[X] [MAIN] Expand Econ.
Things are going well we can afford to take some time and improve our economy and hopefully get a related innovation.
[X] [MAIN] Build Library = ( Greenbay )
Gives a free innovation roll from a faction quest
[X] [MAIN] More Messengers.
The faction quest requires three of these and this will help us learn what is happening in the far corners of our empire before it is to late.

@Oshha

1. What did Main Trade Expedition (Caradysh) actually do? Send a caravan over to the Cursed Forest? Shipped goods over to Caermyr for the Caradysh to pick up? And what did we trade? My guess is bronze weapons since that's what we sold to their vassals when we sent Trade Expeditions to them, but I'm curious if we instead gave them other stuff. And what did we get from them in return?
2. Our choice to allow the Caradysh free passage in exchange for the heartlands was supposed to give us increased Forlucan opinion, but right now it's at 6.5, just like it was last turn. (Also, I'd like to suggest that the net total opinion gain with the Forluc - after counting the initial loss and the gain - should be higher than where it all started, because at the end of the day, we get them back their heartlands without them having to spend any men or resources. (They also wouldn't have been able to do it at all because of their plague.))
3. Despite the Main Trade Expedition, our relationship with the Caradysh hasn't improved at all and it doesn't look like we got any new information on them at all, even though gaining information is one of the results of that action.

Before all else, I have to ask people to not vote for either of the two megaprojects. Both of them will add new infrastructure projects and'll make it way more difficult for us to fully get through the backlog. The less projects available, the faster the Infrastructure passives can fully fill up the provinces' slots (and the more likely they'll be able to at all), which'll make new settlements automatically have them.

In two turns from now, if our Stability and Legitimacy hold, we'll hit a golden age and we'll probably get new megaproject options with it. If you want megaprojects, you won't have to wait for too long, but for now we should abstain.

[] [MAIN] Expand Econ.

This finishes a faction quest and also buys us some extra Econ, which'll likely come in handy when we get our new Secondary when the next settlement is built. We'll need the extra long term temp econ to afford the things the new action lets us buy.

[] [SEC] Build Library = (Western Rock River)

The Infrastructure passives are focused on roads so it's not guaranteed they'll finish the quest to build 2 libraries. This hedges our bets a bit, and worst case scenario we end up with one more library built than there would be, which is pretty alright.

[] [SEC] Plant Cash Crops.

Works on the Traderists faction quest. It's giving us 3 turns to do the 2 cash crops so we have leeway, but we shouldn't spend that leeway unwisely. We may very well end up needing it in the future.

[] [SEC] More Messengers.

Let's get to work on the Centralists quest.

[] [SEC] Support Subordinate = (Halbarnwyd)

And one for the Theocrats. Of our religious subordinates, the Halbarnwyd need our aid the most.

1) Some basic trade, done at Caermyr or by proxies. No Arthwydish going into the Cursed Forest. I haven't giving it much thought beyond the Arthwyd and Caradysh have done general trading with each other and there isn't anything especially to the trade itself, just that it is the Arthwyd and Caradysh doing it despite the prejudices of the former. The trade itself is the standard trade that I don't cover in detail because it is below the abstraction of detail that I track.
2) It has changed and is higher than where it started off at. You have gained one point with both the Forluc and the Forden.
Forden = Vassal/Low
-Your Opinion 6/10
-Their Opinion = 8/10
Forluc = Vassal/Low
-Your Opinion 6.5/10
-Their Opinion = 8.5/10
Forden = Vassal/Very Low
-Your Opinion 6/10
-Their Opinion = 9/10
Forluc = Vassal/Very Low
-Your Opinion 6.5/10
-Their Opinion = 9.5/10
3) You failed the roll to improve opinion due to malus from Arthwydish biases against undead. Meanwhile you did gain information, which was more accurate info about how the Caradysh-Nersondur fighting is going alongside the Arthwyd gaining some knowledge of Forester customs due to regular trading with each other.

Purists (1.3/10) = Goals: No barbarians and their ways, Mood: Pleased, Ability: Diplo- per 2 Faction Power, Objective: Build 1 Wall within 1 Turns, Success/Failure: Temp Econ+/-
Huh, would of thought they'd be a bit more upset about that.

For now though let's pull back on the radicalism and give our people time to settle into the new norm.

Your opinion of them is not changing over this affair except they had pushed back against Arthwydish authority, in which case it would have gone down.
Yeah, never thought there'd be a change of Arthwydish views of the Forluc, was just looking at the wrong values to see if Forlucan opinion of the Arthwyd changed.

I still want to drive away the Nersondur and working with the Caradysh against slavers will improve our opinion of them and should help stop dedicated xenophobes from gathering and organising, since that's now a thing going on.

I dont see why we would get into a war for no reward, it much smarter to let them kill each other and if we do intervene then we should gain some major concessions from the Caradysh.

I don't think your plan to diminish the power of xenophobes by going to war with another civilisation will work out exactly as fruitfully as you hope.

My plan isn't to deminish the xenophobes, its still to get rid of the Nersondur and learn how to fight properly, I mention the xenophobes because they have started behaving problematically specifically over the undead freedom of movement and there is almost nothing we can do about it.

Its gunna be very bloody and im not sure our Eco can support support a slog like that.
