kaus. The optics - a soft purple - dim every so often in a facsimile to blinking, the lips actually moved, and the facial expressions were altogether recognizable.
This was a new sentient being, a brand new soul. And your organization was responsible for bringing him into the world.
"Well, you probably already know who we are," you say, putting those thoughts aside, "but we wanted to come down and welcome you anyway. Nagging from the Engineers notwithstanding."
"Hey now, Sir!" Wilde protested. "He won't call it nagging if we ever need to fix him up."
"Just ease up, Wilde," you sigh. "Give him some personal space, why don't you."
The mech tilts his head slightly as he studies you. "I...think I'm slightly based off of your personality," he says slowly.
"We could tell," Sasaki mutters. She only smirks when you and the mech simultaneously turn and glare at her. "Still, I do have a suggestion for a name if you have not already chosen one."
"Haven't thought about it yet," the mech admits.
"As the first of the mecha-based personalities, you are technically the firstborn," Sasaki says with a soft smile. "'Ichiro' would be appropriate, I think."
The mech takes all of three seconds to think about it. A long, ponderous moment by AI standards. "...I like it," he decides. "I'll take it."
"Ichiro Banner then!" a voice proclaims cheerfully. From a nearby terminal, Katarina's face appears with a beaming smile. "Welcome to the DFRI, brother! Your citizenship certificate's being notarized now!"
"What the-where'd you come from!?" Ichiro recoils. "And no, not Banner!" The mech's arms waved frantically around, causing small gusts in their wake. "Cancel that, cancel that!"
"Uh, oops?" The beaming smile shifts to something a bit more strained and embarrassed. "I, uh, already submitted the final draft?"
"You have got to be kidding me," Ichiro Banner grumbles, resting his face into his palm.
"If it makes you feel any better, at least you're not a 'Bruce,'" Henry offers. The pained groan coming from Ichiro suggests it doesn't, not really.
You turn to Sasaki. "I don't sound like that...do I?" you demand. You are not calmed by the enigmatic smile that comes from your executive officer.

Commandant's Office
"He's, uh, settling in," you decide to say. "Just, if you ever talk to him, don't bring up old Marvel comic books."
"I...see," Peters says slowly. She really doesn't, but that's the polite thing to say. So she decides to simply move on. "For now, however, the First Minister's office is expecting to reach a decision on the Regency's offer soon. I expect they are going to accept on a limited basis." She laughs slightly. "Congratulations, Major, you are once again the subject matter expert on these things, so you are the front man for this one."
"Ma'am, again!?"
"Oh, you will be fine," Peters says, the shit-eating grin still plastered on her face. "If it makes you feel any better, can you imagine the evaluation records you will get from this?"
If your pained groan through your facepalm is any indication, no, it really isn't.
