Okay going by the list of Dark Acolytes, we have two left to fight (I am not counting the Dooku Doppelgänger because having a clone of Dooku seems a little far fetched):
Kadrian Sey: was on long-term missions in the Outer Rim at th start of the Clone Wars. When the call came for the Jedi to take up positions in the GAR, she refused summons, joined Dooku and fell to the Dark Side. There isn't much on her (except that she served as part of Dooku's personal guard and she advocated keeping a brutal dictator as the leader of a liberated planet if it meant stability for the planet's transition from the Republic to Confederacy), but I believe that she believed in the Seperatist cause over her responsibilities of a Jedi Knight and was later turned to the Dark Side from the pressure of war. ITTL I think she would have returned to the Jedi Order after they allowed Jedi to sit out the war, but remained the Seperatist Spy.
Tol Skorr: a good Lightsaber duelist and General in the GAR, though he has bad luck with piloting starfighters as he was shot down by pirates over Korriban and was nearly killed by a Sith Hound before being rescued by Count Dooku who he pledged his life to. From then on out Skorr constantly vied for Dooku's affection; eagerly playing his part in keeping the Acolytes from unifying against Dooku and was willing to do anything in his name. Skorr was taught certain forbidden techniques, including Force Choke. He also didn't believe in the Second Sith concept and that Dooku made it up to make the Jedi waste resources looking for the non-existing figure. ITTL he could have continued to serve in a similar manner to Krell, and due to his mastery of Force Choke is most likely the once who framed Ahsoka for what happened at the prison.
From what I can dissect from these two, I think Sora Bulq tricked them into believing that this was a Seperatist Operation ordered by Dooku, while in reality he was taking orders from Sidious to weaken the Jedi Order from within. This of course doesn't count the number of Jedi coming to him he may have turned and if we really wanted to demonstrate this inner corruption, we could have traitor Clones supporting the three when Anakin and the Sentients arrive to arrest them.
