Can we create meka-shift weapons like in RWBY? It would be hilarious for the watchers or Carian with the attack is far away and thinks they are safe, but our light saber doubles as a gun., "I can fight at both range and melee."
Hypothetically? Sure. There's three problems though: First there's no real frame of reference in Star Wars so you'd have to start from scratch on the design. Second: you'd have to convince Ciaran that it's practical (though Cheriss would be a
way easier sell, admittedly) and it'd be hard to get that to fly with her given how she prefers a lightsaber in one hand and a blaster pistol in the other as it is. Third: More nitpicky semantics than anything, but given that it would involve more lasers you wouldn't get Crescent Rose, instead you'd get something closer to Bardiche from Lyrical Nanoha. Not that that's a
bad thing, mind you.
(Funnily enough, Nanoha did the 'scythe that was also a gun' thing about a
decade before RWBY did. Sadly there were no meme-worthy lines about it.)

I mean, Windu used his lightsaber to block it and it looked like it was causing him strain, so my question is does it actually block lightsabers? Like, could you wreath your arms in lightning and go hand to hand against a Jedi?
So basically you're asking me if a Force user could fight like MGS3's Volgin. I mean, I'm sure it's
possible, but you'd be way more likely to electrocute yourself or burn your arms to a crisp.
