hmm, maybe we actually should build the E-mech, we'd have something to let us fight inside our base, but I'd only really want to use it if we're able to upgrade it. it's only weapons are claw hands and bombs, and it leaves Eggman completely exposed.

That is my reason of why I want the old man research copy as levereage.

When every single party has access to it, while powerful, it becomes a lot more useless as it is no longer some kind of secret weapon your enemy cannot really plan around.

We also have the D6 to study, we could probably make badniks that replicate the effects of their magnetism.

For focusing on ourr personal yes.

For Sage? dunno, the wording says it allows a reroll, not that it takes the higher number, but I suppose the Qm's just forgot to clarify that.

Qms we take the better role, correct?

Yes, Sage reroll is with advanatage(you take the higher result)

Yes you will be bale to upgrade it and give your own touches to it, specially if you crit, like the DARC-EGG-ROBOT!

I like the idea of working with GUN, if they're open to Eggman debriefing him. But keep in mind that would mean both the Restoration and GUN getting access to what Thorndike learned about Eggman's systems.

Well everybody by now have ample Eggtech to experiment thanks to Zavok and hacking badniks is nothing new in the Franchise. We will no doubt rewritten the entire badnik code in order to make sure this virus can't be used again so even with Chuck they would not get much besides giving the Restoration another Brain Hero.

Also we negotiate Thudnerbolt in exchange of a joint op to rescue Chuck. Scratch my back and I scratch yours. If necessary we trow Zomon and GUN should be able to contain that idiot bribing with food.

Zenna is more smarter than that fat blob and tricky to handle so is better we keep her close.

You guys forget that GUN would rather have Chuck use his backdoor to get all the Badnik hordes for themselves.

Chuck is a "good guy" and I doubt they would be able to get back control of the entire badnik horde by just rescue him.

Dosnet it take the better roll?

It does but not mean we will get a good roll, higher roll does not mean a roll that will pass, or we can get unlucky and roll the same.

We also have omake rewards that will be given next turn, which might include a mystery box or two. New opportunities but also new frustrations for plan makers.

I litteraly don't understand your problem with it?
It's better than nothing
We already had a very big fumble with a reroll during the auction.

We somehow literally rolled the same number and failed an action.

Qm's saying that this will be a hard pass DC, I am willing to go for a collab with GUN just so that we can get Chuck and the child out of the D6 hands, hell maybe get an achivement if we crit iirc the list.

We have already gotten hints that someone that does know our tech is already working for GUN as far back as rival reports 1 or 2 iirc.

Something of an olive branch either way, shows to GUN we are willing to play ball as long as we get our piece of the cake for the moment.

Rather than just stacking the deck halfway, may as well stack the deck on this action all the way.

Heck we can even trow Zomon at them, the guy is pretty easy to cooperate and keep contained as long you keep bribing him with food.

We could pass it in the first roll too, for rerolls. With it being a waste that we could have used for other actions. Chucks threat is not a good one anyway, our secret base would have been found eventually. Besides we can probably build another secret base for backup.

TBH the problem is that if we don't set the collab right now, we won't have other oportunity and we will have to take whatever raw deal the dice give us.

We still dunno how hard will be the DC or if it could be contested.

For as much as Eggman is a genius, we saw what happened to the red guy forr charging in without a plan other than to crush us.

Conquering Storm traits are hella conditional and we don't have the security all of them will activate.

And the bonuses we get from badniks may not be enough, literally our highest trickery score is 76 if only the minimum traits of conquering triggers.

Qm's have also said that Chuck threat is one to not take lightly, as the red guy will be sending constant waves of badniks to whenever we relocate unless we get another hidden base.

It may sound like fear mongering, but I have sound reasons for this shit failing, QM's also said the consequences for failing this will not be pretty.

They also have in their payroll Rouge, THE trickery unit for our world.

The main deal is coding. That's the issue. He holds the keys for what remains of our army and could have an advantage in hacking our machines.

Fend Off The Empire DC: Contested By Empire
100 + ??? = 207
NATURAL CRITICAL SUCCESS

FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

We need to retaliate soon, hopefully stealing Chuck hurts them good.

Besides that......Jesus everyone's coming to Eggman. Like it's only been a turn since we revealed ourselves and we already got GUN begging for help on our doorstep.

Dudes went from "We must prepare now that Eggman has returned, gather the troops and our best men" to "IVO SAAAAAAAAAAVVVVVVVEEEEE USSSSS PLEASE!!!!"

If that were it things would be fine......BUT NOW ROGUE AND OMEGA ARE KNOCKING DOWN OUR DOOR!!!!!! STONE HIDE THE EMERALD NOW!!!!!

Next turn is going to be something (any plan next turn that doesn't have us recruit Majima is a shit plan).

Edit: And also wow! WOW! Shadow yet again jobs to someone he shouldn't have. He's not bedridden again but geez, bro is this close to being labeled a Fraud. Someone get the pro Black Arm personality out of the driver seat cause he weak as fuck!!!

We can respond back to Chuck, that if we failed next turn, we will try again. But if that failure to rescue him, results in him biting us for our goodwill attempt, then we will definitely rescue him, just to show him that what the Zeti did to him was a vacation compare to what we will do to him for spitting in our goodwill.

It don't work that way the QMs said the consequences for failure will be high. So is not just our base been revealed.

For all we know Zavok may decide to kill Chris for Chuck treachery if he find out what he did. He's already aware people are looking for him thanks to the Restoration blunder so his patience with the scientist is running thin.
