Pamela's trait is very minor. +0.1 to coop score with a random hero doesn't mean much. And we need her have better result than Luthor, it will happen less than 50% of the time meaning that is roughly +0.05 coop per action. Her colntributing to Luthor's action with 1.55 coop score will likely add more than 0.05 score.

If Lex is doing learning or diplomacy we need a good reason to not have Pamela with him.

Getting Ivo to 1.0 won't be easy and we have better ways of getting additional actions.

One important thing that many players seem to miss... Not only hero units influence missions, but missions influence heroes, too. Remember how we got the first big boost to Pam's and Lex coop? We made them working together on intrigue action and Pamela's contribution was something like +2.

Two other times when we tried similar things (Mercy+Ivo n security and Katherine+Pamela on planting plants) we got unlucky, but with good rolls it would be different.

Also, numerical bonus is not everything. Let's say Karl, he is not a stewardship specialist, but should we use him to build a hospital it will be a very different hospital comparing to what he could be otherwise.

I think with the pheromones and our 29 diplomacy, we have a pretty good shot at getting him to appreciate us helping him get over something blocking his progress.

You have a very OOC thinking here. 0.5 coop represents not only what Ivo thinks about Lex but also what Lex thinks about Ivo. Coop score between them may go down because Lex may become so annoyed working with this jerk that their coop score will collapse. Also, what makes you think that Pheromone is even an option?

i don't know why you guy's want that so badly, another action is nice yes but at the moment we don't really need it. and if we do it we will be assinging lex to that project multiple turns which i just don't like. just let ivo do Amazo

Another action lets us get minor things out of the way quicker. Like expanding our business and such while we focus on the groundbreaking stuff.

I just checked and it appears Pamela and Marie might work well together. They also share interests of saving the planet, so once in a while we can have them working together, but most times when we aren't letting Marie run her fansion line, we should have her pair with Rebecca to study magic.

The only noted opinion is what Ivo feels about Luthor.

Also, if we get Ivo to 1.0, we don't actually invest in putting him on Amazo, we're using Ivo's action on Amazo, which means that instead of being a draw on our time, Ivo is just giving us further benefits.

I'm not denying that at all. But as a rule, heros effect missions more often than the other way around.

I disagree to it being minor. Yes, she might not contribute well to all the characters' missions, but there are other benefits to having good cooperation score. It's a pretty long term thing, but I'm assuming that most likely, it'll prioritize people she works alongside rather than being truly random.

Mari has 4 learning. She is not the best person for studying magic even with her high coop with Rebecca. I think it has sense only if it directly related to her like learning more about the Tantu totem. Also, Mari is now our best non-lex businessperson and I am happy using her there until we find someone better. And the first turn should be something fashion related.

True. And that's easier than Ivo, just...Ivo's about to snap THIS turn if he fails. I'd like him not to get worse in his demeanor.

But that too is acceptable because more actions.
Ivo is not about to snap. Where did you get this idea from? Here is a quote from results

Results: If Ivo is not given the A.M.A.Z.O. project next turn there will be a significant drop in cooperation score between Ivo and Luthor. If the action is failed a third time there will be a very small drop in the score between the two.

If Ivo will fail his action again nothing terrible will happen. Difference between 0.5 and 0.45 or 0.4 coop isn't that large.

If we want to push A.M.A.Z.O. we need to do robotics\cybernetics\computers actions on a regular basis else we'll never get it in time. Building a supercomputer or robotics lab can help reduce the DC for Ivo, too.

I interpreted it as like....0.5 is the small drop, leaving him at 0 which means we never get that extra turn. I suppose it could be just a -0.1.

nothing becouse we failed the test, we only get stuff on successes
Amazing Inspirations: Every time Ivo is assigned to the A.M.A.Z.O. project something about robotics is learned.

We always get something even if it fails.
It'll be a small thing maybe 5dc drop in a random robotics option.

huh it does, we haven't gotten anything from the last 2 fails so maybe it's just wrong wording or the QM has to add something

We still need to make the pheromone counter agent. We are giving Woodroe more and more time to do shit.

Edit:
Luthor + Pamela + Mercy = +75, we are almost certain a planetary success if we put them together, which should more than provide countermeasures. It'd probably also serve as a good way of getting more co-op with Pamela, helping her feel more secure, the pheromones no longer posing a threat.

Welp I've learned why I shouldn't do things when I'm dead tired. I honestly forgot about the Amazing inspirations so it's an error on my part. I'll look at my flow charts and give you guys the two technologies now. Sorry for the mistake minor stuff got lost in all of the massive amount of stuff going on.

So what you got was Improved Servers and Better Cooling Systems. Servers should allow you to start constructing them and would drop internet based actions (if you had any). Better Cooling systems will slightly lower the DC's of the supercomputer and robot construction.

Sorry for the error. I'll do my best to avoid it in the future. The Earth 27 stuff will go up soon (when I've woken up a bit) and the action phase will be at the usual time.

Would the Improved Servers make our LexPhone better? Or our online banking system?

@King crimson: So what are all of the Lex-Phone's features, and how good are they? Like, since they're basically handhold computers, would the Improved Servers do anything for it?

It's comparable to the iPhone 3g in real life. I do not understand phones well enough to give you a better overview than that. The improved servers do nothing until they are actually constructed. Even then it is likely to improve browsing speed and your ability to store conversation data to spy on people.

It will not help with the banking app since the main problem of that was in the UI which has nothing to do with servers

We need to go into computers too, because as good as the Lex-Phones are, we need to rule every technological market and monopolize everything. And when I mean everything... I mean it like this.

Do any AMAZO techs reduce AMAZO's own DC?

Also, could I get a review of my Traits In Review post to see if there's anything missing/inaccurate in it? (and also so you can clarify the one issue mentioned...)
AMAZO techs do not tend to reduce AMAZO's own DC unless you get really lucky.

The traits in review seems accurate from the brief overview I did.

The Cassandra issue is rather simply solved. Unless Cassandra is being sent on a mission that involves violence (which as a child assassin she is very very good at), Cassandra likely will not be able to lead due to the penalty of the living weapon trait reducing her stat significantly for that endeavor. Living Weapon takes effect before the roll occurs so it's bonus and debuff are recurrent and effect the leader of the action. I hope that clarifies things.

Last I checked, +/-# isn't actually a modifier to a stat, though? Plus, presumably we can train some people to communicate with her, in which case the linguistic barrier penalty would no longer apply.

Not to mention that in theory, we could end up with other kids to deal with in the future and this is precedent setting stuff.

Also, shouldn't her child assassinhood allow her to take on assassin-y missions without having her final result halved if no other hero is assigned? I mean, that basically makes it so we might as well not have assigned her, since on average she'd give....-11...(average roll of 50.5+18 intrigue+10=78/2=39 average instead of 50.5)
