Voted best in category in the Users' Choice awards.
It cost us 2 dwarf favor and its vanishingly unlikely that any trouble would arise from it.

That's crossing the line between "they are out to get you" and real paranoia.

@King Arthur since you vote didn't atract much interest any chance you could aproval vote for mine so we at least have a chance of keeping our network ?

@Angelform, @Ithuriel, @DocMatoi, the only diference I saw between my plan and reap what you sow is that in the later we mail the sword to the emperor, any chance we could consolidade so we can keep what we want to keep ?

Then vote Bigger Witch ;)

Seriously now, it's really really close.

Oh what the hell. Idiots and bigots are a natural occurence and screwing the Countess over however little is indirectly going to also end up worse for Stirland which is in an awkward situation now anyway. Better to just work around them, while they put themselves on the road to any metaphorical chopping block.

[X] Plan Be the Bigger Witch

There. I even supressed my VERY GERMAN tendency towards Schadenfreude for it.

[x] No vote.
I've lost track of what i even want to do, so ill let you guys do it.

Vote for the plan where we keep The Hat, guys.
@BoneyM
Silly question, but we are keeping the singing king's skull and Ab's hat no matter what right?

Um can i ask why those of you who are voting to not give her the report are voting that way?

I view that report as something that is open to interpretation, also known as incriminating evidence. Much too risky with someone we wouldn't get to know of.

@Lupercal You seek to properly value our factory. Could you at least approval vote Bigger Witch?

call this... Plan Dragon. Some of the benefits of Plan Dragon are:
It also doesn't show up in the tally because you have to format your vote.
Really don't want to keep that factory, it was under Watch budget and getting attention from Grey Wizard accounts/lawyers is not a good idea
Dude:

To clarify things and hopefully cool heads a little: Roswita doesn't hate you and didn't insult you. She recognizes your contributions and even feels sorry for your condition, but as far as she's concerned people who have a non-zero chance of exploding into demons belong a looooong way away from her. Which I think is not too difficult to understand. So thank you for your service to Stirland, good luck in your future endeavours, and here's a letter of reference to help you finding work somewhere where she's not in the demon-explosion radius.

n their own right before they joined the Watch; you can separate it off again and hand the Watch over, and if she talks to rank-and-file Watchmen and if they say 'hey the people that collect literal human shit aren't around any more', how much of a possibility do you think there is that she will consider this theft?

It doesn't get much clearer than this.

The farmers are a tiny guild we annexed to the Watch out of convenience for the paperwork and essentially are paid in cash whenever.

The factory we built with our personal contacts.

She credits us for contributing to the empire and pities us, not hates us, for our magic. It's not an antagonistic relationship.

On top of that, even if she wanted to steal from a war hero, she wouldn't. Because our rep >>> hers.

Like i said before, a clean break with no room to accuse Mathilde for anything nor connect her to any future developments with the government of Stirland is much better.

Boney has made it pretty clear we could take the Niter factory free and clear with no repercussions. I don't see why we wouldn't. We could sell the gunpowder back to Stirland on the cheap, once weget that half of the equation up and running.

Frankly my issue is that if we leave it with them they'll probably be like 'What's the point of all this, this is dumb' and close the factory.
I'm not talking about the bloody Watch! Ignore the Watch! I'm talking about our network of informants-you know, the ones that were explicitly worshipping Ranald? The ones that are criminals, thieves, and the poor? The ones that we've had a ton of time to "subvert" and "taint" in the eyes of a paranoid WITCH-HUNTER that HATES MAGIC?
Most of our informants are, in fact, retired soldiers.
You've both not mention one good reason as to not keep the rifle.

It is a memento, if not the best one. It is a very good weapon, which we don't need to use.

It costs literally nothing to keep it.

At this point, aren't you arguing for the sake of arguing?
Because there's no real reason to keep it? And she can use it.

She's a 20-something tossed into Stirland and said 'good luck, kid.' She can use all the help she can get.

... What?

Why would she even accuse us of something? What would she accuse us of? Capitalism?

She:
1) Appreciates us, and what we've done for her father.
2) Is new and unknown, while we are a war hero.
3) Would have to follow an enormously unlikely path to even clue in to something being different.
4) Said something is meaningless to her.

Meanwhile, we just lost a huge chunk of our influence and could use every scrap we got to further our study and realm.

The GM himself said it's a "clean break".

A couple of things.
1. Shyish-kebabs are Stirland's property and are kept int a treasury of Stirland. That ship has sailed. (@BoneyM please tell if it has changed since the update we found them). Also it's a wonderful critfail material for the new Elector Countess, unless we file our reports.
2. The rifle goes to R. She may be a bit too bigoted but she's his daughter.
3. Let go of Gong Farmers and [literal human] shit. It was build on Stirland budget and it's yet another action sink. We can establish some sort of really binding contract with EIC for them but that's about it and I still think it's a waste of time. What we need the money for anyway?
4. Settling in Drakenhof might be a good option. People here are godless: we'll have much easier time showing them the glory of RANALD.
5. Let's find Kasmit next turn, please.
6. Julia isn't likely to be R's new spymistress: she's got a witch hunter for that.
7. Let's offer Anton a job. He does not need it, but he might want it, being a honest trade representative is fun.

Riddle me this, whose's land was the factory built on? Was that land purchased from Stirland? I think not. The GM's quote specifically refers to gong famer guild, did that guild include the ownership of dwarven built factory paid by the treasury of Stirland?

Already clarified, we moved them to our underground lair because they aren't safe for normal people to be around.

If we take it we can integrate it into the EIC and thus become part of our assets. If we give it to Stirland it'd stay with Stirland.
6. Julia isn't likely to be R's new spymistress: she's got a witch hunter for that.
Another outright false item. Julia has the network. If we choose to hand over the network, Julia will be spymaster unless she's willing to burn the network.
