On the other hand Bronn was level 11 when you met him and level 8 when magic returned, so it's not like it is unheard of for fighters to beat the soft cap.

Also keep in mind that Ser Darry is not only old with a lifetime's experience behind him but he also was the sort of man who could smuggle a child and a baby out of Dragonstone under the cover of night and convince the captain to set sail for Braavos rather than just hand them over to Stannis himself. That sounds like more than level 5 to me.

Why not asign him as Rhaella's sworn shield? We have Richard, Dany has Sandor, so Rhaella gets hers.

Unnecessary. Just the symbol & True Speech is enough - TS conveys the meaning of some funny scribbles. Shouldn't matter whether it's a phonetic alphabet or pictograms.

We could have Aradia do a little show. Make some trick shots. Shoot a few apples out of the air. Deflect one arrow with another arrow to hit two targets. Have someone in the Circle of Battle hold a coin between his fingers and let Aradia shoot it from the tourney grounds without leaving a single scratch on the mans fingers.

I was thinking of making the targets float or move, having the archers stand on hovering platforms, the challenge getting progressively more extreme through each round, that sort of thing. Although having Aradia put on a show is a good idea.

I'm not sure that's agreat idea to do right here right now :/
At the very least, it'd be expected of us to field those dragons, and as far as I understand the situation, all but Balerion are getting bottled for a time being.
Worst case, panic insues among our enemies.

We are scheduled to attack Pentos with over a dozen dragons next turn.

Write in security measures?
If Balerion runs wild bringing him down will be hard.
A Red Wyrm with the Feral template would still be the strongest creature we ever faced, including Mammon and the Raksha Radsha.
 
Tywin: "Just a year and we'll have several dragons in that boy's weight class. He won't be able to take me lightly then..."
