It was surely caused by the lizard people. They didn't have the resources to check in on all the worlds, so they smashed them together. Now they are using it as a super soldier program by forcing everyone into conflict, forcing us all to become stronger just to survive. Surely they will use the survivors for their interplanetary wars.

Say, I just realized: Rouge is going to meet the Thorndikes on the raid we sent her on. But they know her from their own series. We'll get to see how this multiverse nonsense affects other people! Will Rouge unlock Sonic X memories, or will it just be a weird confusing couple of conversations?

I am 99% sure that was the Paradox Prism that created this situation and Eggman and Sonic were at the ground zero of the explosion so it make sense for me if both are affect by the Shattered Memories.
Rouge mention that either Eggman was back or someone took over when she having her conversation with Towers.
We know that are multiple versions of Amy around and even Metal have multiple versions around since Shard and our Metal are essentially the same robot at the end of day.

I feel like I should I should point out that the reason why Mama Robotnik hated Adventures Robotnik comes from the fact that he never beat Sonic, which caused her to be ridiculed by the other inhabitants of Mobius' Home For Really Weird Mothers. Game Eggman HAS actually beaten Sonic before in Forces and conquered the entire world, even if he was defeated in the end, so her hatred of Eggman would probably be far lesser.
... That does also mean she'd love Pre-SGW Eggman... Who I should probably mention is a different character than Pre-SGW Robotnik for those who don't know. Pre-SGW Eggman actually DID kill his Sonic... Via nukes. So she'd be impressed by his bloodlust and his willingness to go scorched Earth... Then annoyed that he refused to just nuke the Sonic of Pre-SGW Robotnik's world.

Weirdly, I think she'd be proud. Pissed on the moon, tried to become king of Hell, killed the Deku Tree... he was doing work.

Probably chilling out in the mind place trying to come up with future plans and complaining about unexpected variables along with the three eggman's in the mind places as well, Mr. Tinker, Paramount and fighters
All the while, Mr Tinker, Paramount Eggman, and Fighters Robotnik are off to the side watching SV Eggman argue with himself as he has a whiteboard detailing various plans, while also standing to a conspiracy cork-board that would make the 'Pepe Silvia' conspiracy seem tame.

Also, kinda want to rename my last omake (especially before the QMs start compiling them, to minimize confusion). I more or less just wanted to post it since I'd worked so hard on it and it was done, but didn't actually have any ideas for names that I liked. Any suggestions?
