But I'm not entirely sure what else changed. She was suddenly cut off as Anakin's grip tightened. "You listen to me very carefully," he said in an icily calm voice that noticeably unnerved Ahsoka. "Whatever you say or believe at this point doesn't matter. You killed innocent people who had nothing to do with the war, including your own husband. I don't care what you think about the Order and quite frankly you have no ground to stand on after what you did. Now shut up and keep walking."
While certainly possible, I think that Ahsoka is still the one who will be framed. Anakin's master/padawan relationship with her is stronger than the one he has with Darra, specifically because he is in charge of Ahsoka's wellbeing and knows her personality much better than Darra's, who has changed over the years. Not to mention that Anakin's is even more certain that Ahsoka is entirely innocent in this matter for multiple reasons.I just wanted to mention that I expect Darra to be framed rather than Ahsoka. What better way for old Palpatine to destroy Anakin's trust in the Jedi and Ciaran than to have the Jedi bungle the investigation of our primary critic? So yeah, trying to at least partially mend fences in front of Anakin is actually important.
Mainly because of the risk that Ciaran will figure out a way to either hide or free Ahsoka. Palpatine wouldn't want to damage Anakin's relationship with the Jedi in exchange for making him more grateful to Ciaran. He's a lot more likely to believe we'd just let Darra take the fall. While certainly possible, I think that Ahsoka is still the one who will be framed. Ahsoka is honestly the primary reason for him to remain a Knight, followed by his own morals and Obiwan.
