[X] Plan: Three Questions

Speaking of Abjorn, we should perhaps teach him how to sew first. Also, I thought we already did Disclosure with him.

Three seems about right.

[X] Plan: Three Questions
-[X] Drysalt Hadingsbane has begun to meddle again, I need to know how Hasvir Hadinghero sealed him, or barring that, a means to ask his spirit myself.
-[X] Solrun tended to disappear for much of the winter season, are there any responsibilities required of a Seeress of the Hading Valley that I need to pick up on beyond the secular ones?
-[X] On that note, there's a few words I'd like to speak to my husband, would you and yours be able to keep certain prying eyes and ears obscured for a moment? Not without recompense of course.
I thought Solrun said that she disappeared around Winter so she could work on her project of defeating Norse Old Age, and we know she spends her time doing experiments when she was housed in our home.

Did she? Could you get a quote for that, because I thought she just disappeared in the winter and just didn't tell us what she was up to, and the "experiments" were mostly what she was doing when she was at the Farm with us.

Here:
"I spend all summer peddling my services to Asvir so that I can spend all winter pursuing an answer to that question," she looks down at her withered, age spot-ridden hands as a sigh escapes her lips. "In all that time, after all those years, I've found only one solution; the apples Idunn cultivates in her orchard."
...

Huh, okay.

Still might be wise to double check, but if you've got a better question to ask, I'll hear you out.

My impression is that she spent most of Winter on that, yeah, but asking if there are any non-secular duties expected of a seeress remains extremely valid. Like, the bit about Winter may not be needed, but the rest of the question still seems super important, and the mention of Winter might get some additional info on Solrun's research project as well.

I think it's a solid question as-is.

I kind of feel like Halla should already know of the non-secular duties of being a Seeress simply from background filtering, but I also can't actually think of a question I want to ask the Hading right this moment. I don't even know what non-secular means in this context, since religious stuff has actual tangible effects and so can't be called secular anyway.

Maybe move that question priority down below Abjorn's initiation idk.

We could just straight up ask about rhe barrows and the name that Skadvir used for our home, where it came from etc. Knowledge on that kind of thing is useful

(I think Halla should already know the religious stuff that Seeresses need to do from Solrun teaching her - @Imperial Fister, would you confirm/deny?)

Though it would also be nice to see Halla do some of that stuff on-screen.

Speaking of which, for the next... turn (?Do we do turns really these days?) in discussion with others on Discord - What about a Chill Moment from the intensity of plot where we have a family visit to the Thing, a casual moment where we are not explicitly trying to push one of our many plot arcs further?

I'm not actually sure whether that'd be next turn or the turn after. I'm cool with doing it whenever it's available, though, yeah.

@Imperial Fister what turn would that action be on?

Seeresses do not do religious things. That's the job of the Hersir/Jarl/Godi/King/Landowner

Check. Hmmmm. Probably want to swap that out then...the question about the Hading's name might work.

Okay, sure, what was the revised question then?

Something like this, probably:

-[ ] Drysalt Hadingsbane has begun to meddle again, I need to know how Hasvir Hadinghero sealed him, or barring that, a means to ask his spirit myself.
-[ ] On that note, there's a few words I'd like to speak to my husband, would you and yours be willing and able to keep certain prying eyes and ears obscured for a moment? Not without recompense of course.
-[ ] Why is this called the Valley of Crowned Barrows by some? What's the story behind that name?
