In a worst case here, we'll be just looting shit from our assaliants, although we might not earn sect points.

If we choose to ignore it, though, there is a solid chance that we will be fighting both our assaliants and whatever Su Ling finds. Not a fan. We do possess the techniques to bail us out of combat if we need to, but Su Ling does not.

I don't think we will have a single year of Inner Sect. It's wasteful to let throughly screened prodigies go after they've barely begun to truly flourish.

I suspect the usual metric to be "as long as you keep growing".

I'm not convinced that the mist is the being we're hunting. We're probably on the right track though, so we could find what we're hunting, only to leave the mist behind us.

Well, the QM said we have 3 years in the sect, in which the 3rd is when we start our military service. It was pretty early on in the Quest I'm pretty sure.

Goddamit @Thor's Twin, we told you to make only one of them... means we can only lend her one with Formless Shade, not lend her one with Formless Shade and one with Crescent Grace....

Is this write-in legal @yrsillar? Also, is it night or not? Not that it matters so much, considering FVM, but still.

Formless Shade should at least help Su Ling not get trapped by enemies and give her a measure of mitigation too.

So sticking to my guns, I want to find out what's approaching and leaving, whether to retreat or push forward, won't necessarily do that. Especially with our connection to fog/mist, I'd rather not miss out on whatever yrsillar has in store if what's ahead isn't the same thing that's coming.
