I recall one of the instructors specialized in time stuff.
Higgs can only be retrieved from three things: The Breaches (home to the Antagonists), select Antagonist corpses (relatively trivial amounts), and Higgs Generators (which are carried exclusively by Type Zero Antagonists).Question to forum - what do we know about Higgs? Outside that it is universal cheat card? Do we know how it is created? Do we know how if it is created at all, or only source are antagonist bodies?
Protagonists in anime usualy get out-of-context solution to all the problems. Macross is good example - whole armada of mechas, and then someone sings opponents into compliance.I don't think anyone will say boo if we eat a Higgs Generator next chance we get a TZ down. Who is going to stop us?
That said seems likely Koujirou will get one eventually.
Huh, I don't remember it. Do You recall where it was mentioned?
Don't we already have a Higgs Generator or something?Higgs can only be retrieved from three things: The Breaches (home to the Antagonists), select Antagonist corpses (relatively trivial amounts), and Higgs Generators (which are carried exclusively by Type Zero Antagonists).
Once you have a generator, it will continue to produce Higgs particles, but the relatively limited output means that one generator cannot supply, say, an entire theater's worth of Valkeries. There usually assigned to Arcologies, or exceptionally badass Valkeries.
The next Higgs generator captured, is likely already penned down for Anna, or the Ginnungagap Cannon (which itself may require several, depending on how fast Higgs are generated, the amount required per shot, and desired firing rate).
A large structure was now perched on your back, as you think the question, the answer returns in that it was your new power generator and the Higgs engine. Or more accurately just the Higgs engine encased in armour and power conduits, as it could not operate from within Durga's storage space as your fusion generator could.
We have a power generator ang a Higgs Engine. So no.
Alternatively, the cliche harem anime outcome: Anna and Koujiro end up sharing a Higgs Generator. Somehow. Don't ask me how it'll work, the writers will find a way.
Anna's great, incredible advantage that let her develop Wave Force in first place is her ability to visualize exotic physics.
But what if she tried to imagine it instead? The way she did when she developed Wave Force in the first place? Would that not be more effective? She have an instinct. She developed and understands her attack in a way no amount of math can match. She can keep in mind image of what she is doing, she understand all those insane interactions between impeller and physical laws. Even if she is unable to put it into words.
So basically we should have Anna Draw out whats she does with the waveforce and then attache the terms used in the math to the picture in her next teaching attempt?Using analogy, it is like being in room filled with wonders. Math will allow you plot safe course towards set goal. It's what the math do. But if you look around, and see the room, you can gain so much more! Wonders are there lying at hand reach - if only you are able to see them.
Not exactly. Anna understand what she is doing. But it is an understanding that is impossible to put into spoken words. Attempt to translate it to format understandable by others turned it to advanced math equations. There was no other way to do it. High mathematics was needed to describe the effects. Those equations contains set of precise instruction for impeller operations others can follow to replicate effect - but it does not give them intristic understanding why they need to do given moves. Or how it generates effect. Or what else they can do.So basically we should have Anna Draw out whats she does with the waveforce and then attache the terms used in the math to the picture in her next teaching attempt?
No, drawing assumes what she's doing can be represented visually. Anna is sensing what she's doing with exotic, Valkyrie provided senses that she can only process as fundamentally as she does because she's so attuned to Durga. Other, more limited Valkyries have to try and ascribe normal human sense-analogs to what they're doing, but she doesn't.So basically we should have Anna Draw out whats she does with the waveforce and then attache the terms used in the math to the picture in her next teaching attempt?
That or ask the UN for some, but Higgs particles are very valuable things so they would probably be rather more than reluctant.
A fair point, but they might be reluctant to supply one while Anna is recovering/learning how to act in a group at school instead of serving on the frontlines.
IIRC, we need to eat antagonists to replenish our supply of Higgs particles.

You didn't have to wait long, a few seconds after the clock strikes Midday, Perth time, the space a few hundred meters away from you bulges and Instructor Langston teleports in. Vibrant yellow and gleaming bronze draw intricately detailed crests over her otherwise plain, steel grey plates. Carried on the back of her frame, the stark white of a pair of Higgs tanks glimmers, highlighted by her exhaust trail.
They already gave Anna two tanks of Higgs. For not much more than interdiction practice. Unless she starts consuming truly titanic quantities, they'd probably hand her whatever she asked for."Hn, glad I brought some Higgs, then," the Instructor sighs, clapping her hands together, "So uh, how does an airspeed ratio of one and a half to one, maybe six klicks a second IAS tops sound? Starting distance, um, ten klicks, and a fifteen klick radius, ten ceiling for the field? Sixty seconds per round with a terrain shift every ten?"
This isn't a traumatic situation, though.Forcing someone into a traumatizing situation isn't healing, it's (gasp!) traumatic.
Bad news I'm afraid, the vote was called, and a majority disagree. Sorry about that.Forcing someone into a traumatizing situation isn't healing, it's (gasp!) traumatic. Light exposure, in a manner where she isn't stuck there if she becomes too uncomfortable, is the way to go.
Once again just no.Nope, it here is how the scene would end:
The episode would end at Perth, credits would roll. Instead of previews for the next episode, the black screen would slowly fade into the scene with Sandra and Anna, but would START with Sandra falling to her knees. The camera would be facing her, and you would be able to see the shock and terrible awe on her face. The wind would begin to blow through her hair as the camera begins to pan to Sandra's view. The music for the Pain character from Naruto Shippuuden would begin to play as Anna enters the view, wreathed by Sunset (don't remember if it was nighttime or not heh), slightly shadowed by the light. Her posture would be vague, to be taken as either threatening, or inspiring. And the anime audience would be left wondering what the hell just happened that brought Sandra to her knees.....and what THE FUCK is up with that 'straight man' girl, Anna?!
It would invest Anna with an air of mystery and danger that would see her blaze up in conversation topics like fire on dry hay.
Yes, all my yes.Alternatively, the epic shots with dramatic camera angles of Durga's impeller extending out, branches covering the entire town... the music swells... and then she starts puttering around fixing sewer lines.
