FATHER QUEST - A Cartoon Network: Villains Victorious CK2-Style Quest Cross Over

Typo. Part of a sentence got spliced off during editing. The reward is supposed to say something to the effect of "you have salvaged parts from the Gem warship and taken them home for study".

We'll fix it later.

Oh good to know, thanks

I disagree, he left because he figured without Father the company would collapse. With Father back and the vompany operational now we should be fine!

Yeah, he left because things were fucked; whcih is understandable

He's not available yet so a turn 4 hire at earliest, if we get the option and put him over Black and White (turn 3 hire would be Hex/Orpheus since they lose interest after that)

I think the next step of fixing things would be the Candy Stewardship action since Candy seems to be used in place of currency so having an idea of Funds is the next move for a business

edit: though, we would need to think about the kind of offer we give; we filled the CEO position with literally the first person to come by

Even if Scam Co. isn't on our level, they might be able to give him the big seat

I don't think Batman would be in this? TMK The general take is they try to go for the guys they can easilly seperate from the DC universe. Like Control Freak, Condiment King and 🎶 The Music Meister 🎵 Maybe Livewire as well? I doubt Harley do to the nature of the character.

I think they said they might use heroes/villains who were original to their shows and even then only specific ones they thought fit

Is Tom & Jerry in this?

If so, then I'm stanning for Tom.
Maybe if someone makes a Good Omake? I think by Default Golden Age characters aren't in it though. Earliest I can say for certain is Scooby Doo.

Now this is more because they fit Gridlocked a lot better through Who Framed Roger Rabbit; but if we want to be technical characters can be in multiple settings if it makes sense (Like Mumm-Ra), and it's ultimately QM fiat.

Also Garfield is able to show up in all but one Villains Victorious Setting (Classic).

I kind of don't blame him too much, since he has doofs backstory but taken more seriously. The only reason he's a villain is that he was desperate to get attention from his evil father, who preferred his brother over him to an honestly depressing degree despite his brother being a hero.

Not to say what he's done isn't fucked, but if he went through a few decades of therapy and tried to make up for it I wouldn't spit on him.

Narratively trying to kill kids is also just generally less frowned on in the KND universe, which, you know, is fucked, but it's true
It's one of those situations where it's like "well yes, but...". One of the more exciting things about Fatherquest to me is that we have a villain that has plenty of room to grow through his character arc but is absolutely a villain nonetheless.

Father is not Doof, who's too deluded to be truly evil, or the more local example Hex, who can turn his life around to good. He's done worse things than either and is neither that deluded about reality or seeking to atone for what he's done. He can however, grow into a better class of criminal. One that's not quite so petty as to have a deadly feud with actual random children.

These are the ones that will be used, it is called Tier 1.

Tier 2 is any show that you can say CN has a decent claim to. So CN and Warner originals, various Bumpers, Scooby Doo, and cross country co productions. You also have adaptations that are not tier 3 like MAD, the Annoying Orange, and a variety of other characters. Some shows from other companies migh also be here like 6Teen and Lucas the Spider.

Tier 3 is hesitance zone, of universes to large to reliably use. You might find some bits and pieces taken, such as OCs from DC superhero shows that dont have the baggage, but your not getting the entire thing. Rick & Morty and Anime is also in this tier. The GM can pull from em, but shouldn't rely on em.

As the tier number increases, the likelihood of it being in decreases, with tier 1 being the only guarantee. Think of how disruptive it will be, and it will be in that tier.

(Edited Tier 3 Defonition since Weredrago is right and I realised my reason for seperating em was silly)

There isn't a tier 4. Tier 3 is "use at your own risk", which includes a lot of things that shouldn't be used unless you absolutely need it. Most of the time, you don't because it causes more trouble than its worth.

Tier 3 is also known as the "fuck it I want this in my game" button. I press it very scarcely but I have done it before.

EDIT: OCs are an example of a Tier 3 inclusion (having been made wholecloth by the GM rather than derived from source material) that works fine in moderation.

I'll be honest, I made tier 4 mostly because I know Hella likes us DC character but figured if I put em in the same tier as Rick & Morty and Anime people might still ask about those. Normally there's only 3 tiers is correct. I'll fix it.

EDIT: Fixed

Does Mega Meaty Meat count as original enough from Teen Titans to make it in?

I'll admit it's sort of fun theory crafting what sort of people and places are available in this crazy Frankenworld.

I'm slowly becoming a cartoon conspiracy theorist please send help.
You fool, that's what the sneeple want you to do.

If you don't watch out they'll getcha

You can trust me, I'm not crazy

What? It's just my sneeple disguise, they can't tell I'm human when I wear it /s

Is mao mao heroes of pure heart getting a king? It's damn good and absolutely deserves it
Sadly no, mostly because it was cancelled before it really got any villains worth making a king (Victor and Valentino was so lucky Tez enacted his plot in season 3 instead of season 4). Orangusnake might be around, but he's probably working for K'nuckles or Master Cyclonis.

I reckon we're waiting to see if it's status changes. CN may carry the rest of S2 out on their own, depending on how far production went along. We just don't know yet and no one is talking.

We do love Mao Mao! I hope it gets that second season. If not, there's always this setting.
