Alright, for the sake of ending this madness and getting back into the swing of things I am going to call the PR-1 appearance vote now.

It's done.

We're finished with that.

Go back to making jokes about Ciaran stealing planet-killing spaceships and be happy and stuff.

You do realise that now the speculation starts what you chose, right?

More like, in the off chance of going full Nier Automata in musical spam...

... In before "9S!PR-1" Ends up doubling down on intrigue, to the point of learning the fine art of "half truths and not!lies", possible 'selective memory editing' (like 'weaponised 'I don't know' clause, except it's intentional on his end, instead of Ciaren's.) And trying to likely become more intrigued with learning, entirely to complement his Diplomacy and Stewardship, within an Organisation of Lies.

If anything, depending on how this Nier Automata trainwreck happens. There's a chance that instead of "Commander White", it'd be "Commander Nines" having a daughteru out of White and more... 'humanoid' Androids. All while plying to the more 'uncanny valley' that'd either trick people into thinking he's "not a robot"... Or cause Sheev to have a double take on how to handle an impending android menace in diplomacy.

-

Also, as I forgot to note this; in before Thrawn has a mix of these themes, to utterly shred Tarkin's dignity under 'discrimination' and 'hatred', Jedi wise...

... To the point the Jedi, will be taking a sharp notice on Ace Attorney Thrawn. And given by the crits, he'd likely end up as our Grand Lawyer, whose shrewd lawyership would be so deadly, he'd most certainly catch Palpatine's eye in 'potential/danger'...

Now, in before I imagine Sheev having to start having to invest in his very own "Miles Edgeworth", to counteract the likely Law Wars :p

Now that's the classic that gives me nostalgia back to--2001! I was a teenager when that...oh gosh I feel old now.
Truth be told, it's the sort of music I feel is most iconic with the franchise as a whole, IMO. But eh, depending on after-effects of crits; in before Thrawn gains a 'Lawyer' trait that'd be a most helpful aid in his Stewardship and possibly Lore, say? :p

About the only other song missing from your listing? The theme previously associated with him a while back in-thread.

Associated with someone with good intent, working for law and order but against the one the public would call a "hero". There's a reason my Thrawn plays a Paladin in his totally-not-early-2000s'-out-of-print-D&D-please-don't-sue tabletop game. It's because this theme belongs to him. The first chords still bring tears to my eyes, because that sound means a return from death and rolling back the abuses of power in favor of finding the truth. It means a fanfare I associate with equally-distributed justice.

If you've played the games, you already know what I'm linking here. If you haven't? You should.

PS: In my search for the arrangement I was looking for, I also stumbled across this. I don't think anybody in this entire thread or story is a suave enough son of a gun for this tune to belong to them.

PSS: @Publicola If I write another Tera Sinube omake in Gray Paladin? I'm using THIS version for mood music, to get that detective-noir-ish feeling.

On the subject of people wanting to create 2Bs, A2 or even Commander Whites. Might I remind everyone that we still have OOM-9 and he might be due for an upgrade soon as well.

Also I had this crazy idea of creating an marketing the 2Bs as a high quality servant droid that we seed among the upper class of the galaxy, but that have hidden programming and features that allow us to turn them into either assassins or agents on command.

I can only imagine the long term poker face Palpatine would have, if by some cunning plan, we not only subvert his "Order 66" entirely against him, but even snuck in our own androids within the upper classses, to provide a... Tactical surprise, over shenanigans.

And to complement the set, may I give another idea for more 'human cute' androids for further intel, that might even be spread towards the population as "childrens toys", and if we're really lucky, can sneak right into the heart of an unsuspecting Sheev himself.

Gentlemen, if sexbot androids and bishies who can hack into your mainframe, and stab you like a bomb ain't shenanigan enough for HK-47 to pull an Ocelot, may I give a Proposal: For our own Toy Soldiers.

Like say... Human Tanks?

Entirely cute, explode if killed (possibly a trigger bomb in disguise... need to sneak THAT past customs.) And if peddled juuust right, can be as popular as Barbie Dolls and Action Men combined, along with a cute waifu pet on top.

They'd be like "if Miku Hatsume was a Tamagotchi", and with but a mere flick... Could be just as cheerie Terminators.

That's an idea almost as old as the galaxy.

In the early years after the Ruusan Reformation, GenoHaradan produced the FIII Footman droid via a front company.

