There isn't one.
There isn't one.
The line of "Some Imperial factions already know it but the %&$@ers won't share" is pretty good for that. Along with "Mathilde want's to know it just for her own advantage." and "If you don't help, some other prisoner will get the luxuries."
I've never gotten the impression that Queekish is something the Skaven are particularly guarded about. Stupid humans and stunties don't know how to talk properly because they're stupid, yes yes. This guy knows for a fact that the Dawi Zharr have taken live captives before - the cat's possibly out of the bag with one enemy anyway.
Finally, the defensive priority is ass backwards anyway. Written Queekish will spread quicker beyond K8P because it's easier to write books on. Spoken must be taught person to person so the main victims will be our immediate enemies - i.e. Mors. Important prisoners taken anywhere are more likely to know an order tongue and/or to be carrying documents than scrubs are - that's where racial level harm comes in. We want to get spoken more urgently than written because local security comes first and we have a steady supply of low level captures.
Unfortunately the last paragraph is true so the deceiver won't help convince him (not that we'd want him to clam up on the written side either.)
I'm tempted to make a new plan with the same contents but different name. My talking point will be "Dethroning the tyranny of @Redshirt Army and @veekie "(OK, but seriously, I think it is legitimately a bad idea for us to have two identical plans with different names, and either @Redshirt Army or @veekie should cede it to the other before things get more confusing.)
We venom is paralytic. The slaves and clanrats they bring back are mostly alive and, with a little help from Panoramia, able to talk. Putting off getting digested alive by a giant spider is a great motivator.Well, the difference is that THIS Skaven had vanished off the map. Nobody is going to silence him, they think he's dead.
If Mors dudes start getting yoinked we might well be stalked by Eshin.
Tag them tho. They might not know.(OK, but seriously, I think it is legitimately a bad idea for us to have two identical plans with different names, and either @Redshirt Army or @veekie should cede it to the other before things get more confusing.)
One common interrogation/subversion technique is to slippery slope them yeah.Actively teaching the entire language is a more obvious help to someone that is stilll the enemy than translating Clan Mors correspondence or a book on anatomy. That's why the option isn't on the list yet, because the way to flip someone is baby steps, not leaping straight to making them your sensei.
The time for freedom has come now while the current regime is divided by infighting!I'm tempted to make a new plan with the same contents but different name. My talking point will be "Dethroning the tyranny of @Redshirt Army and @veekie "
If either @veekie or @Redshirt Army decides to consolidate on the other, the next step is tagging everyone who voted for the one and telling them to switch. But right now we've got some people voting for veekie's plan and some voting for Redshirt's plan and some voting for both and the situation is only going to get worse the longer it goes on.
Sure, but because we don't have Underway connection to the Citadel where these captures are happening, all the transporting is going to happen in plain sight and smell. They'd check out why we're carrying Skaven around just out of professional curiosity if nothing else.We venom is paralytic. The slaves and clanrats they bring back are mostly alive and, with a little help from Panoramia, able to talk. Putting off getting digested alive by a giant spider is a great motivator.
Also, Eshin aren't defending Mors and if they know what's going on beyond the We we've got bigger problems.
Redshirt Army is knowingly rebranding Veekie's product and selling it to us. I have proof.
@veekie This is identical to one of your current listed plans, so really I'm just giving it a shorter and snappier title.
Yeah, veekie was first. I'll cede.
[X] Plan Translation Extraction (Ultimate Tower Edition), 10 Pull Gacha Edition
Hold up. Soizic is a Saberface?(Though the whole time, they chattered of how much I resembles a maid from the book one was reading. Such was my confusion that it was shortly pressed upon me, to be read and traded later for another. I confess that I may well keep this "Arturia and Lancelot" in the end. I knew of many whose stories start as mine did, a hairless chin in armor, but to find that such was almost a genre unto itself?)
FTFY
Nah, nah, clearly we need Deathfang for this. With his age, experience, and deeds, who but Asarnil knows what kind of draconic seductive prowess he possesses?
So the thing is, we can write it next turn with exactly the same lack of penalty that we have now.I think we should go for the last necrarch paper; rather than the Waagh one... that is much harder to refresh
The difference is that the Waaagh counter paper has tactical implications against enemies that Imperial wizards face fairly commonly, and so by publishing it now we gain six months of helping every wizard who reads our paper and then fights a greenskin. I am all in favor of writing the mist paper next turn, before it fades completely and we'd need another Necrarch to refresh it.Note: Fresh and Refreshed papers confer a +10 bonus; faded ones a -10 malus.
Papers get one step less 'fresh' each turn: Fresh; Fading; Mostly Faded: Faded. Only the first and last have an effect on the diceroll.
