FATHER QUEST - A Cartoon Network: Villains Victorious CK2-Style Quest Cross Over

For another possible business model, maybe we should really lean into the "boring grown-up" aspects of being literally called AdultCo. We could create our own version of TurboTax and market it around, get into the home appliance business, and build office buildings for up-and-coming law firms and software development companies.

It's a niche that I don't think any of the other corporate-minded kings would be interested in and it would definitely appeal to Father's pride in being a proper adult.

The other route of building things that appeals to eccentrics is also pretty viable.

We'd make a killing if we ever did a hostile take over of Supervillains Supermarket & Deli and expand nation wide chain locations since then it'd get Guild support just from branding alone.

It'll also ensure an iron grip over the Rainbow Munchies cereal brand which could help make Father less angry as well as be used to bribe other villains.

Should we ask what products our company make so we'll know what to improve or perhaps if we should make a new one.
Considering we need to spend an action on restructuring Adult Co, I don't think we make... anything at the moment. Which is why I think this is the perfect time to transition away from what it did before, into weaponry and robotics. You know, for the military funding I've been harping on about recently. It's a big business! We stand to make a lot there.

We also stand to loose a lot. Remember, our funding comes from a supervillain who's a powerful member of a supervillain organisation. Providing weaponry to the government as our primary money maker feels like a smidge of a conflict of interest

I'll probably roll the dice for the question I ask in 3 hours, so if anyone has any other ideas drop em into the thread by then if you want consideration

I do feel for a personal next turn that we NEED to read the KND manual. It feels like we are sitting on a potential treasure trove of literal treasure troves of candy, 2x4 tech, and weird kid magic if we just put the effort in to read it.

Even if we don't do anything with the KND as a group the book is probably just cram packed with juicy quest targets and secrets

I just want to use it before Monty and Uni come and take it from out under our nose.

We shouldn't just read it, but also scan it and save it in multiple places. Hell, send parts of it to other kings so they have the heads up too!

…inb4 it spreads to kids the world over and we inadvertently reignite the KND.
I mean, I could see spreading an altered KND manual as a good way to fuck up other kings. Maybe do something like introduce secret flaws in the tech that lets us easily counter it and alter the bylaws to make us a less important target

Edit: Heck, an easy alteration is to change "protect kids from adult tyranny" to "protect the lives of kids".

As long as we don't kill kids that reframes the KND to an org that would fight the worse kings and leave us less of a focus

If we do go the ice cream baron route we could buy cookie cat ice cream. We don't know that Steven is a thing, but if someone buys the bankrupt brand and revitalizes it that might get us an in somehow.

Hour left to submit possible questions for father! Speak now or languish in time out!

Ask how father feels about Cookie Cat leaving his family behind!

Or since we know about Control Freak existing we could see if Father is aware of H.I.V.E Academy. Seems a place we could try hiring graduates from if he's aware and able/willing to contact them.

Uh... I don't think control freak exists. I'm pretty sure that initial post about control freak was about Sarah BEING a control freak, and also maybe a reference to when she got the fic note. DC is not in this I'm pretty sure