More recently, the IGBC purchased the rights to the Model 88-series administration droid.

Not saying it wouldn't work, but there would definitely be safeguards we'd need to work around.

Hell, the whole reason HK knows 300 languages is so that he can pretend to be a protocol droid.
Also, he needs an upgrade in that regard so as to be able to compete with modern protocol droids.

It's already been done. The FIII Footman droid, manufactured by a front company for Genoharadan, which went out of business around 400 BBY.

EDIT: Solo'd by @Publicola . Then again, my knowledge of the FIII did come from his quest.

On the subject of people wanting to create 2Bs
"Hi, I'm calling about the shipment of droids."
"Great! How are you liking them?"
"I ordered a load of B2s. Not... this."
"Ooh, our mistake. Don't worry, they're even more capable battle droids than what you ordered - and as an apology we won't even charge you the difference in price."
"Tell that to my wife!"

Given how PR-1 is 9S now, does that mean that if Ciaran has a kid it'll be 2B?
*Notices that Ciaren has blonde hair*

No. Probably if say, she ends up in some sort of shenanigan with say; Anakin or another target... More likely, divide between say; Commander White, or possibly Shadowlord Nier. But by that point of escalation, Nier meme's would most likely escalate to the point of giving the GM a hypothetical Skynet idea, and that'd be terrible! :p

Honestly, since this Is a kind of CK2 quest, I'm amazed at how long it's gone without people clamoring for Ciara's to have a kid. Or stuff.

I mean, Ciaran basically qualifies as owner of like a third to half the known galaxy, pretty sure that makes things nifty nifty.

Ciaran has the technology. If she wants, her kid can be a horrific mishmash of her own DNA, Anakin's, Padme's, and anyone else's she wants to throw in.
Test tube baby taken to the extreme?

Hell if we figure out the process the Kaminoans used to create the force clones and apply it to the baby to ensure a strong force connection on top of everything else.

But, that doesn't seem like Ciran...

Actually though that is a point, aside from the fountain of life that fallen empire knock offs have do we have any plans to extend Ciaran's life permanently?

Its not that kind of quest she's the star after all and at the moment there isn't really time for a kid.

+ I kinda get the feeling she's married to the job...asexual? Eh I'll just subscribe to the idea that nobody could possibly comprehend her sexual preference :D

From what i remember the subject got broached, there was an argument, and @Teron decided he didn't want to deal with it. I assume @Dr. Snark chose to continue the practice.
We all know her OTP - Ciaran x Trolling. That means that any sex scenes involving her will either be unexpected and disconcerting, or will abruptly turn out to have never been sex scenes to begin with. Or more likely both.

EDIT: now for something other than the main character's sex life...

And as for the salvage and "other" rolls:
@Dr. Snark, I'm not sure whether I forgot to list one of the 'other rolls' that should take place this turn:
[] Jedi Enclave: Trying to force Jedi - even if they aren't a part of the mainline Order - off of Tibannopolis is practically suicide. Instead, you could help fund an enclave for them, giving them a place to stay, making it easier to keep an eye on them, and maybe even seeing if they have some unique techniques worth "borrowing..." Cost: 100 Reward: Enclave for local Jedi set up, potential for techniques to be covertly analyzed
I wasn't sure if this was supposed to be a per-turn roll to see if we do, in fact, analyze their techniques, or if 'potential' merely means that we can now select that as a Lore action next turn.

You mean, the music I associated with Negaquest Bonus Boss Ciaran, complete with ominous latinesque choir, battle drums, and a general sense of:

"Y'know that bear you were told not to poke?"
"Yeah?"
"You just insulted that bear's mama, slapped it across the face, and told it to come get some."
"Oh. Oh snap."
"Yeah. It's been nice knowing you."

Part of me wants to think it's Revan's compound... but I'm skeptical that it survived for that long or those inside it just moved when it was compromised. There are three other possibilities I can think of the top of my head:

-An Exchange Database, with holo-recordings G0-T0's manipulating the Republic and the Galactic Economy.
-The ruins of Shadow Town, an Imperial Intelligence (Sith Empire) High Security Prison where all those agents and operatives too dangerous to be left to roam free and too good at what they do to kill.
-A ruined Brotherhood of Darkness Sith Academy that specialised in training Sith Assassins.

Oh I am looking forward to this.
