Let's be the bigger person here, not only as an attempt to rebuild bridges but to also look good as person to a third person viewer I.e Anakin. Let's show that even if we have sour relations with a Jedi that hates doesn't mean we can't mend it to something better.
Maybe if we do this Anakin might take after our example and work out his own relationship with Mace. Those two clearly hate each other.

I'm tempted to agree. Everytime I read about Darra's limp I can't help but pity her, but at least some of the effort has to came from her, otherwise there is no point.

Being the bigger person is one thing. Declaring to everyone that betrayal is no big deal and you would just brush it off is not a good precedent to set.
Particularly when you're an underworld boss.

Also I'd like to point out that despite fanon (and occasionally canon), the jedi aren't totally stupid. Trying to act like a forgiving saint won't make them any more accepting of our criminal dealings. Neither the Council nor Dara will ever forget or ignore that.

Acting like nothing happened shouldn't really change anything beyond making it clear to the Jedi that they can afford to push us around a bit and that we won't do anything about it.

Again, things could be different if there was some olive branch from Dara, but as it is I don't see this working out well in a realistic fashion.

About the only thing we can do is make her less bitter overall and I have an omake planned to do something with that after all this is over. For the time being...

-[X] Ignore Darra entirely. What happened between the Watchers and her was in the past, and at the end of the day she's just another Jedi.

To mend bridges time come has not. Cautious must we be. Guide us the force will. Speak without being spoken we should not.

I really don't think there's anything we can say that would help the situation. Besides, there absolutely are hard feelings, and they're hers. From her point of view, I would completely understand it if she assumed that us coming up to her and going "hey, remember when you tried to testify against me and I got away completely? It's cool, I'm not mad" was us mocking her attempt to bring us to justice. And even if she takes it seriously, do you really think she'd care?
We have diplomacy 34. Unless we are required by plot to fail all interactions with Darra, I seriously doubt we can make this worse. If we can think up that failure state, I'm sure Ciaran already has, and made several ways to counter it. And with that in mind, why not try?

So when will the time come? For that matter, why is now not the time?

this feels like the most IC thing too do

we made up with dooku (up to some level)
i am pretty sure we can mend some kind of a bridge with darra

I have a question, how much do the Sentinels talk with the Jedi council? The ring around we had with Annakin raises some questions.

The Sentinels know we are a crime lord, and don't seem to care much, and know from first hand experience we have a number of force users on call. Did they actually bother to tell the council this?

huh...

small rewording. don't talk to her unless she initiates the conversation.

Switching since "Ignore" isn't going to win.

We need the Council to defeat Palpatine, so we're going to the funeral. Talking to Darra will increase the chance that the Council thinks we're sincere in our desire to rebuild bridges with the Jedi, so even if we fail gaining any ground with Darra herself, the attempt will be noted and considered by the Council.

I can get behind this edit.

A scene we don't need. High the tensions at the gathering might be. Dangerous the twitchy Jedi are. Yet at the funeral appear we should. Indication for the persived... something must appear. For Ciaran our name is.

PS. Clearly Yoda I am not. :(
We are a master at diplomacy. I think we can avoid a scene. And furthermore, it indicates good faith.

Honestly I have nothing against Darra. Her reasons are quite legitimate. Plus, the players messed up when they sent her on that mission.
