Because as much as the idea of teenagers crippling other teenagers appeals to SV for whatever reason...I do want to avoid the whole bloodthirsty xianxia protagonist trope...

Like, I love bai, but just like GU she also does need a chill pill once in awhile.

There are reasons the Bai are very much disliked besides other families being jelly....

You don't see Cai knee capping and crippling those that oppose her/her enemies.

Take a chill-pill Meizhen. I've heard it is an amazing cultivation supplement for Third Realms.

Are you referring to Cai Senior or Cai Junior? Because results vary quite a bit between the two. And that's only what we've heard.

I just realized that we now need the 'ride' skill maxed as well. Both for transportation and our synergy with zhengui. This is a green problem though. Also we need a saddle or a pillow if a saddle is to undignified.

Well at least we now know what to do in zhengui minors.

Mmmh. Boiling Shot probably also use Power. Dex + Power?. It explains why it's by far his weakest techniques, though. I'll try to update the combat specs page later today, and add a Zhengui section.

@yrsillar, Zhengui's speed and armor are not counting boosts granted by FZ and TRF right? Likewise, last week you had FZ granted to the archer mook's offensive dice. That's a mistake, and Zhengui doesn't benefit from FZ to boiling shot?

One of Meizhen's big character help from Ling Qi was learning not to be overly sadistic. We can't really change her, but making sure she knows we don't consider YR a truly lethal foe is important. I don't want Ling Qi to get in the habit of having her friends kill her enemies, nor do I think this is good for Meizhen.
 
Getting through this week is going to take forever. That was just the Golden Fields major + Xiulan minor, Zhengui minor and Meizhen minor. There is so much left to do.

Flip-flopping again here, but after some thought, I think based on what Yan Renshu has done in opposition to us so far, which included setting us up with what was supposed to be an inescapable ambush with the literal strongest person in the outer sect, we won't see the end of him unless he is destroyed utterly. He would give no consideration to us in our shoes, so I'm not for giving him any right now. He doesn't deserve it.

This is not about YR deserving consideration. This is about Ling Qi herself. Does she wants to utterly ruin every rivals and enact final vengeance when they try to strike back?

I'd say not, consider YR just cannot truly threaten us the more time pass. He is already a secondary threat, and in a month won't be a threat at all. Meizhen is also not doing it because he is dangerous to us, but rather because of 'good habits of utterly ruining enemies'. Also because she was brainwashed into being very, very harsh when she was young.
