Speaking in this villain victorious verse, Mystery Incorporated Season 1 ending straight end in the true culprits victory and it makes more sense to me that due to this all chaotic universe Scooby and the new mayor of Crystal Cove never manage to find the rest of the gang.

Shaggy would probably have his training cut short and send to the front lines, so he probably somewhere in Canada and Fred probably still looking for his parents or maybe return to Crystal Cove. Daphne here, probably decided to go to the route of finding a job outside of her hometown instead of trying to be engage to someone else.

Velma and Scooby probably still in Crystal Cove trying to solve mysteries.

So I been think what kind of shows can be included.

Fugget about It! is a Adult Swim show about a former mobster, a capo to be precise, and his family that live in a city called Regina in Canada under witness protection. Anyway since is a sitcom maybe Jimmy and his family either relocate back to the US, perhaps can be unlocked as a Hero Unit, or they are trapped behind enemy lines and currently are using they underworld knowledge to hide the townsfolk and doing they best to wage a guerrilha warfare against the Gems.

Also since Totally Spies! could be part as well since the new season will be aired on Cartoon Network and Discovery Kids. WHOOP could be a way more ethical version of the OSI that operate in a international scale but recent events are pushing the organization to they limit.
