Flour is valuable because it lets you grind up your cooking skill, but that leaves you with a bunch of useless bread to dump on the market.I tried to use Old World Armoury having both the average income for peasants and the price of flour to figure out how much land a peasant should have to make that much money, but then I noticed that the cheapest flour is 13 shillings a pound but the bread that a pound of flour turns into costs two pennies, so I gave up.
