Clearly I'm already an underdog, but something appeals to me about having flavors of "stone-cold badasses" every other snippet. Possibly because otherwise we'd get the whole chunk at the end, and possibly get brain freeze.

Haven't seen Gulan in action for a while now. I'm kinda curious what could make his scene awesome. Gulan and Fixer competing to see what they can hack and how fast? Accidentally taking over some battle droids, maybe acquiring one of those new ones? A combat style that involves hacking the opponent mid-combat?

A Possible Future: The Great Jedi Schism
The Line of Bane was ended.
Darth Sidious was slain by Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker during the Storming of the Galactic Senate by the 501st Clone Battalion in defiance of Order 66. Fighting through loyalist elements of the CSF, Senate Security officers and the fanatical Coruscant Guard, they would end the rule of the Dark Lord. Though victorious Anakin suffered severe injuries from the Sith Lord's Force Lightning, burning his skin, crippling his limbs and damaging his nerves to such a degree, that he had to wear a life support suit in order to breathe properly.
However, while applauded by the citizens of the Republic, storm clouds where brewing. While Order 66 was not as devastating as it could have been (thanks to the covert interference of the Abyss Watchers) large numbers of Jedi were gunned down by their own troopers before the Order 66 could be rescinded. The Jedi Order faced criticism by the Senate over it's failure to detect Palpatine's Sith Agenda, causing Grand Master Yoda to step down from his position out of the regret of being blinded. He was replaced by the stalwart Master Mace Windu.
Both stubborn men, Mace and Anakin had never seen eye to eye. In the past, they'd managed to keep themselves professional for the sake of the war, but with the newly elected leadership of the CIS sending out peace feelers to end the bloody stalemate, tempers began to fray.
Anakin had grown disillusioned with the Jedi Council, blaming a lack of information on the Sith to detect the signs and the inactive attitude of the Order towards the state of the Republic that allowed Palpatine to come within a hair's breath of destroying the Jedi and establishing a new Sith Empire. Mace disagreed, blaming Palpatine's clouding of the force to blind the eyes of the Council and criticising Anakin for his 'reckless' charge on the Senate. His refusal to promote Skywalker to Jedi Master until 'the boy learned what being a Jedi meant'.
Despite the efforts of Master Obi-Wan Kenobi to moderate the situation, things quickly spiralled out of control with the revelation of Anakin's Marriage to Senator Padme Amidala. The Jedi Council was divided on the issue, while Anakin had broken the Jedi Code, popularity with the Republic prevented outright expulsion. Instead the Council assigned him to archeology dig on Tython, an internal exile away from the lights of the Coruscant. Mace hoped that with Anakin out of the way tempers would cool and Anakin's popularity would fade.
Unfortunately, he underestimated Anakin's connections outside The Order. Hijacking the Holonet, Anakin dragged the divisions of the Jedi Order into the public eye. Playing to his popularity as the Hero with No Fear, Anakin raked the Jedi Council over the coals, denouncing them 'apathetic to the well being of the galaxy' and 'more concerned with appearance than doing something'. Refusing to recognise the word of The Council's decision Anakin declared himself a Jedi Lord, a title not used in a thousand years, requesting all similar minded Jedi to join him on Tython.
Now the Jedi Order seems spilt between the aged wisdom Traditionalists under Grand Master Windu and the growing ranks of Reformists under Lord Skywalker. The Republic has been pulled into events, protestors in the streets are watched over by Clone Troopers, the Senate is deadlocked in its electing a new Supreme Chancellor even as they question how much the Acting Chancellor knew about Palpatine and late night hosts joke about how "even in death the Sith are screwing us over."
