No, pretty sure only Anna and maybe other Aces have. At the very least I'm certain that Kojiro's is just a 'normal' sword.
The standard melee halberd is just a plasma blade. Per Post 19, Koji's is unusual in that it has a 'normal sword' part to go along with the plasma blade.

Murakumo bit deep into Claire's standard issue melee halberd, but while Murakumo was an oddity in having an actual physical, sharpened blade ahead of its plasma emitters and containment field generators, the construction of the blade was relatively delicate for a melee halberd.

*looks into thread, sees badly done Nuke destruction being talked about*

Simple answer. It's a Japanese Anime, and they still have people who hate Nukes period and want both sides of the Cold War wiped out in their stories. :p

...Something just occurred to me. Combat Valkyries generally seem to follow a similar structure, e.g. small mecha/large power armor humanoid fitted around the Valkyrie, with weapons typical to humanity. That in and of itself isn't so surprising, because humans use tools that they're used to and IIRC it's easier to control your impeller if the projection of the frame is near your skin or something. Anna didn't have the guidance or influence of the UN as she designed Durga over the years, but that's explicable for the above reasons. With everybody trying to optimize and a similar starting point, it's no wonder things would look a little the same.

But, what does it mean that the 300 seem to also follow this design pattern?

...Actually, are all of the 300 combat-specced? Are there any that seem designed for other tasks?

I do know that there are Valkyrie battleships, which fight antagonists in space and are much more heavily armed than ordinary Valkyries. There's also the Arcologies, which are just big Valkyrie frames, but I don't know if there's tons of different types like there were when they were being used for reconstruction.

As far as I can tell Valkyries look like mecha suits wrapped around people because the combat dynamics favor smaller targets, and most Valks don't want to be brains in a jar so the limiting factor on how small they can be is the meatbag inside. This is why there seems to be two general sizes of frame, near human size where all the bulky bits hang out in storage and only get little bits expressed to shoot with as well as much larger building plus sized frames like arcologies and Valk battleships, where they can't fit all the integrated buildings into storage anymore so it all hangs out in realspace.

Impeller control is relative to the frame rather than the person IIRC (which is why Durga is malleable, so Anna's impeller can cover a larger area at once if needed). Also, yes the 300 are all combat specced, they're known for all having the same loadout that upgrades at it's own pace rather than integrating whatever the synced Valk is throwing in.
