Okay I've seen this reasoning repeated enough times admittedly mostly before this update, but I need to ask why would Ling Qi owe Meizhen anything for the trial they took together? Keep in mind the context of the trial is that Ling Qi wanted to repay Meizhen for all the help she was given, and the trial required two second realm cultivators to be present in order to start it.

More like Guiding Moon will look after Ling Qi if she helps a member of the family the Guiding Moon favors. There might be the belief that those favored by the Moon should look after each-other as their patrons are all sisters.

Eh. I doubt that literal killing is needed.

Beating whoever did it up and deliver they to Cai should be enough. The bloody moon is the patron of inquisitors too, after all, so giving the culprit to the kiddie goverment should be aceptable.

(And really, i am pretty sure that Cai can make the culprit life way more miserable that anything we could do)-

The description of the room (eerie green lamps) doesn't look at all like a house, so i think he hid his good stuff somewhere else.

That way we can argue over those decisions and the rest of the plan details separately.

    And then, assuming that moon and/or trial win, @yrsillar can go with whichever option is most popular.

    edit: where is everyone getting stuff about the Moon phase tasks? The only clues I got from this update were from the Full Moon about Xuan Shi and learning formations, and from the Crescent somehting about cutting our puppet strings. Was it a previous update?

    As I want to do the No Moon test of mystery, that means I'm pushing for us to take two tests in succession. That means, from my perspective, we should take the long view on who we take. Meizhen is going to be totally fine with us taking the final/main prize on one of these tests... once. After that, it will be a discussion on who needs it more.

    On the other hand Gu Xiulan needs a violent outlet to prove herself in more, so she actually needs a sect test.

    The unknown ones are good, but you can also use the known ones:
    Rippling Lake Pill: Adds threee dice to the cultivation of Lake element arts. 2 Red Spirit Stones
    Stalwart Mountain Pill: Adds three dice to the cultivation of Mountain Element arts. 2 Red Spirit Stones

    Also, mmh. Your plan has us getting an average of 58/60 of AM3 as we learn it with SuSu. If we learn it with Meizhen it's 59/60... but it means making it slightly more unlikely to get SCS4 next turn. So decisions, decision. Btw, @tricholysis, as we don't need the +2 dice for TRF (Susu usually give +3 and Meizhen +5 iirc) I would suggest training it with the vent Duo and training SCS with Meizhen, but who knows.

    Hell, the vent duo being busy means that they might not even give dice to SCS, and we need all those dice if we want SCS4 week 27.
     
    These are some TIGHT MARGINS we're running these next few turns. Like, cutting these art-breakpoints as close as they get.

    Anyway, I made the swap, since it seems like it might matter. Here's to hoping variance doesn't beat us up and take our lunch actions.

    Dice aside though, fluff-wise it just makes far more sense to be training AMA at the Argent Vent, and SCS with Meizhen. So I'd rather run it like that regardless.

    Edit: actually, looking at the plans, the real question is why Grinning Flame is running SCS at the Vent, and TRF with Meizhen rather than the other way round...

    Meizhen is noted to be good at wood arts, so she probably has her full bonus with them.
