I'm sorry. @DragonParadox was that a recipe for the philosopher stone in that book? Also how much did that advance the alchemist curriculum by?
Edit: Looks like the research is done. Thank the book. Also recipe on immortality....what?

+2 To Scholarum Achimists promotion rolls
Nice
We are getting some great alchemists next turn onward it seems.

+3 to all knoowlege rolls regarding Asshai by the Shadow
Neat. I assume that the knowledge of the Alchemist wasn't the same knowledge already avaliable via Shadow!Tor.

Formula for eternal life, dependent on Assahai'i reagents
Interesting. The shit is probably turned him Rakshasa. I think we'll need to find that man now, when we'll move our operations there.
What impression of his personality can be derieved from the book, @DragonParadox?

Obsessive about his work and rather anti-social but not much beyond that.

Do you guys want a fight interlude next or an update?

Maybe it would help if you dug that vite out since I have no idea what you mean.
It was the latest iteration of the 'Speaking to Knights' votes, and I'd listed several actions in it that got overridden by us suddenly having to deal with Ser Erren. In particular, subordinates were supposed to figure out what Ser Wendel and the Peake were up to.

No, why would claw sheaths get in the way of Monk's Belt?

They are not the same slot and they enhance Natural Weapons they use anyway in combination with the Monk's Belt.

If they are not particularly cursed besides being a bit bloody I'd suggest just giving them to Amy.
I was mainly wondering whether or not they'd count as weapons.

If we're giving out claw sheaths I'd rather make Amrelath and Relath some Valyrian Steel sheaths, personally. That said I'm not sure how that stacks up against constant Keen.

Also, @DragonParadox, reminder that we wanted Dany to poke Shireen at night.
One thing we need to do is have a chat with Yronwood. Varys was specifically trying to inflame them against the Martells, so we should probably subvert that somehow.

  • [X] Plan Getting Used To The Crazy
-[X] Tell him to give it a month or two to see SD and our court. We can think of a few things, but want to give him the chance to see everything for himself first and maybe find a posting on his own.
-[X] Ask Rhaella to help him acclimate to the new times. Having him teach your wards would be great, but first we need to see how he reacts to the idea of teaching little girls and stranger things.
-[X] Also, hit him with Heal and Regenerate. Then pen a letter to the gods, complaining that Darrys body didn't arrive in mint condition and that you want a partial refund on that diamond.

Further Types, Subtypes or mixes thereof following once we experimented a bit
Spellsteel's Blessing (Blood Magic, Major)

School: Transmutation: Level 7

Casting Time: Varies depending on forging time

Material Components: 100 lbs of Hellforged Iron or 2,500 Gold worth of arcane reagents for every 50 lbs of Valyrian Steel

Blood Component: 1 HD of sacrificed fiend per 50 lbs of Valyrian Steel

Required Caster: None (Special: requires dragonfire)

Secondary Casters: None (Currently requires wishcraft to stand in for specialized enchantments)

Skill Checks: Craft (Smithing) DC 25, 1 success; Knowledge (Arcana) DC 20, 3 successes

Backlash: Caster registers as an Evil Outsider to detection magics for one day

Effect: Creates Valyrian Steel

Failure: Caster becomes possessed by the spirit of the sacrificed fiend (Will save negates)

@Duesal Is that all we know so far?

My next suggestion would be to use a Demon or Daemon for Steel Creation to see if the type of fiend changes something, or if all fiends cause the same results.
Finally had time to get to this. It's not evil subtype, it's fiend subtype specifically.

We cannot, for example, turn Efreeti into Valyrian Steel as far as I know.
