Oh, I know, I've voted for the action as well for dreaming moon stuff, but not for the persistent belief some people have that they're bindable just because they're a unique character than exists. By that logic, Heizui is bindable, and I don't fancy to see dragonmom's reaction if we attempted THAT.
Yeah, while it would have been nice to bind her, I don't think our chances are likely. However, making a good impression on a spirit who is the "granddaughter" of the Dreaming moon is probably going to be really sweet later down the line. That's fair. I think the fact that we met Sixiang due to a really good role in the moon party (iirc) combined with the fact that she was given a body that would last until just a bit before the tournament led some people (me) to think we may be able to bind her. Looking over things more closely, I agree it looks less likely than I had thought. Still, I've enjoyed our time with Sixiang, so I'm happy.
Yeah successfully breaking into an inner sect summer home is definitely a sign that our stealth is lagging behind. That part sounds like sugestion to upgrade stealth in future probably in inner sect.
While I can't find the mission specifics anymore, I was under the impression that it was actually a core sect member's summer home.Yeah successfully breaking into an inner sect summer home is definitely a sign that our stealth is lagging behind.
Uh, we can already bind any third grade spirit just fine, and stages within a realm means much less than realm divisions.Yeah, while it would have been nice to bind her, I don't think our chances are likely. So even though none of the interactions have created much of a mechanical benefit, I still had fun reading their interactions and the byplay between the two, and the humor of trying to instruct a spirit on human norms.
Do we even have any proof that a spirit that is ahead of you in the same realm costs more? The only mention of that was Han Jian's cultivation art that allowed him to bind an entire realm above him for extra cost. The main issues with binding Sixiang is we can't make him/her do what they don't want to do and the qi upkeep of a spirit stronger than you
We do- @yrsillar mentioned when asked whether, say, Sun Liling could come in the tournament with a Green 8 spirit beast, that costs increase drastically the more cultivation level differences there are between you and the spirit beast, even in the same realms. Binding a Green 8 spirit beasts as an early green would cost many hundreds of Qi, for example.Do we even have any proof that a spirit that is ahead of you in the same realm costs more? I totally feel that getting either a) another music art, b) a spiritual support art for anti-dispel and other buffs, or c) a stealth art would do more for our tournament odds than the argent arts.
I would recommend an expression-based art since that will take all our expression bonuses and likely share a passive, which makes it more useful even at small levels.
We could, maybe, if it was in the 3rd floor archive, but it wouldn't really have any synergy with existing arts. So having that at a low level won't have much impact. There's no way we could pick up a Domain Weapon Art with the Archives we could theoretically have access to right? I feel like that would have the most impact if we could get it, just due to our action economy being so full.
That would probably be a no, though it might just be really really rare. There's no way we could pick up a Domain Weapon Art with the Archives we could theoretically have access to right? I feel like that would have the most impact if we could get it, just due to our action economy being so full.
