Plan updated.

[X] Plan "I'm tired of these motherfucking Aberrations on this motherfucking Elemental Plane!"
-[X] Viserys targets the Abomination with Necrotic Bomb, trying to also hit the Mouther, then casts Imperious Glare against them both. He uses one of his +4 Grand Destiny bonuses with the Necrotic Bomb spell to attempt to hit AC 20.
-[X] Dany uses her precast Sign spell to gain a +4 Initiative bonus, then Dreamcasts Invoke the Cerulean Sign.
-[X] Richard activates his armor's Holy Aura power as a Swift Action, and places himself between the new foe and everyone else. He will use Spell Turning to reflect whatever SLAs it tries to use against us. If successfully affected by Viserys' or Dany's spells, he uses Shock Trooper and Pounces on the Abomination, Power Attacking as he sees fit.
-[X] Malarys casts as he sees fit, aiming to inflict maximum damage or to incapacitate the Abomination without inflicting friendly fire.

Yes easily, though he has to hit AC 20 if you want to affect both the abomination and the mouther.
Só worst case It's just the Abomination?

[X] Plan TNE
-[X] Viserys: Necrotic Bomb, try to hit both -> Imperious Glare -> Celerity -> Imperious Glare
-[X] Dany: Dreamcast Invoke the Cerulean Sign if Viserys' Glares have failed.
-[X] Ser Richard: Disrupting Blow on the Abomination, or the Mouther if the Abomination is subdued.
-[X] Malarys: Whatever he has that helps. Something to lower their saves?
-[X] If they are both disabled, either through fear or Sign, Viserys hits them both with Baleful Polymorph until Turtle happens.

Truely does the Goldfish speak with eloquence and sharp wit. Also I have to say I love how Dragon Paradox takes these dry and dull crunch mechianics and breaths such vibrant and flourshing life and narrative power into them. He makes all these generic D&D spells each a uniuqe and awesome entiy by itself even if they are the same. A fire ball from Lya is a far diffrent thing in its feel and emotion then one cast by Viserys.

@DragonParadox, so if I'm getting this correctly.

We are at the opening of the tunnel. In front of us is the Gibbering Abomination, and directly above it is the opened secret door. Behind the Gibbering Abomination is the Mouther which completely blocks off the rest of the tunnel. So, there's pretty much no chance of friendly fire, yeah?

You know we really need to get some scrolls of Cerulean Sign. Or hell maybe even make a runestaff for the thing at this point. It would probably be worth the cost.

Sir Richard might come up with demon and devil versions of the Illithid Slayer. Although the original class would be nice for visiting the Elder Brain.
