Okay since it seens to be a important person to Lucien and they died on what seems to be in defense of another and due to the previous Targaryen Rumor Mill the list of suspects is this:

I am currently excluding our siblings and Mom since we dont know if they are in the Stepstones or in Kings Landing. So with that in mind I think something happened to Alicent and her brother Gwayne protected her but died in the process since he is the only one charged with proteting someone specific.
Edit: In the same vein ser Steffon also qualifies given his duty to protect Nyra.

I really think it shouldn't be one of our Wife's and Kids at least, because I think it should take more then one bad roll to just permanently kill them off. Even Daemon and Rhae 'just' got captured and tortured/crippled by one bad roll.
