Later when trade has proven good and mortal tales all the more enticing to hear.
Meaning..?
12th month 293, 1st month 294, or upwards to ~5th month 294?

Is it only the facade we have to pull with the timing between the offers, or is there actually need to bother trading with each-other profusely before we make such an offer?

[X] Find and deal with the wisps that caused you headaches in the Braavosi swamps
Let's just do it and go into the next turn?
The "meet-the-backers" really seems like something we can do as a "transitory" chapter, imo.

I'm okay with this. No more dilly-dallying!

I'm pretty sure the Old Gods should have that template. It's even got Cold Resistance.

They do, one small note on that though Strength +6 seems excessive. I'd take that down to +4 and becoming more dexterous because you are made of wood makes little sense to me so Dex -2 not +2. CR adjustment remains the same it's otherwise still a rather strong template.

Depends on how much interaction they do with mortals and background rolls. More trade and other actions that help the court would help speed things up.

Or we could end the turn on a high note. REVENGE.

Viserys, casting Mage's Decree in the Braavosi Swamp: "You thought I would forget about you, you little shits?"

The hooded face tilts ever so slightly to the side. Not yet lord, introducing yourself and asking for fealty in the same breath would be seen as an attempt to conquer his realm, he whispers in your mind. Later when trade has proven good and mortal tales all the more enticing to hear.
Translation: Stop trying to loot any half interesting person you meet you scaly kleptomaniac, it's weird and comes off as creepy. At least buy them dinner first, damn.

We've used it before for some of the creatures growing this month we plan to sell, I think.

I'll make a note of the attribute changes to the template in my Forge Order page.

in the Braavosi Swamp
Ah, we are still going to dry those out eventually, right?
[] The Swamps Dried: Clear out the swamps of Braavos, establishing a stronger presence of trade companies and accelerating the rate of the gathering of rare resources.
(Opposition: ??; Rewards: ??)
I'm not quite... *cough* at all *cough* up-to-date with how the swamps are affecting our/Braavosi current economy...
But I recon, the resources would be far more accessible with those gone, at least..?

Wait, what? Why are we doing this? This seems like it would upset the balance the Braavosi have achieved with the Fey.

*shrugs*
I remembered someone (either that was Azel, Goldfish or Talon, iirc, but don't quote me on this) talking about the plan to do so, and so I dropped it along with everything else in the options for Adventure-actions/locations.

Bottom line, those places have to be scoured for malicious shit like Wisps.
So we're going to build another wall and make the Others pay for it too, right?
Shush, your metaphor is lost on me, I'm Russian - I live beyond the Wall.

For the rumor post, can we finally have one about panicking Westerosi over the fact that Viserys can and has brought the dead back to life?

Or panic to Braavos, then Volantis swearing within a month to a realm barely over a year old?

[X] egoo

We'll get you yet, you little shits!

[X] Meet with some of the backers of the Sothoryos expedition and offer some backing before they depart

Gentlemen, I want to deal with the Wisps as much as you do...

But I work tomorrow, and I want to participate in the discussions, so I will delay that until the weekend if I can. I hope that you understand. I want to be personally involved in our vengeance.

OOC: I hope the last part does not seem rushed, I wanted to avoid us getting bogged down one more update trying to get immediate fealty. Not yet edited.
Dian is a Feywild based Feylord anyway, so while having him work for us would be neat, I see no need to ever press him about swearing fealty to us, we can't have unaligned lords in our lands, but the Feywild is not our lands, I have no problem with a friendly Fey lord deciding to stay independent, so long as they don't have their eyes on ruling part of Planetos.

I'm continuing my campaign to let Egoo have as little votes as possible, if you want to join me in teasing Egoo, vote for anyone who voted for his plan, instead of voting for him.

Rumor posts full of panicking are indulgent. They're satisfying, of course, but a rumor post can't be just that. I'm always interested in seeing random stuff (even if it isn't super important, or if it's just vague worldbuilding) from all around the world!
Well, worlds. We have extraplanar rumors now.

I'm especially waiting on Yrten and Siduri's monthly report.
