I can guess what the future centerpiece of Amy/Helbrede's hoard will be: a greenhouse stocked with cacao trees.
Not just any old cacao trees. These will be heavily modified cacao trees to produce the richest, finest chocolate anywhere on the planet and will be able to easily grow just about anywhere on the planet too. People will be wiling to pay millions for cuttings/seedlings from these trees.

Pfft, millions. The actual price will be examples of master artistry in chocolate.

They're also self fermenting and sweetening in the seed pods. Open them up and you can eat them like M&M's or grind them up like coffee.
In fact, they ARE coffee.

@Kryslin, I'm re-reading, and I just noticed that in Empire 14, there's a link to a youtube video that's now private. Might want to see if there's another option.

It's actually in Empire 13, and it looks like owner took that one out of circulation.

I've re-linked it to another version by the same group.

You know, it occurs to me that given that dragons Can planeswalk - as evidenced by the current trip to sigil - Amy's hoard has the possibility for some very exotic chocolate, either retrieved by herself or traded for - with the centerpiece possibly being Thanagarian Chocolate - noteable in not only being the Best Chocolate in the entire DC verse, but also worth absolute fortune due to it's rarity after said races planet was glassed by the godorians (sp?).

Who will Takara be rooting for when her father challenges Naurelin for that rematch, father or senpai?
I don't think it'll matter. After walking down the path Sun Wukong set him on, a rematch between them will likely be a battle of no blows. The important part will be Takara's "I'm an onee-san!" squeeing over her new kitsune sister.

Actually I can easily see Kenta becoming more of a true Tien Lung by the end of his journey then coming back and saying that Naurelin's dragon combat skills are still truly dreadful and she (along with quite possibly the rest of the new dragons) needs a proper sparring partner that knows what they're doing. Said sparring matches will take place on a heavily deserted beach that is streamed online and quickly becomes a global internet sensation. Anyone care to suggest names for this event as I doubt "Brockton's Monster Mash" would be particularly tasteful or appropriate (even if it is accurate :D ). Bonus points for decent alliteration.

And now i have a mental image of a blue dragon using his breath to cook mochi...
Actually, D&D mochi has a temporary buff to power and health normally (according to neverwinter) - given the inherent magical nature of dragonfire, would using it to cook mochi (or anything else, for that matter) transfer a magical effect to the food?

as long as it's not gamma- breath - food isn't supposed to glow in the dark!

Tell that to Tendo Akane...

Can Trigger events still happen after the events of Bringing, or did Ragnar put a stop to them?

Yes, they can. They've been adjusted slightly, so that it's not only the worst day of your life. Some people get really excited, and have gotten powers since then. However, a lot of powers have been more of a utility nature, useful for fixing things, instead of breaking things (But nowhere near the utility of Nimodes' 'Miss Fixit'). The revolving door for villains is slowing down, and Contessa's protections are now only extended to a small number of Capes.

Which means some non-bulletproof villains are turning themselves in, because they don't want to get shot in the street. Others are getting smarter, while other criminal organizations are dealing with the ones who draw too much attention to their operations.

And Heartbreaker has a nice, comfy padded room somewhere undisclosed. Because Glasya's cohorts did a real number on him.

The same could be said of the cooking of one demon caller in Okayama-ken.

It eats you, the pan, part of the kitchen... In fact, adding hilariously lethal poisons makes it edible.
You know, this is making me want to see a character who is a great cook, so good that they can make both good, healthy and safe food, or something hideously lethal using nothing but normal ingredients. And nobody who knows that wants to eat their cooking because of it.

Well, that's pretty much any cook above a certain level. There are a surprising number of ways to commit murder with the contents of an ordinary pantry, and the more cookery you learn the more of those you discover.

And, of course, the better a cook you are, the more ways you know to disguise the taste of eg. an unsafely prepared lima bean cassoulet that will kill you deader than disco.

Thats the thing about being a master of your art - even the most benine skills can be used like that - the master gardener who know just how to mix chemicals to kill while looking completely innocent, or which plants are as deadly as they are beutiful. The doctor whose skill in saving lives grants them insight in just the best way to take someone apart and make it REALLY hurt. the phyciyatrist who can save a mind with one conversation, or break a person with another. The ballet dancer who performs 'swan lake' perfectly every time... and has the skill to kick you so hard in the right place that you become Raptor Jesus.

There is a reason masters of any art should be treat with respect, and it's not just because of their dedication to their art...

That does already depend on what you consider "normal ingredients".

Pufferfish in false-morel sauce anyone, with nutmeg? And Swedish-style almond cookies for dessert...

There's also a Ranma 0.5/Ah! My Goddess/Full Metal Panic cross where Tendo Kasumi uses knowledge gained from Urd (I think) and her cooking skill (perfectly normal cooking skill at that) to poison and kill several rogue gods who were bent on enslaving humanity and using the humans as play things.
