Of course, I'm sure that some dragon somewhere has developed a Twin Spell version of the Sudden Metamagic line, it's the same adjustment as Quicken, so it should work.

So he could do:
-> Sudden Twinned Greater Arcane Fusion
-> Quickened Greater Arcane Fusion
-> Mythic Initiative -> Belt of Battle -> Greater Arcane Fusion
-> Celerity -> Greater Arcane Fusion

For ten spells.

And, if he can swing it, use Greater Celerity and add in two full attacks, one with the Sudden Twinned and one with the Greater Celerity.

>Can cast over half a dozen spells in as many seconds
>Uses them to sword the big bad into a million pieces

Viserys: "IM KING OF THE WORLD!"
Quarut: *hands Viserys a slip of paper*
Viserys: "I'm sorry what is this?"
Quarut: "Your speeding ticket Sir."
Quarut: *Celerity planeshifts away*

Inevitables start swarming in: *pop* "HE'S LITTERING!"
Viserys: "AM I BEING DETAINED?!"

Yeah, not a terribly impressive showing when a muggle with a mundane gun can take you out of the fight for several seconds.

I mean, in the end the ability of the Fallen is so wildly all over the place that I'm basically just winging a bunch of this. Though it helps to remember that mass scale pain and suffering is to the Denarians what 100% Pure Spellcasting Winterborn Outsider is to the Old Gods.

And there's going to be a lot of pain and suffering going around as all those firstborn start visibly falling ill and there's nothing modern medicine can seem to do about it.

Viserys could withstand an anti-tank round to the face with just a minor amount of buffing.

His weakest ranged attacks are as strong or stronger than an rocket propelled grenade to the face.

And I'm pretty sure he can carve through steel pretty easily. Granted, that's pretty standard fare for high level melee in most fantasy settings.

Sure, that's a fine set up for them to not get squished.

But the Denarians' thing was never direct confrontation. They stack the deck horrendously, they take hostages, they stage grand traps.

They do rituals like nobody else's business, but they just don't bring overwhelming power to the table.

No real buffing needed, just his base form is more or less immune to bullets. TD has virtually impenetrable AC to anything that isn't a peer murderblender, and the Heart of X line means crits don't do shit because hello DR.

Considering his natural attacks are the equivalent of Valyrian Steel, yes indeed.

At 42 standing AC and DR 10/Silver, shooting Viserys with a common gun will be about as effective as shooting the front of a tank. Bring a tank cannon, or just hear plink-plink. Even if you did bring your tank cannon, it will be an uphill fight unless your are a high level supernaturally good shot.

At 51 AC and DR 14/VS, you might as well be trying to hurt a battleship. Hope you brought out the really big guns.

And then Scintilating Scales means that unless you can fight like the fucking Tarrasque or an incarnated Duke of Hell, you are shit out of luck.

True, under the generalized "you can bypass your own DR".

But for the purposes of bypassing DR, his natural weapons count as having an enhancement equal his Cha mod. Which is currently +12.

..though how are the allowed cheese level for Simulacrum: XXLMonster?
The Cheese Within:
Simulacrum: Solar who uses Wish to Simulacrum:Solar
Old Camenbert:
Simulacrum: Solar with 17th level casting / Elder Brain ...
A Solid Cheese:
Simulacrum: Ancient Wyrm

You don't have access to any of those things :V

TL;DR Do not fight the Dragonlord in Melee, even if you are a Denarian.

fine fine!
I'll trade down to a Planetar. Who then uses Summon Monster IX: 1d4+1 Greater Storm Elementals.,each a 24d6 of Stormy death.

Though.. wasn't the Greend Dragon that Guards our Hearttree Ancient..

I would like to point out that HT Viserys is incapable of using Summoning magic at this time.
