That's what I'm aiming for, at this point I'm a single issue voter. "The Most Serene Port Tabasco of the Stepstones and The Narrow Sea" does that sound wordy enough? or should we add more ostentation to it?
Honestly, I feel the Stepstones could use a new name. The original is what it was a den for pirates and slavers to operate. Why not name it into something else like...? The Archipelago?
How about the crossroads because it is the crossroads from which trade from the eastern part of the world reaches Westeros

Dragonfangs is good, I think Grand Duchy will do as legal standing if Viserys doesn't make it a kingdom/Procterctorship "Prince Lucien, Lord of Port Tabasco, Duke of the Dragonfangs, and Lord Protector of the Narrow sea" sounds like nice collection titles for our boy.

Overlord has an ominous tone to it, I like it.
I just think "Lord Paramount" is a mouthful. Either Highlord, Archlord, or Overlord would have been better fitting.

The same could be said for Rhaenyra, specially when she is coming to War with us. Remember that they improved the Scorpions bolts and failing in the sea from the sky could be deadly.
We could just be named Warden of the Steptstones or HighLord, Marshal or something that already exists...

Well, normally you would be right BUT thanks to Lucien´s insane ablative armor of omakes, memes, OC sheets, and other bonuses... Nyra, Laenor, Aegor, and Daemon are probably safer with Lucien in war than they are in the Red Keep.
To be honest, I don´t really have any problem with merely "Lord of the Stepstones"... The other titles are too wordy, and the Stepstones don´t really qualify for a Kingdom due to their size (the are 1/4-1/3 smaller than Iron islands)

Does it? That bonus only counts to Lucien own actions, unless he is glued to a character side all times things can get tricky, besides there more ways to die than an blade or a stray arrow.

Well, the Bonus for the Stepstones was not only a bonus for the recruitment call (IIRC it also helped to get more of the Stepstones for us and better rolls for battles), so I am pretty sure that ti would help a lot.
And even if it ends up only for recruitment, there will be plenty of meatshields between the Dragon Riders and the enemies so they would be significantly safer than otherwise.

Well the Dragonriders could just drop boulders on them or a lot of metal flechettes. Flechettes would be good against any army formations, static defences and ships. The ballista would have to be uncovered to take full advantage of their firing arcs.

I have to say that I am pretty worried about this whole magic thingy.
Even with the +350 bonus making the result as positive as it can reasonably get, Magic in ASOIF is always of the "Power for a Terrible Prize" variety, and besides that it also tend to be Dangerously Stupid, Stupidly Dangerous or both, for both the caster and its targets.
So the if I understand this correctly the roll was to see Viserys reaction to the baby and wether he would resent him for the death of Aemma and maybe hate him, no?
Well, on one hand it is not that good that he will grow up being spoiled rotten, but on the other hand it's great news to know that Viserys will love his son deeply and not blame him for what happened to Aemma (that poor child is totally innocent of all of that mess, unlike Melos)

To be honest the most "Otto" thing to do would be to use the "I WANT GRANDKIDS ASAP" card with Alicent and then try to get her Grandaughter betrothed to the new heir.
But I am a little worried about the fact that in 20 years we may very be the "Greens"

Well I am going to roll if one or both the girls get pregnant before we head out.
And even then, there is always the possibility of our leading ladies to just join us anyway because they are… well
