Can someoen tell who is this character.

I think on Rival Reports mention she is under the employ of a doctor or another, possible either that doctor from Pysch World or one of the hidden factions.

The GM also hinted at some "disagreements" happening within GUN, so we might have a splintering faction to deal with.

One constant is they.. tend to not care about collateral damage as a certain truck shows.

To be fair they were trying to arrest Sonic and that was possible the only vehicle that could keep up with him. I straight imagine Towers at the time was so mad with Shadow he deploy that truck without thinking of the consequences, pretty sure he was punished in some capacity by that blunder.

I find it funny how the Black Arm's mortal enemy in this quest is turning out to the Restoration. Though I'm not complaining, let them handle Shadow and now Eclipse while we get busy with Zavok and the Empire.

Well the QMs said that the Black Arms have to pass a pretty high DC to invade Green Hills again.

Nothing on personals yet, just throwing ideas for our main actions for the turn.

-Hitting the metal while it's hot is fundamental for our reconquest. So, we send our military leader to take some lands alongside some Badniks to hit it home.
-Metal needs a tune-up and Isara seems as good as a candidate to provide it. Plus, I plan to send him to the adventure.
-Honey is a bit limited on what she can do now due to her loyalty, but hiring Roo not only gives us one additional hero, but a new source of constant income now that the Mean Bean Machine was shut down.
-Fixing Honey's shop asap means she will owe us one and provide yet another possible way to get revenue. Plus putting Orbot and Cubot to make a factory for us, lest something more important pops up.
-Look, getting the Vaccine done now would be fantastic for our action economy, but the Thorndyke matter is even more important to stop an attack, even more with the QMs saying it would be a high DC. So we go for a safe option to keep our premiere Martial unit and then put Sage to work in a venue that would lower the DC even more in the future alongside opening more options.
-I thought about using Starline here, but then I read Storm's bonuses and realized she's the one we must trust to get this through. Again, Personal Attention for the best result.
-I just think Starline would appreciate being sent in a mission to hunt down magical objects. Maybe even help pump up his Occult stat a bit to study the Warp Topaz.

This leaves Piastol, Metal Sonic, Rusty Rose, Canaan and Belle as our raid team. We could slot out Rusty for Eggman to pump up the Brain and Trickery stats of the team, which would give a well-balanced formation overall.

I guess this is my plan, make a combined assault against Zavok in two fronts.

Also guys the Empire only lose soldiers send to the action against Zor, they still have more soldiers elsewehre not to mentin Maximilian will send more to reinforce the frontlines. So atatcking them without having our full strenght is a bit foolish.

We have, cure DC is at 140 thanks to ragnite research.

Sage gives a 88 on brain base, meaning we would need to pass a 52 DC.

Keep in mind assigning Sage to another action won't add her stats to the action.

It just gives us a reroll, thing which we can do by focusing on our work personal.

As it stands, the total combo of Eggman + Sage in raw stats is 80. Plus 8 from loyalty makes it an 88. Plus 5 from one of my omakes makes it 93.

Which means we need to roll 47 or higher to get the cure done.

Guys the QMs implied that the DC to rescue Chuck is pretty high. Either we are forced to sacrifce three personal of Eggman or Sacrifice Sage action for a reroll.

I am willing to bet the latter and we can take action to darw blueprints and woodpecker or something.

Serious Gene Therapy is a sure success and we can always put Sage in another action on Turn 6 so we are not completly lock out. May even be better in someways since we will not have to rely on the randoness of Dice and we need to get it done until Turn 6 or we will take a real gamble if Clove will not take Cassia and leave.

So either we sacrifce our personal, again, or put Sage on it.

We should also have Eggman do some woodworking, in case there is some possible synergy when doing equipment for Belle. We do have a +10 bonus for it after all.
 
Also the Darc Egg Robot can be used in Nation Actions.

Hey QMs our giant mech can be deployed alongside heroes to act as a foot soldier if they are piloted by a EggRobo or they have to be piloted by the leader of the action?

You know, there actually isn't much difference between doing Gene Therapy and further studying the disease. Other than being able to free a hero for another action, like a quest. We absolutely could assign Sage to it Turn 5, then do that again Turn 6 and double down if we fail.

I'm not confident that Sage can be assigned to oversee this action. The text of her Artificial Efficiency trait says that she can be assigned to another hero's action by sacrificing her National and Personal action to grant a reroll. Ghost Girl says that she cannot be assigned to actions that require physical touch or that take place outside of Eggman's base.
 
Say how about we just don't rescue Chuck next turn? Instead we do the Reclaim Territory action, turning his threat null, and THEN we rescue him in the following turn? Just for us to say we do not need his threat to do anything.
