FATHER QUEST - A Cartoon Network: Villains Victorious CK2-Style Quest Cross Over

With all this talk about shipping out Numbuh 13, I would like to point out that there's no guarantee that he would actually join the King's organization, and is a dedicated member of the KND, which would probably lead to him joining the rebellion... and then screwing it over. Thus, it's possible shipping Numbuh 13 to a King's territory could be considered a favor for them.

It's why we do it as an internship program.

"hello Mandark? Would you like some junkies to help round the Lab? Adult Co can supply them to you!"

He would still cotton on really quickly and blame us, though. He'd blame us even if we didn't do it intentionally…

Are there any factions out there we could viably hit with 13 without fear of meaningful reprisal? Bonus points if they're close to us so we can move in on their territory afterward.

Mandark is the safest since he is on the other side of the country. Scam Co, Elmore, Peach Bay, and Dark Kat City are also targets for the same reason.

We also could send him to Superjail

I just had a thought. If we go and join The Guild, we could buy their tech, ala lightning gun, and reverse engineer it and add to our stuff. Sir Toasty could get a brother, Sir Sparky.

Nah, I got to draw the line there chief. Superjail, being a product of [AS], is and can be horrifying. We're not doing that.
I agree. Which reminds me. Did someone earlier very blatantly bring up just stone cold murdering 13?

I swear I recall that happening, and regardles of being an evil villain, I think there has to be some degree of restraint in regards to talk about child murder. As in we really shouldn't be having it at all. Correct me if I'm wrong about this happening, possibly misread.

Edit: Found it.
We could just incinerate 13. He's an active liability to have around, and as an actually evil supervillain we can just kill him to get rid of the problem.

Remember the Golden Rule of cartoon settings my fellows.

Cartoon Supervillains are meant to campy and corny. They're not actually meant to be 'Evil' villains. So yes, not only is the certain subject not allowed here. Dark, actually evil plots don't really have a place in cartoon settings. Since it's meant to be light hearted.

Yeah let's not murder a child. Legitimately just, give him back to his parents or consider trading him back to the KND if you want to make him 'useful' or something.

I mean Dark Plots have found their purpose in recent years. The Lich is a good example, but for sheer supervillain depravity in actions I go to Rob from Gumball.

Rob's reactions to learning reality is a TV Show staring one Gumball Watterson, who he hates; is to
Ruin his life by breaking up his parents, making his sister run off crying, get his adopted brother and best friend to think he hates his guts, and kill his girlfriend (Pausing reality right before she dies). He then tries to toss Gumball into the Void which is beyond the credits (AKA the status quo wont restore him) and when he finds he cant; he tosses the magic remote in to force Gumball to dive in after it.

Gumball then in the second part of the 2 parter tries to fix things, only for rob to then turn Nicole and Richard into babies, which causes Anais to fade from existance and Darwin to LOSE HIS LUNGS AND SUFFOCATE IN FRONT OF GUMBALL. Oh and Penny is still going to die. The only way Gumball won was by saving Rob's life. Rob then realised that maybe he went to far and stopped himself from using the remote to ruin Gumballs life.

He later went back to wanting to get rid of Gumball after he remembered that even if Gumball doesn't deserve to have his life ruined, he still sucks and shouldn't have a TV Show.

We probably shouldnt go that far though.

hmm, how old is this Rob, he could be a good Intern, he has good drive and massive amounts of RAGE to do that to his foe, excellent drive for a young villain

After reading the info doc this really doesn't seem to be the case for this setting. The Lich, Aku, HIM and The Beast all pretty blatantly kill people and only have the goals of spreading suffering and death. Venture Bros, Superjail and a couple of the other Adult Swim shows also don't pull any punches. A core premise of Venture Bros is that campy Saturday morning adventures with kids would actually result in dead kids.

Now this isn't me saying we should kill 13, but I am saying that approaching this as a "cartoon" setting is gonna result in a harsh wakeup call. I think pursuing supervillainy will be fun and I love camp but I think people should keep in mind that some of our rivals are still gonna be massive pieces of shit and won't necessarily play along with shenanigans.

I think the best solution would be to send him to a boarding school or some other on theme punishment. But sending him away to a different king seems like it'll bite us or result in a dead kid.

I think my write in is the best solution. Ship him off with his family as a tactical anti luck bomb, tell the KND we dealt with their problem in a way that only an adult can but in a way that doesn't piss them off cause we didn't hurt 13, and use that as a plus for working for us. There's no reason to delightfulize him, or murder him, just shipping him off in a legal and non intrusive way

Gumball's class was 12 years old which means Rob is either 13 now or 12 depending on if Elmore allowed him to age.

Oh 13 isn't hated because he is unlucky. He is hated because he is a massive klutz that fails at everything he does while being extremely smug. He is the single most incompetant agent while thinking he is the next Numbuh 0.

KND villains can be genuinely dark and evil at times. There was one villain whose plan involved selling "kid's meals" made with real kids to sharks.

That being said, yeah, let's avoid actual child murder, as there's a difference tonally between an evil scheme that fails and one that succeeds. Besides, it'll be more profitable to put them in unpaid internships doing hard labor in the broccoli mines.
