I got to asks we have an option to Sabotage a rival company with Wayne Enterprises being one of them. this quest takes place 5 years before Superman is there a Batman yet or is he still training also what about Oliver Queen Green Arrow's company and Ted Kord Blue Beetle's company?

Wayne and Queen enterprises both exist at this point in time. Batman does not (Bruce Wayne is still on his training journey). Kord's company doesn't exist at this point in time

@King crimson do you allow write-in actions or do we give you suggestions and you can allow it or veto it because I have been thinking about what can make Lex corp filthy rich but don't, like for example a space elevator I put what googled about space elevators in spoiler box because it became a wall of text but if you do allow space elevator what's it DC and which action would it fall under Learning or something else

Spoiler: ADVANTAGES

The Space Elevator has the ability to provide many services to a normal human and brings travelling research further into space. For astronomers and explorers of space, the construction of the elevator would open up opportunities to research further into space with the use of an inexpensive source of space travel. This new information gathered can be helpful for future space missions and will make matters simpler for astronauts travelling to space. The elevator is also very energy efficient compared to the use of rockets to launch into space, since the elevator will use Earth's rotational momentum to launch its way into outer space. Rotational momentum in relation to the elevator is defined as the use of angles and the Earth's gravitational pull to bring the space elevator to geostational orbit. This would make the elevator operate under the use of an inexhaustible energy source, making rocket fuel obsolete. In fact, the only use of conventional rocket fuel would be for station-keeping and maintenance. Additionally, a decrease in the annual usage of energy will lower the costs of operating the space elevator. This will mean countries should be able to transport goods up into space more frequently for astronauts to access. One indirect advantage comes from also being able to reduce the costs of telecommunication. With more materials being sent up to space, satellites could be upgraded frequently, making it easier for the normal human to be connected with the rest of the world through more powerful satellites. The world of technology will also benefit with the elevator's creation because the concept itself pushes many boundaries that humans cannot currently reach. With the help of scientists and innovators alike, creating capable materials and instruments for this elevator will be able to push our technological capabilities to a level that might not have been achieved without the dreams of creating a space elevator.

The write in for the space elevator is accepted but you must first complete [ ] Learn Space Tech which is an option I will include in the next hero vote (it's in the learning category and has a DC of 38). Since I did not include it in the options I will count it and the space elevator as an approved write-in. Depends on how well you roll since it is included but not a priority (that would be physical security)

[ ] External education reform covers this already and is much larger in scale. If you want to establish an academy to cover a specific need you still need external education reform to be able to freely determine the course load/format (since you have no education degrees)

I would definitely like to start at the planetary level and work our way up from there. Also this lets us be a far more grey character, with the ability to play both sides against the middle. As collecting all knowledge is not synonymous with destroying everything.

• Acquire a legal team: Loopholes, private eyes, lobbying, and red tape; lawyers knew all sorts of neat tricks to bury your rivals with and defenses against those same tricks.
• Not bribe: There are many unelected positions in America that provides large amount of sway over government policy and purchases. It wouldn't be inappropriate to arrange few private lunches with generals, bureaucrats, and scientists here and there to voice the interest of the business world (you).

There was a justice society but they are not well known or documented. Their adventures were not really public and their was an attempt to cover them up (to an extent it's not Smallville levels of cover up). As such Lex doesn't know they exist right now so he can't uncover much on them (you could research history get a high roll and find out about them and then search for the justice society specifically). Alternatively you could just recruit unusual individuals and pray the roll leads to a superhuman being discovered

@King crimson: In real-life there's actually plenty of people with what would be low-grade superpowers in DC. Like there are people who can safely handle dangerous amounts of electricity. There's an entire population who are immune to arsenic even.

To a clever man like Lex, even such "low tier" stuff can be used and profitted meaningfully. So while no meta-gene, natural abilities born from mutation and/or evolution should get his attention just fine.

I consider this to be a part of the learning about biology option. Anything that is real life biology falls under that and requires it as a prerequisite

The action phase and hero phase are split to allow for upsets. I'm currently experimenting with the voting format of the action phase to make it more liable to being shifted. Furthermore what actions you should take I feel is a different discussion this splitting it.
