On the Orb trip, Lya, Richard, and Malarys are covered. Teana and Rina will need to be temporarily assigned one of the new Mind Blank items we're picking up in a few days. Alternatively, Lya could use both of her 8th level spell slots to cast Mind Blank, but I would rather not do that.

Dany is the only one from the Red Keep group who is covered. The other three will need to temporarily borrow the new Mind Blank items, too. Dany could use her Telepath template to grant one of them a Mind Blank, but that would be sub-optimal.

So long as both of these actions don't happen simultaneously, there should not be any problems.

I don't think that the Red Keep group have the tools required for their tasks, at least in terms of containing/transporting Varys (though ideas would do it for smokey confinement) but, rescueing

I think, if possible, Lya should go, if she has greater shadow Enchantment.

Honestly, if Viserys wasn't doing something else at the time, probably, I'd like him to go, if only for the ability to stick many people in bottles for exfiltration.

That said, unconscious or willing people could always be teleported out if we have a spontaneous caster available.

Where in Braavos do you want to put it? You don't have an official embassy, only a godswood on the Island of the Gods that pulls double duty along with ACSEC offices.

When I asked, I think you told me that all of the larger cities, Braavos included, had a suitable arena venue of some kind.

Or was it someone else who said that?

Edit: @egoo, add that we reforge Aedons VS sword into a nightpot called Bittersteel.

And give it to Bloodraven, that should get a monster chuckle outta him. Actually, I wanted to add a tiny detail to the minor actions.

[] Gift Bloodraven a fruit basket of exotic Sothoryos specimens such as Pineapples, Melons, Watermelons, Coconuts, Bananas, etc.

A theater was my idea, the larger the better. Or a public plaza if the Sealord doesn't mind. We are not charging an entry fee for the festival after all.

DP ordered her to have good charisma and diplo.
Change stats: Str 14, Dex 8, Con 12, Int 10, Wis 15, Cha 13
Feats: Improved Counterspell, 2 Flaws (Fussy, Inattentive), Protection Devotion, Healing Devotion, Power Attack, Craft Wondrous Item.
Have her fight two-handed with a longspear (for reach) and buffed, and she should do quite well! Healing Devotion is there to save her if she falls, because melee is dangerous.
Power Attack with a two-handed weapon, wear Full Plate with a crystal of Adaptation, and maybe Craft some items for the party. Good character there!

I just saw that the PrC could accept "Augment Summoning" instead of "Improved Counterspell". How about going all-in, and having a bunch of summoning spells and feats? Keep the stats you gave her.
Feats: 2 Flaws (Fussy, Inattentive), Spell Focus (Conjuration), Augment Summoning, Beckon the Frozen, Protection Devotion, Rashemi Elemental Summoning (summoning can turn into blasting)
An interesting change from most clerics. A little more versatile, reliant on full-round actions to cast, and can do cold damage to things with Beckon the Frozen.

The Sealord is fine with a plaza as long as it is not in front of his palace or the Moonpool. He wants to maintain some distance before the conquest of Pentos.
Sealord: "I'm totally neutral in regards to your conflict."
Jon Arryn: "And what about the 30m wide mirror showing the Dragons face?"
Sealord: "I have no idea what you are talking about."
Jon Arryn: "It can be seen from your window! I can even hear him!"
Sealord: "Huh? That's odd. I must have completely missed that."
Jon Arryn: "It's been here for three days, the Dragon holding one speech after another to your people!"
Sealord: "Wow, those must be some mighty great speeches if people still listen to him after 3 days."
Jon Arryn: ...
Sealord: :V

Food preservative box also? And large quantities of various foods? @Goldfish, is there room for one (150 IM?) before we visit?

Honestly, I'd like to bring Lya (smokey confinement) and possibly one or two others

It feels weird to be killing people to make a social call tho. Or has something we've done manage to help with that, for at least a bit?
Sacraficing Baelor (and more importantly, his divine power) to the OG, for example?

*Is very unsure*

I still maintain we should just Teleport instead of wasting sacrifices on this trip. Especially as it is indeed just a social call.

Why, though? Bloodraven doesn't eat, does he?

My paranoia is rising up over the possible consequences of overpowering the Anchor to teleport into uncle's grove.
Let's try teleporting literally anywhere else beyond the wall first? Please?

One cultist isn't worth anything anyway, comparatively speaking.
We are summoning up to a thousand HD of devils this month if we are very lucky with names and sparing with summoning.

Mythic Power charges are a blessing, I tell ya.

Summoning things for sacrifice sits ill with me. It feels "gamey".
Of course summoning devils we think are on the Prime Material sounds like a perfect tactical move, and I love it.

High danger means that she should go max survivability imo. She can hire our crafter's when she starts making her own money or buy from ov/ak or something.

And I dispise the fluff of Envoy of Balance. What about a same mechanics, refluffed "Observer of Balance" or something that holds her outside of the absoulutionst morality of D&D.

Other than one line of horrific fluff, it looks cool.

Considering the need for skill points in solo or small group work (or when you're big support is a Typical Asshole Red (TM)), I strongly feel an in of 12 or 14 is better, or some cleric variant with higher skill points or both. She needs good diplomacy to be a dragon wrangler, and social builds need sense motive, so there's two skills there, never mind the values of bluff, or the need for knowledge skills, even just for basic operations and identification of what's around her.

We have finished up our lists of True Names on Daemons and Demons.
There are still assholes of this kind around, but we have managed to sufficiently hurt their operations, at least around the places we reside in.
Like, that ambered Lich should know a bunch of Demon names for example, if we ever get to questioning him...

Devils, though?
Their operations run way deeper, and we have yet to summon the grunts of Mammon's that we have True Names to.
But what then?
True, we'll have no more info on devils that are connected to operations on PM, but we'll still have names of other devils in Mammon's service.

Why shouldn't we summon more of his servants?
Little as it will, it will still hurt him.
And it's not like we can become more of an enemy of his.

I'd be reluctant to summon servants of other Devil-Lords so willy-nilly myself, but we made the bed with Mammon already, so it's but sensible to attack his forces while we can.
Worst case, all his devils start using divination before answering any summons and waste resources.

I'd rather not just assume that this will work with a quick harmonic
@DragonParadox does the CL 21 ward exception happen because it will break, or because it does not spend the power to try and stop those casters?

Does it strip or ignore CL boosters from spells? What about ones from feats?

  1. Because the wards are not strong enough to stop magic above level 20
  2. Viserys does not know IC
Anyway I'm going to do an interlude next, an Ysilla, though it wil also include Waymar's alchemy results.
